The Shed

Very clean and nice little place. Perfect for a steak dinner and a beer. They have a steak dinner for two special which makes it perfect for a date as well. Meat was pink as requested and the two sides and salad were delicious. I will return to try the desert. I was too full this time.

If you know anything about Cassopolis, food is not the attraction. My family and I are always in search of "off the beaten path" establishments. Found one right here, The Shed. They did not dissappoint. The beer battered fish fry and the butter herb 16oz ribeyes were delicious. Waitress was kind and attentive. Several brew options. Too bad we only frequent this area on the wknds. I'm already planning my next visit!🍺✌

The appetizers and service were amazing, but the prime rib was reheated and rubbery. I think I'll get the burgers if I go back.

Awesome place, a little pricey but worth it. Service is great and friendly. Food has always been amazing.

We both ordered the 16 oz t-bone, rare. We received a combination of well done and medium. A lot of fat packed into that "16oz" as well. The steaks were dry and cold. First time here and we are extremely disappointed. Edit: they have been very quick to respond to my email. We will be trying this restaurant again very soon and I will update my review then. Update: the owner is very quick to respond and correct things which is greatly appreciated. We did order again and everything was cooked properly. The food definitely has a bar vibe. The coleslaw is wonderful. It is a bit on the pricey side but the servings are large.

Great prime rib and French onion soup! Sweet potatoes fries. Everyone in our group ate so well and took desserts to go.

Wow. We can't wait to go back! Cozy but not crowded. The tables were nicely spaced instead of trying to jam as many as possible in a small space. The decor was beautiful and the fire place was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, quick and seasoned professionals. Now... the food! It was so beyond the normal steak place. Please try The Shack before going to a chain restaurant. The salad was fresh and crisp and the made- in- house ranch had a dill hint. The french onion soup was exactly what I was craving with stringy delicious cheese. I got the smaller prime rib but for the truly hungry their is two larger portions. The french fries were hand cut deliciousness. My husband had a burger with everything but the kitchen sink. It was juicy and smelled amazing. As I said above... I can't wait to go back.

It was okay.Atmosphere is cozy, a little cool in the dining room.Went for an Sunday afternoon lunch. Quiet. Good service but server had a smoker's cough and smelled of smoke, gross! Food was okay. Sides were not very tasty. Steak okay. Probably won't go again.
