I recently visited this store with my wife. excited to explore their jewelry and shell collection.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The owners repeatedly stared at us without saying anything, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. When we asked to see some pieces, we were met with a condescending attitude and were told that if we didn’t like their products, we shouldn’t buy them — despite not having made any negative remarks or decisions yet. Additionally, the older gentleman would stare and quickly look away whenever I attempted to engage politely.
Professionalism and customer service are the foundation of any successful business, especially in luxury retail. This interaction left us feeling disrespected and undervalued. I hope the owners consider adjusting their approach, as first impressions and respectful communication are crucial to building lasting customer relationships.
