The Shield Bar n Bistro (Biker Shield Bistro)

The shop's western food is much better than anywhere I have ever experienced. Staff is helpful and I like the place alot.

Perfect spot for anyone enthusiastic about motorcycles and bike culture. It's tucked down a little side street but worth seeking out. The space is huge and there's an outside, an upstairs, and even an area for live music. The staff are friendly and helpful - overall a great vibe (plus good coffee).

Nice bistro restaurant with great location (in the heart of D1) and good foods, good vibes. Esp, there's live music at weekend's night. Highly recommended!

Nice hidden spot that has a lot to offer with a little shop on the 1st floor. Food was okay but it's the right place to have a good moment with friends!

Very retro place with good decoration, reminding about advantures with lots of belongings for bikers. Especially nice western meals with reasonable price. I suggest roated bread, spaghetti with oaster. Totally it is a peaceful place for appointment with friends

Good place hidden in an alley in the middle of D1. If you want good Belgium beer and live music, with dim light and old car decoration, pick this one. They serve good food too, but nothing outstanding. Love the barbequed meat sticks and steaks.

The funky cafe! One of the must-do things in Saigon is going to coffeeshop. We all do know that Paris is the place for coffeeshops; I suppose the Vietnamese heritages that part of the French, yet they take it to extreme, uncountable coffeeshops here, as many as the population of the city. The coffeeshops in Paris have this distinctive looks that when seeing the photos, you are so sure that it's Parisian. The Saigonese ones' are so diverse, from the street-low-plastic stools to garden, to urban, to industrial, to whatever theme, you name it. I have heard quite many good things about this Biker Shield for a while till I visited it. Very funky indeed. And if you are into bike, it's really the place for you. Besides, what I like about this place is that it is very spacy. So, you can chill and get a brief Saigon-sound (noise) detox. Check it out for yourself.
