My husband and I went back last week for our second visit to the hotel, our feedback is very disappointing.
We stayed at room 8906
The room desperately needs renovations, because of these notable things:
1. The floor is bubbling.
2. The tube faucet leaks water on to the floor when water is running, and when the water drains from the tub, has a strong sewage smell.
3. The whole room needs dusting.
4. The wood on the patio needs replacing due to the rusty nails.
5. We requested two blankets and pillows delivered during the turn down service, and ended up not doing ANY turn down service, and only one set of the things was delivered.
6. Staff at front desk, could have had provided complimentary meals coupons when waiting for the room to be ready to check in.
7. There are some concern for the cleanliness of the water in the shower, the attached picture was after only two showers in a day.
Comparing to staying here previously two years ago, we were definitely let down. To charge at such high prices for this kind of quality now, must be overly confident :-).
BTW I do have to say, the guard at the front gate is very welcoming, friendly and genuine :-). He greets us every time we encountered him ❤️.
