Expectation wasn’t very high due to the price and that the hotel seems a little old, but it exceeded every initial thought so much that we ended up extended our stay! Please, keep in mind first that this is an old hotel that has traditional furniture and style, so if you look for minimalist or new, do not blame it on them. Staff is wonderful and always with a smile willing to help (hats off for the cleaners, rooms are spotless and they are always available)! Rooms are very spacious with a large bed, and despite furniture is old, everything is spotless! I honestly tried to find dust or bugs, but couldn’t, all my respect for the hotel! Bathroom is full equipped and hot water works perfect at all times, and the pool area is great for chilling or working. Again, it is a little old but everything is perfectly maintained! Probably one of the best quality-price hotels in all Bangkok!

We stayed here from June 12 until June 16. The rooms are dated; however, the service is top-notch. They also accommodated our request for rooms with single beds, which is of course a plus for us. It's a very basic room; however, the charm of it is the service overall. We are also happy that whenever we step out, they will make up the room. They are very helpful in accommodating our questions and very kind. The location is also great - just a 10-minute walk to the nearest BTS. There are tons of street foods nearby and there is a nearby night market. Kindly also note this is near the red-light district. So if you are just looking for a room with great access and location, I highly recommend this. It's very good value for money, so don't expect much.

Oh my goodness where do I start. Check in was not the most welcoming. Went upstairs to a room so dated, musty smell, not curtains and only a view of a moldy wall. I complained and they moved me to a dark yet better room. Safe not working and the guy in front came to check and said it was working and left, still not working he came back and then eventually fixed a new safe. Room door does not open and you have to giggle the latch and key for ages before you can get into your room. I felt so bad to complain that tv also did not work. Stayed here 1 night out if 4 and walked out, very frustrated as I also feel the online pics are misleading to what you actually get Pool bar??? Well there is a very nice pool, no one in the bar and no service. Don’t recommend staying here

The Siam Heritage is an old star on Surawong road. Its best days are gone but it is still a valid location with excellent service. We also had one of the best beds in Asia fromMattress hardness point of view. Would I come again ? Sure - alone, or if I know I will only spend time sleeping there. For everything else there are better options. But for those it’s 100% worth the price

Stayed at this hotel several times. Clean spacious rooms, great location and friendly staff. Fridges and tv’s in some rooms need to be updated. Overall very happy and would stay again, great value for your money.

It’s a small but great hotel. Rooms are pretty decent but not luxury, of course. Staff members are very nice and friendly. Very prompt service and it has a restaurant with outdoor sitting, brings a good vibe after sundown. Good value for money

I loved my time I stayed at the hotel. I was there for 12 nights during Songkran. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I went 2 days without water and they didn’t compensate me or apologize. Other than that, the room was large and traditional with wooden floor. The employees were phenomenal and friendly. They made my day!

A+ to housekeeping. A++ to service staff from front desk to restaurant. Beem was a delightful man that promptly assisted my every need and even predicted my breakfast refills that I throughly enjoyed. Presentation of food is a delight. The staff is so friendly and familial. Regularly I see guests take photos with the staff. They want to remember the good service too. I am proud to say I have stayed here 3 separate weeks. The consistency and professionalism keeps me coming back. Rooms are a bit aged. Not everything is perfect. Even the bell captain at the street is an amazing man that assists guest with bags and directs traffic to keep guests safe.
