Perfect localization: in the middle of Old City. There were a lot of different shops and services nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room and hotel were very clean and modern, there were all necessary amenities. There was possibility to make laundry, to reserve transfer, tours, etc.

Lovely clean room. We had the top floor and our own sitting area and balcony. I would definitely return here. The location is right within the city walls, and there's plenty to see within walking distance. Around six temples alone are within a 15-minute walk.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, would stay again. However, I feel you can get more for your money elsewhere. We moved down the road to Singharaj hotel for nearly $10 less a night, it's just as clean/comfortable and you have a pool.

No elevator so be sure to be on a lower level. It’s spacious and clean. The one thing that bothers me is that the bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom window is quite big so I wake up as soon as the sun rises so that’s not convenient. They are very friendly and accommodating if you arrive late. They also make the most authentic Thai milk tea drinks. Every other drink I’ve had has all been fake processed junk! Also the location is spot on for the Sunday market, one of the best cafes and also a great massage shop nearby.

Great room - very comfortable bed, AC, and nice modern and updated bathroom! Staff was all very friendly and great location in the old city. Would definitely stay here again in Chiang Mai!

Beautiful hotel, exceptional service! Absolutely loved the location and the villa. We were traveling with my mother-in-law so she had the room across from ours. They gave us a complimentary upgrade. I loved our little balcony and the alleyway where we were located was very quiet and quaint. Lota of fun coffee shops nearby and places to eat. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning, great Wi-Fi as well. Highly recommend!

I would give this place a 4.5/5 Owner is very nice and caring. I was sick and she offered to supply me with her own medicine. Room: Bright clean room with balcony. I would recommend total blackout curtains as it would help with the sunlight and the street noise. Also would recommend better quality pillows. Mattress was pretty comfortable as it was Medium soft. Wifi: Stable and fast Location: this was probably my favorite location in the square as it's pretty much right in the middle so it was easily walkable to everywhere. The lounge area inside and out is very relaxing. Very spacious to hang out or do some work. I would stay here again but would probably prefer a room on the back side opposite of the street for more peace and quiet and the highest level floor. (we were on the floor just below the highest one by the stairs)

Incredible location, incredible staff, lovely rooms with balconys. Made our stay here perfect, the staff helped us a lot with reccomendations and advice (e.g. getting a sim card), the rooms were spacious and lovely with a little fridge, air con, and a great bathroom. We were in two rooms, one had a balcony facing the street which was lovely for evenings and one had a balcony in an alley which was really nice, and felt more private. We were given water every day as well! The little coffee shop downstairs has great coffee, and this is right in the centre of old town, really near some temples and the start of a huge night market. All around fantastic place to stay!
