The Singing Lamb Hostel

What a great hostel! It is located a few minutes walk from the busier town centre, and has it's own pub/restaurant across the road. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a self service laundry facility at reasonable cost. There are plenty of seats, sofas, and a communal kitchen. Outside the four private rooms there's also a nice sun room with a water feature built in. The dining area has a very small bar, from which you can purchase drinks and beers, if you can't be bothered to go to the The Singing Lamb bar across the road. There are four superior, named rooms available, with private bathrooms - well worth the upgrade, turning my stay into a 2 or 3 star hotel experience. I stayed at the private Payne room (room IV) at the end of the hostel, and it was certainly a very quiet, private and comfortable time. However, WiFi coverage in this end of corridor room was not great. There's a grocery store just around the corner. Town centre is about 4 or 5 minutes walk at a leisurely pace. Overall, a wonderful experience. If I'm ever back in Patagonia, I'm sure to stay here again.

We stayed here before and after the W Trek. Spot on!! We had a twin room with bathroom both times. Brilliant night's sleep both times. Shower had hot water. We left two good sized cases in one locker while hiking 1000 per day. Breakfast basic but still nice. They had washing and drying if needed. Kitchen if you want to cook your own. Even a fridge to leave food in. Less than 10 mins walk to the bus station. (We used Gomez buses which again spot on, and you can buy your park tickets from the bus station the day before card only) We ate that the Singing Lamb bar across the road. Again really good!! Definitely recommend.

Excellent service with great prices. Simple but clean with friendly staff. Room with bunk beds have lockers that fit big cases, bring your own lock. There is laundry with industrial machines available for a reasonable fee. Nice place to use as a "base" to visit Torres Del Paine National Park.

This hostel is so accommodating and helpful. The women who run the desks and services have all the answers. It is a little pricey- $14 USD for laundry services - but the breakfast is substantial, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the beds are so comfy. They will also store your luggage for the week you go to the W trek if you need it.

Would definitely recommend for any traveler in the area! The front desk was very knowledgeable about local and outdoor happenings and spoke English and Spanish. The shared rooms were an exceptional price for the quality, providing comfortable beds and clean, private bathrooms. Laundry and food is also available on site, and the hostel is walking distance from the main downtown, bus station, and waterfront.

The bed is clean. the ppl who work there cannot speak Engish fluently, but, we can communicate general stuff in English. (no complicated questions to ask... haha). The shower room is good but depending on other folks who stay in the same bunk bed rooms how cleanly they use..., of course. But in overall, i would love to go back to stay if i go back to Patagonia.

I stayed in one of their private rooms. The king sized bed was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was quiet at night. I would definitely stay again if I pass through Puerto Natales

The hostel ok but I was offended at the USD $10 for one self serve laundry and the lack of a working fridge to get you to buy food at their pub. Fix these and I think you'll find people actually spend more.

Nice hostel in Puerto Natales. Great place to meet other hikers of TdP. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast is included.

We stayed in a private two bed room with a view, room was super clean, staff very friendly, beds comfortable (but given all the traveling comfortable could be relative :)) the staff followed up with me before my trip to confirm the number of beds. I highly recommend this place. Its also close enough to where Bus-sur drops off, but everything is pretty much walking dist in Puerto Natales. We stayed at Hotel Natalino at the end of our trip and given the price and everything, I would have preferred to stay at the Singing lamb again. The hostel is also close to Base Camp bar/restaurant and the singing lamb bar restaurant is across the street.
