The Skinny Kitchen

The Skinny Kitchen in San Antonio, Ibiza, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing—so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We kicked off the meal with the croquettes, which were perfection, followed by an incredible steak that was cooked just right. The cocktails were also a highlight—delicious and so well priced! But the real star of the night was the brownie—it was pure chocolate heaven, the perfect way to wrap up a great meal. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back next time we’re in Ibiza. Highly recommend!

James was phenomenal and attentive when I stepped into Skinny Kitchen. Loved the cocktails and coconut curry was great. Drinks and Food came in fast! Definitely recommend to stop by. Thanks James!

I was really surprised at the quality and taste of the food - it was amazing! I got the halloumi flat bread and fish tacos to share. There was a table of 12 of us for a hen do & everybody said the food was delicious! Happy hour on cocktails at 5pm (I believe that was the time), the waitress was very friendly & efficient! It’s right by the harbour so you get a nice view.

Came twice given the lack of healthy options in the area. It feels like you’re forced to pick this place if you want to have a decently healthy meal and they take advantage of it. Unfortunately even though I wanted to love The Skinny Kitchen, both times there were issues. The first time I received a different order yet the chef insisted he gave me the right item (I had to point out in the menu all the things that were not accurate but he remained unchanged with his view). I appreciated the server’s approach h to take it off the final bill. The second time, I didn’t really check the bill and it was only when I left I realized I was I correctly charged and paid way more than I should’ve. Tough to say what the server added to my bill but obviously I’m frustrated. All that to say, the coffee is actually well extracted and decent but the orange juice is watered down. The bowl I had is hard to assess since it wasn’t what I ordered.

The pancakes are nice and the service as well. There are alternative milk options for coffee. I didn’t like the truffle toast with egg because it didn’t taste at all like truffle. Overall, the presentation is good, but I was expecting more from the taste. Our waiter was super friendly 😊
