We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was excellent. Really helpful staff and very friendly. The travel agent who works here is particularly great. We didn't really have many ideas planned when we got to chiang mai but she helped us out and got us a great deal for 3 trips. The room is clean and bright and we had a nice hot shower too. Breakfast is good with fresh hot food served to order. great location too! small ant problem but that's to be expected when so close to the jungle covered mountains!

Beautifully clean and well stocked, rooms are modern and tidy with well-functioning hot water and AC, small balconies (albeit not all have views but offer fresh air). The staff are extremely friendly, and there's a great rooftop breakfast area that overlooks some of the city with a view of the mountains for a small extra fee). Would definitely recommend staying here. In the heart of the city, close to the night market.

Lovely looking hotel & friendly staff. The rooms are average nothing amazing, beds weren’t the comfiest but they weren’t terrible. Very clean and had a very good breakfast that was included. The pool.. well it’s more of a bath tub, Very small. Over all, a good hotel to stay in if your stopping for a day or 2. Would stay again.

This hotel is in a perfect spot just outside the old city wall. The rooms are basic but very clean, staff are very helpful, would definitely recommend for the folk are looking for a base to tour the town and spend days out on one of the many trips. The breakfast is very simple and limited in choice, but if you feel peckish later in the day just pop into one of the many local restaurants. All inexpensive with excellent food.

Stayed here for 5nights inclusive of breakfast. Superior room came with room slippers, bathrobe, hangers, mineral water and toiletries (no toothbrush/paste). Mini fridge, flask, cups, coffee/tea making facilities included. Breakfast is basic and repeated everyday. Staff are helpful. ||||Location is near the Changklan Night bazaar held everyday from 6pm-12am. Don't confuse with Sat/Sun night market which is further away. Warot market (wholesale market) and ping river restaurants are just behind the hotel..turn left from hotel. Pricey room due to peak season but adequate since we used the room only for a couple of hours a day. ||Note: 10mins walk away from Old city. This hotel is not in Old city

We stayed here for a week and were consistently blown away by how great the staff and the services available were. Great WiFi included, fantastic selection of food included with the breakfast with two amazing cooks if you want an omelette or classic bacon and eggs cooked for breakfast. The food is served on the fifth floor with an open view of the surrounding area. It's one of the highlights of my time. My wife and I were consistently impressed with the lady who books tours. She was instrumental in getting us to the most amazing places in Chiang Mai. She also went out of her way to ensure we got safe and cheap travel right from the hotel to where ever we wanted to go. The only negative we found was the pool it was tiny but it was handy if you really needed a dip even the staff laughed at how comically small it was. Which was good banter. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We highly recommend you try it even for a few days. Get the breakfast and book a tour with them. Also the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful.

it was fine. Suitable to transfer overnight. The first room we had the mattress was awful !! The day after the awful night I asked for a room change and I was glad to have moved to a room with a relatively new mattress. Still not very comfortable but much better than the first. The problem in the other room was that there was no flow of water in the groove and was full of ants. In short a 2-3 star hotel. Does not justify the price.

The small hotel is a lovely hotel to stay in when visiting Chiang Mai. It's localed 5 min walk from the night markets and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is actually really good. It's not a huge selection but all that there is delicious and they cook for you too. The rooms are large sized with big beds, has a safe in the room and a fridge. Definitely a good hotel for tourists.
