The Smallville Hotel

Such an exquisite experience at the Shampoo Bar. Definitely recommended. The staff really make an effort to make you feel refreshed and ready for the next day. I would definitely make this hotel (and its services) as my preferred stay in Lebanon ||Thank you Smallville Hotel

On a personal note I have not tried their rooms but I have tried their massage and Italian restaurant. The massage was amazing and the two kind Filipina ladies were professional and made us feel comfortable. The Italian restaurant had great food ehoch were freshly made and the portions were quite generous. The staff were wonderful and truly embodied the essence of customer service. They were with us in every step of the way and made us feel appreciated. Special shout out to Mr. Abed who waited on us during our lunch.

Consider the hotel. It should be rated 10 stars. Because it deserves more. The best friendly staff, welcoming and beautiful smiles from everyone. This is my second visit and I recommend it to all friends. The prices are reasonable and the view is very beautiful. Food orders are available 24 hours. And everything is excellent❤️

Small Vill Hotel has a great and convenient location, making it a comfortable place to stay. The service is good but could benefit from some improvements to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with potential for an even better stay.

I used to stay in the hotel 2 years ago but unfortunately the room service became so bad! A guy from the staff entered my room at 9 pm without knowing i was inside. The cleaning lady didn’t change my dirty towels. I got food poisoning and they didn’t call to ask about what happened and they made me pay for the food when i was checking out!

Staying at the Smallville Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all amenities. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the staff at reception. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The dining options at the hotel were superb and the waiters were always ready to assist. A bigg thank you to the reservations manager Lina Masri for making my stay enjoyable. She is a valuable asset to the company. Highly recommend!

Location is very close to most popular places, something rings a bell about hygiene, towels are mainly old, and not washed with fresheners, no toothpaste or tooth brush, most phone chargers dosent work properly and need to always be checked

Definitely one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in, they don't appreciate their costumers. Price is to much for the location and place itself, definitely don't recommend it.
