The Smallville Hotel

The pool area at this hotel is undeniably beautiful — the aesthetic is on point, with a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for a day of lounging. Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by the service. The reception staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone from the start. Additionally, the staff at the pool bar seemed unfamiliar with the drinks they were serving and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. It's a shame, because the ambiance really had potential. With better-trained and more professional staff, this could easily be a five-star spot.

I’ve traveled and stayed in many hotels around the world, but never experienced something like this. This hotel prohibits guests from ordering food from outside and makes you unknowingly sign a paper about it. I gave their food several chances, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. Not allowing basic freedom of choice is unacceptable for any guest experience.

The staff in Hotel are very friendly. This Hotel can be recommended in Beirut Lebanon. The is very clean and the size also is big which is very comfortable for a long stay. The room has a nice balcony with a good view. Also the pool in 16th floor has a very nice view of the city.

Comfortable place as if you are home. The decorations are wow super amazing and special. Cleanliness is 10/10. My kids enjoy the pool and the services. The gym is very cute and you can find all the machines in that mini super gym. The staff are so friendly

From check-in to check-out, everything was just spot on. The room was always sparkling clean, fresh, and perfectly set up every single day—huge thanks to the housekeeping team for the amazing job. You guys truly made it feel like home (but better). I appreciated the small touches and the quiet efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back!

My Favorite Superhero Venue! Staying at The Smallville Hotel was such a fun and unique experience. The vibe is vibrant, the staff is amazing, and the whole superhero theme makes it feel like you’re living in a comic book. Definitely my go-to spot in Beirut!
