I've stayed at this hotel during my business trip in Beirut last 21st September and I can understand why this is the one they recommended for me. The location has a lot of cafes so walking on my free time was so nice. The staff are helpful and friendly (a very SUPER welcome indeed). They are clear with their rules and considerate at the same time. The Breakfast was also amazing, they have a good selection of food. And being there for 5 days, I did not get tired of their breakfast selections. There are 2 places that I have not checked at this hotel, the pool and rooftop bar which I was told was amazing. I do hope to check it if I ever get the opportunity to come back. Thank you The Smallville Hotel for making my stay in Lebanon amazing and superb!

This hotel has a fun, unique vibe with its superhero theme. Rooms are clean, and the staff especially Maya and Ala’ at the front desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with bookings. The pool is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. The only downside: charging $10 a night for parking even for guests, which doesn’t really make sense.

Such an amazing hotel! Smallville is truly one of the best in town. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. One highlight for me was the food — I tried their burger, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

The pool area at this hotel is undeniably beautiful — the aesthetic is on point, with a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for a day of lounging. Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by the service. The reception staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone from the start. Additionally, the staff at the pool bar seemed unfamiliar with the drinks they were serving and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. It's a shame, because the ambiance really had potential. With better-trained and more professional staff, this could easily be a five-star spot.

I’ve traveled and stayed in many hotels around the world, but never experienced something like this. This hotel prohibits guests from ordering food from outside and makes you unknowingly sign a paper about it. I gave their food several chances, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. Not allowing basic freedom of choice is unacceptable for any guest experience.

Comfortable place as if you are home. The decorations are wow super amazing and special. Cleanliness is 10/10. My kids enjoy the pool and the services. The gym is very cute and you can find all the machines in that mini super gym. The staff are so friendly

WORST HOTEL IN BEIRUT. Cigarette smoke pervades the entire building. As soon as you turn the air conditioning on the cigarette recirculates through the room. The decor is cheap and outdated and the bathroom is tiny and non-functional. The pool is overcrowded outsiders and is way too small to be called anything more than a plunge pool. The Hotel refused to do the right thing and provide me with a refund for the remaining nights as I had an allergy to cigarette smoke and it was not a smoke free environment despite what they say.

Never again! From room service to 20 min later (scheduled) wake up calls to loud music to all sorts. After several complaints and its not the first visit that this happens, they didn't even have the audacity to compensate, other than a 4pm check out which is by default given to anyone who asks for a late check out. Not even a bowl of fruit was sent which is what hotels normally do. I do not recommend this hotel.
