The Social House Nairobi

My stay at the hotel was nice indeed, which a friend recommended to me. Everything from the clean quiet room to the warm friendly staff was amazing! Not forgetting the pleasant welcome I got from the young lovely ladies Christine and Angel at the desk and the follow up call from Shantivia. As someone who loves to explore, the location was convenient and my overall experience was a 10/10 and I'll definitely be here again. Cheers🥂

I always have a great stay at Social House. It’s such a pleasure to see the lovely, familiar faces each time, and I especially enjoy having breakfast at The Other Room by the pool there’s nothing better than that on a sunny day.|The coffee, which they roast right at the hotel, is always a highlight for me. From the comfortable rooms to the unique and unique fun Christmas tree and the variety of restaurant options, everything truly hits the mark.|I can’t wait to come back again and again, and I’m so grateful to Shantivia, Abigail, Enoch, Elizabeth, and Purity for their exceptional service.

I stopped by the Social House for a quick lunch (The Other Room), and both the service and the food were excellent. We left feeling happy and full, but once I got back to the office, I realized I had accidentally left behind a small accessory that holds great sentimental and spiritual value for me. I called the front desk, and they responded quickly, reassuring me that they had found it and were keeping it safe. When I returned, the security guard, Gershom, greeted me with a big smile and handed it back to me. I was beyond relieved and grateful for their honesty and kindness. In fact, we were so appreciative that we decided to stay for lunch at Inca, the upstairs restaurant, and it was fantastic! A wonderful experience from start to finish.

My stay during the festive season and absolutely loved the experience. I usually go to Naivasha for family vacations, but this time I chose Social House after a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision. Enock warmly shared so much about the hotel that he convinced me to book the festive bed and breakfast rate, and everything from the delicious meals to the friendly staff and cozy room amenities exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Abigail, Victor, and Tobias from housekeeping for their great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Really great hotel in Westlands. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, rooms were large and spotlessly clean, and the coffee in the lobby was great! Gym is small but functional, and there’s a great brewery and restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend.

I had the most amazing time here. Customer service on point! Rooms were amazing, staff was amazing, food was amazing. I would definitely go back. I love the little chocolates in the room when you check in, loved the complimentary drinks. Loved the breakfast spread.

Very lovely place, has several different areas/restaurant, good food and ambience. Family friendly, very good staff. Service is a bit slow. But overall a very nice place in Nairobi.
