Such an incredible and helpful staff! I am very impressed and happy with my stay. Everyone is so nice, the rooms are very clean, the hotel is right in front of the metro, and for quite an affordable price. Words cannot describe how great our stay was, the restaurant also has one of the best burgers I've had in ages, there's a Coffee Shop in the lobby with good food and nice staff too! Will definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in the city! People at reception let us check in early and check out late which was quite nice, and they allow you to "bid" for a room upgrade for as low as 10 euro per night, which was also incredibly nice!

Stayed here with my wife when visiting Amsterdam for a gig and wow what a great place! The location is perfect for public transport and it was easy enough for us to get to AFAS live for the gig and to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds huge and comfy and rooms equipped with everything you’d need. Downstairs there is a lovely bar and restaurant and lounge/lobby area with an amazing relaxed vibe, easy to chill out here. We also used the cafe for a coffee downstairs. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and always available if needed. Food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely return here or use one of the hotels in other locations. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Every aspect of this stay has been awesome. The food is great, the common spaces are clean and welcoming, the facilities are really nice! The gym is the best I’ve stayed at across 3 countries. And the staff! Everyone is so pleasant, genuinely kind and supportive, wants to make your stay as good as it can be. Thank you to Lucia (I think? I’m sorry I’m so bad at names) for all your support with laundry and the room. And to an awesome man (again, bad with names) who gave me about 300 great suggestions for places to eat nearby and in the city! I’d be happy to stay here again, and hope the staff all have an amazing day.

We were there for the F1 Grand Prix in Zannvoort. The room is okay. It’s a bit small, but what you see in the picture is what you get. Location is absolutely great. Grocery store is a few feet away. Train/Metro is a few feet away and it takes less than 20 to get to Amsterdam centraal. The stuff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant makes a great breakfast. Lunch/dinner is also okay, really up to personal preference but you can eat a decent meal but for a price. Overall good experience and we would definitely book again when coming back to Amsterdam.

The hotel you stay in while traveling is half the fun, comfort, and enjoyment of your trip. This hotel was truly excellent. The rooms, the service, and the location. I spent my first night in a lovely room, but I encountered a minor issue. On my second night, I went to reception to inquire about changing rooms. I met Lucia, who greeted me warmly, kindly, and with a smile. She said, "Of course, bring your things right away, and I'll find you another room." This is the room shown in the attached photos, and it was absolutely wonderful. Lucia, you made my stay incredibly pleasant, and I think I'll become a regular customer, especially since I travel to Amsterdam so often. Thank you, Lucia, for your excellent service, your impeccable manners, and your kind treatment. I hope the hotel management will give special attention to this wonderful employee.

This was my second time staying at a Social Hub, but the first time at Amsterdam City. The hotel is great, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were really friendly and we enjoyed the pool table. It’s very useful that the hotel is within walking distance of an Albert Heijn, several restaurants and two metro entrances. The restaurant was good too. Recommend staying here and would return

The room had pretty much everything you’d need (even basic kitchen utensils if you want to cook!). Loved the Nespresso machine and Marshall speaker. Spacious co-working space. On our last night, our neighbors turned up the music so loud we had to call the receptionist. They came to the scene quickly and managed to get the volume down.

This is a very chilled out hotel, as I was there over new year this was a nice quite place to get back to after the madness down the town. ||The staff were all friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. ||The room was clean and as described. Bathroom had everything needed. Good shower. Plenty of heat and pressure.||||This place seemed to have an area for everything from pool and table tennis. Quiet study areas to comfy kick back couches.||||Breakfasts were well laid out with a large selection. Again staff very helpful with any requests or questions.
