Stay away from this place. I made a booking on August 4, 2025, for the period August 19, 2025, to September 2, 2025. The amount they charged was significantly higher than the amount I had approved. I therefore contacted the hotel, but they insisted the amount was correct. I then sent them the booking confirmation, which clearly shows that the amount was not correct. After several days without a response, I informed them that I would cancel my booking because they had charged too much. They then replied that they could see there were indeed two different amounts and that they would refund the difference immediately. They also wrote that I could not cancel my booking since it was non-refundable. I replied that it was fine if they simply refunded the difference, and then I would keep my booking.
A few days later, they wrote that their system showed my booking had been canceled and asked me to confirm that this was correct and should remain that way. I immediately wrote back that I had not canceled my booking. After several days without a reply, I called them on August 18, and they told me that my room had been rented out to someone else, that my booking had been canceled, and that I would not receive any refund. I have since filed a dispute with my bank.
