Location is amazing! You can go to Alexanderplatz, Museuminsel by walk (there is also bus stop nearby if you don't want to walk). You can also go to the airport with one train. Staff is kind and caring. Breakfast was nice, but a bit overpriced... Room was clean, but light was low and walls were dark-colored, so room was really dim.

The hotel has nice vibe and the staff is very friendly. Not all good though. I booked a room with two single beds that wasn’t available upon arrival. And €20 breakfast needs to be very good imo. It might have been if they had restocked the yoghurt, the fresh fruit, bread and jam.

Good base for a long stay. I stayed 2 weeks while on an EF language course. I was surprised that for a long stay that not even one room cleaning or towel exchange was offered. At check in , no explanation was given regarding use of the kitchen until I asked after two days. I also asked 3 times for the desk light to be fixed. It never was and I gave up. Disappointing front desk staff who offered no information on a long stay details. Tried to take out a free bike but most had deflated tires or saddle kept slipping. Gave up. Bar and kitchen were good on the whole Location is great. 5 mins walk from 4 U Bahn /S Bahn stations. Supermarkets 5 mins away as well as Alexanderplatz. Free laundry service was useful Overall I was disappointed with service levels.

First of all, my special thanks to Cenk, Laura, and Christie. I had a great one year student stay at The Social Hub. The building is new with very good isolation, better than most luxury hotels in Europe. The rooms are cozy and big. The kitchen is very big that you can host guests for a nice dinner. There is a good restaurant and GYM in the building, and the reception is available 24 hours for any request. The location is literally the best, right next to the Alexa shopping mall and just steps away from both the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Rooms are cleaned regularly, and if there is any issue, a technician is available immediately. Overall, an exceptional place to stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed three nights in a Standard Queen room and found it to be a refreshing blend of style, comfort, and convenience. The location is spot-on (just a short walk from Alexanderplatz), making it easy to explore the city. The hotel has a modern, youthful vibe. The communal spaces are lively and social, with fun touches like game tables, a gym, and a bar.The staff were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful, always ready with tips or just a warm hello. My room was clean, quiet, and well laid out. I especially loved the Nespresso machine, cozy bedding, and the sleek wet-room shower design. Breakfast had good variety, and it was handy that luggage storage was included.This is a perfect choice for travelers who want style and ease, without sacrificing quality.

Friendly staff and a good location. Bus 300 stops right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was very clean. Overall a nice stay, would recommend.

The hotel is an affordable option in berlin. Staff were good. There seem to be some admin issues in regards to payments. My room was comfortable but it would have been nice to have a bar fridge in it. I stayed for 8 nights and my room was only cleaned on the 7th day. It would have been nicer if it were cleaned halfway through instead of at the end.

I had a wonderful stay at this student dorm. The rooms are high-quality, the gym is really good, and the restaurant serves quality food at great student prices. The staff, especially Sila is incredibly friendly, name remembering and always ready to help. She checks in on anyone who looks unwell, making sure everyone is cared for and comfortable, even offering tea to those who need it.
