I stayed three nights in a Standard Queen room and found it to be a refreshing blend of style, comfort, and convenience. The location is spot-on (just a short walk from Alexanderplatz), making it easy to explore the city. The hotel has a modern, youthful vibe. The communal spaces are lively and social, with fun touches like game tables, a gym, and a bar.The staff were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful, always ready with tips or just a warm hello. My room was clean, quiet, and well laid out. I especially loved the Nespresso machine, cozy bedding, and the sleek wet-room shower design. Breakfast had good variety, and it was handy that luggage storage was included. This is a perfect choice for travelers who want style and ease, without sacrificing quality.

Nice, modern hotel with good gym, parking, bikes for hire and a decent bar. Unfortunately, the laundry is only available to students and not the regular guests. Room wasn’t serviced on second day and one of the reception staff was unfriendly. Also, please fix your fire alarm system - it seems to go off regularly (see other reviews), which is really annoying!!

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the value for money is excellent! Everything looks amazing – from the entrance to the design, the rooms, and every little detail is thoughtfully designed. I really love how well the community spaces are utilized. Public transport connections are perfect – everything is within immediate reach, and the airport has a direct route here. Most major sights are practically within walking distance. This was my first time staying at a Social Hub, but I’ll definitely be looking for them in other cities as well!

Room was quite big with a decent shower but we didnt get a change of towels until the day before we checked out. Bathroom sink was broken and we kept getting bitten in the night. The staff seemed quite rude and didn't seem to want to engage much with guests. My partner was ignored by 2 or 3 members of staff while waiting for a coffee at the bar one morning. The staff looked at her multiple times and just ignored that she was there waiting. They didnt seem friendly at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them from the start

To be honest for the price you pay the quality of rooms and bedding is super sub par…dosent include any soap or toiletries at all…no kettle or tea/coffee station in room…the air conditioning system in the room is pure trash…bedding uncomfortable Maybe I should have done more research prior to booking but seems to be used more by students and remote workers etc…I think it has nice amneties like a cafe/bar downstairs/ social area/ gym etc But if getting just as a hotel whilst on a city stay I would say choose somewhere else…for the price you pay the room quality fall well short

Our shower drain was clogged on night one and let water all over the bathroom. The plumber fixed but left dirty towels all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping does not clean until late in the afternoon - twice they have come by while we were using our hotel rooms, around 1500. Day shift concierge is incredibly kind, night shift allows beer bottles to accumulate around the commons areas. You get two pillows and trust me, you need both.

I regret ever booking at The Social Hub Berlin. This place is a total money trap and they do not care one bit about your stay. The service is random, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. The craziest part? They charge a huge deposit and then delay it forever when it comes to getting it back. It feels like they are just holding your money hostage. Staff are indifferent, unhelpful, and make you feel like a burden rather than a guest. Everything about this hotel screams that they only care about taking your money not about providing comfort, service, or even basic hospitality. Honestly, there are so many better places in Berlin for the same price (or cheaper) where you will actually be treated with respect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
