My experience was TERRIBLE.
I initially booked two nights and extended for a third. The first night was fine, and the staff were great. However, on the second night, around 4 a.m., a woman entered my room using the same card key I had, as the door had no internal lock. It was terrifying, and soon after, a staff member entered to apologize. Can you imagine that two people entered my room while I was in bed? I couldn’t sleep after that. In the morning, the staff seemed unaware of what had happened, and I requested to speak with the manager, who wasn’t available. Later, I was told it was a technical error. I had to change rooms as I didn’t feel safe. On the third day, the hotel asked me to move my belongings during my internship, which led to several phone negotiations to keep my things in the room until I returned. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Europe, even compared to budget hotels, as I never felt safe.
