The Social Hub Paris La Defense

We had a wonderful 5-night family stay at The Social Hub Paris La Défense with our two young kids (2 and 4 years old), and I can’t recommend it enough! From the very beginning, the entire team made us feel welcome – whether it was the front office, the administrative staff, or the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. We truly felt recognized and cared for throughout our stay, which made the experience very special on a human level. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The amenities and toiletries were of great quality (and smelled amazing!), and having access to a kitchen during the stay was a huge plus for us as a family. The location is excellent – just a short walk to public transport (bus or metro line 1), with parking available on request. Right next to the hotel there’s a small park for kids, and within just a few minutes you can reach the mall, which is very convenient. We also appreciated the high level of security, with hotel doors only accessible via key card, which gave us peace of mind during our family trip. All in all, this was a truly positive and memorable experience. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! I wholeheartedly recommend The Social Hub Paris La Défense for families, couples, or anyone looking for a warm, safe, and convenient place to stay in Paris.

Had a very good experience staying in this place. Very well located if you go to an event in the La Defense Arena (25-30 minutes by walk). Staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was clean (no bed bugs). You can reach public transport within 10 minutes and to the city centre with public transport you need around 20-30 minutes. Breakfast was also very nice, not so much variety, but still enough. You have to pay a city tax when you check in, which was for us ~9,50€/person/night.

Great stay at the Social Hub. Convenient location next to La Defense arena, room was clean and tidy, surprisingly felt more spacious that initially thought. Check in staff were lovely and welcoming. Had a great time, would recommend and stay again.

I really loved the ambience of the place—it felt warm and friendly. The only suggestions I’d make would be to allow more flexibility with the air conditioner settings and ensure room service doesn’t interrupt guests during the day.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and decent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We asked for bottled water a couple of times during the day, and they responded quickly by bringing it up to our room each time. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for a stay. Just a heads-up: it’s about an 11-minute walk from the nearest tube station, and there was some nearby construction during our visit, so parts of the road were a bit bumpy. But aside from that, everything else was great!

Metro station nearby the hotel, which makes it easier to move to the main Paris attractions. The neighborhood nearby the hotel is very chill and quiet, quite nice to get out of the city craziness. There is a supermarket nearby, this was especially nice since I got the room with a small kitchen and could easy cook meals. Good value for the money.

My second experience staying at a Social Hub hotel. First time was in Barcelona. I'm equally pleased! Great location and a great hotel. Clean room, very nice staff and a wonderful location quite far from the tourist insanity of Paris. |The hotel is located in the neighborhood of Puteaux and it looks like a business area. Very safe and easy to get to. Tall buildings and nice brasseries and patisseries.|Compared to THS of Barcelona this one is way more simple, smaller and less modern. But still an amazing place to stay! Two thumbs up!

I really enjoy my stay, the hotel is super complete. The service is 10/5 (extra good). I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Is not bad connected to the metro and train station (like line RER A for Disney) if you don’t mind walking a little bit.
