I was very impressed. Location was just beside a tram stop, so very handy. The rooms were great, big enough and with a kitchenette with a cooker and fridge and good coffee maker. Comfortable bed and good toiletries in the bathroom. Lots of nice touches, a handwritten welcome note and chocolates, a couple of condoms, plenty of water. And at reception, fruit and snacks. Very helpful staff. The gym had plenty of dumbbells, not much for leg work. Nice bar. It is wheelchair accessible, but if you have mobility issues, the sheer size might be a problem.

We just finished our stay at The Social Hub Rotterdam. Our trip was focused on exploring the area around the university, so I was looking for accommodation conveniently located between the university and the city center and this place was perfect for that. The Social Hub offers excellent value for money. We stayed on the 6th floor; the soundproofing was very effective despite the room facing the street with the tram line, so noise was never an issue. The gym is open 24/7, and renting a bike was very convenient for getting around. The location truly is ideal. While it’s not within walking distance from the city center, the tram at the door of the Hub makes it easy to reach in just a few minutes. However, I recommend renting a bike, it takes 5 minutes to the city center. The room had everything I needed: a kitchenette, a big comfortable toilet with a bathtub, the bed was very comfortable and had double pillows and although breakfast wasn’t included, there were good options nearby. One of the highlights of The Social Hub is its common areas. These spaces are perfect for spending time playing billiards or ping pong, working in a relaxed atmosphere, or simply listening to music and socializing. It really creates a welcoming community vibe that enhances the stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Social Hub Rotterdam for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced stay. Regards, Amparo

2nd visit to Social Hub-Rotterdam. No faults - again staff very attentive and professional. My Standard Studio Room was great - HUGE Bed! with very comfy pillows. I loved the private kitchenette and a really useful fridge. Weekly cleaning and change of fresh linen and towels. You can't go wrong with this hotel - there is a gym/meeting spaces/co working spaces/cafe and bar. The tram stop is right outside the hotel so you can get to Rotterdam Central with ease. However I like walking - which will take you 20-30 mins to get to the centre or 15 mins bike ride. Thank You Social Hub Rotterdam - you don't disappoint. Keep up the Good Work I will be back in December 2025 :-)

Nice hotel, well decorated, 20 minutes walking from the city center, clean and modern. Gym facilities are OK, all is there for a complete training although the room is small and there is no windows. Breakfast buffet is quite good, small, but has salty and sweet options. Young customers but calm. You can rent bikes for free.

This place has great value for money. I got a room in a very fair price. And I felt I have everything I need - 24/7 gym, good breakfast (not included), kitchenette, nice shower, with bath. Additionally, from time to time there are talks and workshops in the lobby, that can interest you as a visitor. Regarding the location - you can't walk there from the city center, but it is easy to get there by the tram. Highly recommend!

The staff at the reception and breakfast area were very pleasant and provided a nice experience. If I may be a bit picky, I would have liked the breakfast menu to change a little more each day. On the other hand, the worst part was that both elevators on the west side were out of order, forcing me to travel back and forth from the 6th floor to the ground multiple times. One of the elevators has been broken for over two weeks. The staff mentioned they were calling for a technician, but it is taking far too long. I never want to deal with carrying heavy suitcases up and down those stairs again.

The location is great, the room is fine as well but the breakfast is horrible. You cannot serve this to guests. We went down around 9 in the morning and the only thing left was 1 boiled egg and couple of slices of bread which could be used a murder weapon. So if you book this hotel, have a breakfast somewhere else.

While the check in (front desk) staff were amazing. I was disappointed with my recent stay. The washers in the facility were not fully operational, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, syncing the app to an email I didn’t use to book was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated the process. During my 5-night stay, housekeeping only came once, which is unacceptable for a stay of that length. I also had to request fresh towels, which should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of attention to these basic details made my stay less enjoyable than expected.
