"Luxury Family-Friendly Option on Grace Bay Beach Families looking for a luxury boutique villa style hotel experience will dig the Somerset, which has just 53 rooms spread over eight buildings right on Grace Bay Beach (walking distance to DIY snorkeling). A sort of hotel/villa hybrid, digs are in multi-room suites with fully equipped kitchens. It works great for families, especially as dining out in Provo adds up quickly. Beyond the rooms, there is a 70-foot infinity pool to chill by as well as a lengthy list of activities that will keep the kids busy while you do so. A spa and two restaurants -- one casual, the other more formal -- complete the picture. Oh, and on Monday nights, the property's general manager hosts a cocktail hour with free drinks, tapas, and live music for guests. Tuesday nights are dedicated to BBQs on the beach. The villa resort also works well for couples, as the suites here are beyond spacious and very private and there are a few different swimming pool options."

Absolutely a disgrace of a hotel! Aside from Brenda at the front desk who is lovely. This place is a bust! The pool was dirty and the furniture in the room is actually outdoor furniture, the gym is an old room that once was a suite, there are zero luxuries here. The walls are chipping and the one couch was falling apart, we walked in and immediately searched for a new hotel on Christmas Day. They are refusing to refund my money and now I will take it up with Amex and my insurance company. What a shame as I will continue to warn everyone on every site that this place is an absolutely no|Susie at reservations better think better of her decision

We visited this property for the first time and were very impressed with the rooms and overall experience. They have great air conditioning, and the rooms are fully equipped with washing/drying machines, stove, oven, microwave and much more. Brenda at the reception was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Jason too helped with beach beds. They have a wonderful beach few minutes away and it's very peaceful and relaxing area. I strongly recommend and will definitely come back. Two thumbs up to the team. Hope to see you soon.

Very fine resort. You feel secluded and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice beach which is cleaned daily of debris. Relationships with the local excursions and able to give you advice and help.||The restaurant is fantastic. Avoid the sports bar for anything more than drinks tho.

I usually do not write reviews but the Somerset exceeded our expectations. Our family of 6 (my husband, myself, and 4 kids) loved every minute of our stay. We had plenty of room in our two bedroom townhome and it was big, clean, and comfortable. The kids club was great for our little ones and all our kids loved going to the beach and the pool. We enjoyed taking the bikes out a few mornings and all the families and employees we met on property were so friendly and warm. None of us wanted to leave.

The hotel is clean and the accommodations are perfect. The staff is attentive and listens and attends to any need. Brenda is incredibly nice and always available. Rooms are cleaned daily and the house keeping staff are always friendly. Second visit here this year will be returning again!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience. The staff went above and beyond! Jonson , Billy , Shadno , Foster , and Beverly made our experience absolutely wonderful! We would love to come back.

We just came back, installations very comfortable, staff in general are very nice except the breakfast crew, that seemed extremely unhappy to be working there, just one woman with a bun was very nice and accommodating, breakfast needs to either become a buffet or just have more options without having the extra payment if you want to change it up. The woman at the pools restaurant with yellow hair was extremely rude because I paid the total amount we owed to another guy at the restaurant, then rudely implied that I had not payed because I did not pay her specifically and that her chart said it had not been payed, she was mad and very out of place. Besides that we had the best time and were very happy with our stay, would recommend.
