Everyone, period, should visit this store and give a good go at trying to be plastic free! Source has so many basic staples we all use in our kitchen and I can safely say it is a lot cheaper to buy from here than prepackaged at mainstream supermarkets. I bought a bunch of jars on Marketplace to use here and it has been great, cheap and easy to go plastic free now. I reuse wine bottles for some of the liquids and even old protein powder containers. Reduce and reuse in one step! The girls are always so helpful and friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask if you don’t see something! Chances are it’s there and you’ve just missed it :)

This store is amazing. I love being able to do my shopping and stick to my zero waste principles. It is great to be able to get all the healthy food for the week as well as a couple of cheeky treats. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rewards program is very generous and will keep me coming back.

I keep coming back to The Source for their incomparable roasted salted macadamias. They're roasted in macadamia oil and it makes such a difference to the taste and texture. I'm usually served by Jennie, who is a remarkable employee; she really strives to make every aspect of shopping here as easy as can be. The store itself is always spotlessly clean and seems well-sanitised (important during current pandemic conditions). I prefer the selection of goods available here more than at other bulk-buy food stores, especially the range of Australian bushfood products (although there's much to be said for the quality basics they stock too). I would happily recommend shopping here.

The Source is indeed a superb source of organic and otherwise bulk foods. bring your own container or fill up from one of theirs with any of the hundreds of bulk foods and accessories available. The friendly but not pushy staff can advise on nutritian, and recipes, as well as books and gift packs available. love it
