100% enjoyed my day. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had the 90 min massage with David and he was amazing. I also had the Yonka Facial and again very relaxing. I am very grateful right now.

Phanada has hands of a magician. Legit…her hands are magical. I can’t believe what I just experienced. When I tell you that my massage was the best I’ve received in a lifetime, I mean it. Repeat customer incoming!

I got a 90 minute massage with Eileen, she was excellent! All the staff from the front desk until check was professional and friendly, well worth it! The spa was beautiful and u thoroughly enjoyed the steam room, sauna, ice plunge, it was a 10/10 experience and I’ll be back!

I had an incredible experience at the spa in the Encore Hotel in Boston. From the moment I walked in, the relaxing atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The entire team was exceptionally professional and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. The true highlight was my full-body massage with **Makk**—hands down the best therapist! His technique was flawless, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa if you're looking for top-notch service in a calm, luxurious setting. Double charged and had to really impress upon them that they charged us twice once when we bought the gift treatment and post treatment. Spent the better part of a day dealing with them. Turns out a friend had a similar experience. The post experience ruined any of the positive experience I did have at the spa. You can do better at other spas in Mass with more amenities and much better locations.

I have been here a couple of times and it is amazing. It is very expensive but that is to be expected from a luxury hotel like Encore. The massages are 90 minutes and each time I have been has been amazing. The front desk staff as well as the staff in the locker rooms are helpful and nice. They do offer different types of teas and drinks. I wish they would let you use whirlpool, sauna, etc. for more than 1 hour. They do have a nice shower area to freshen up before you go back to the casino!

This was my first time at the Encore Spa and from the moment I walked in I was met with absolutely amazing service. Everyone was so friendly! I went on a weekday morning and basically had the spa amenities to myself which was a dream. Definitley recommend getting there at least 45 min before your service to use the sauna, steam room and hot tub areas because you only have access beforehand. My facialist was Elisa and she was top notch!! She was sweet, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a great experience I wish I could have stayed there all day and my skin looked like new after my collagen facial . Not to mention it was the nicest spa I’ve ever been too. You need to go here when you are at the Encore! Thank you Elisa, I’ll be back!

I'm adding this review due to an alarming policy. As with many other locations, if a reservation is canceled, then the full service cost is charged. However, unlike other service providers, a refund or credit is NOT provided in the case of sickness, including COVID. I have a reservation for 3 and my friend is sick. They've indicated that the full cost would be charged. This is particularly alarming because someone with less regard for others would still attend the appointment seeing as though they'll be charged regardless. A very dangerous and concerning policy. I will not be patronizing this location again.

Highly recommended The service was wonderful. I treated the wife to a couples massage for her birthday. My masseuse was wonderful. Unfortunately I forgot her name! And unfortunately my wife wasn't so please with hers... if I could, I would have traded masseuse with her! Overall, the whole experience was wonderful. Comes with the sauna, steam room, waterfall showers, cold/hot tubs , complimentary cookies and biscuits and teas.

Return visit every month. Mirana did me. Van did my wife. Happy feet. We look so forward to making the trip in!! Indulge yourself! You deserve it!!

This is the best spa in Boston, hands down. Pricey but worth it. Use the amenities - they have a cold plunge, hot plunge, steam, shower etc. and you can leave feeling amazing after some time doing it all. My wife gets facials there and they will often extend the time if they don't have a guest afterwards. Beautiful space.

Three months ago, I decided to splurge and booked a therapeutic Arnica massage appointment at the spa. The spa was very clean and quiet and had a sauna, steam room, waterfall shower, whirlpool and cold plunge. The service was wonderful and I had one of the best deep tissue massages!

I guess everyone has their own experience. My sister recommended that I come here so I I booked the ocean experience with the massage for my birthday. It's a Monday, so it was nice and quiet and I was able to experience other parts of the facility after my massage. Everyone was nice as well as my masseuse. However, the massage was mediocre. at some point I wanted to know if she even knew what she was doing, she didn't really apply much pressure and just kind of felt like she was rubbing fingers on my face randomly. It just kind of felt like she was playing on my face and scalp when it came to the face and scalp part of the massage. I really wish she got in there a little more. Had the massage been up to par it definitely would've been worth the price. I've definitely had much better massages for less than half the cost so I feel like I was paying more so for the ambience. My expectations were pretty high so I was a tad disappointed about that part. Again the massage therapist was nice so I didn't really want to complain. Unless I get another masseuse, who does know what they're doing, perhaps I will return but for now I see no rush.

It's luxe. My friends and I went here for a galentine's massage. We all had excellent massage experiences, customized to how we like it. My therapist was helpful, she knew I was tight from working out and gave extra attention to problem areas. One of my friends is usually on her feet all day and her therapist noticed that and was able to work wonders for her feet! We had early appointments and the place was pretty empty for the thermal experiences, which you can enjoy 45 min prior to your appt. You're given robes and slides to wear- just need to bring a bathing suit for the hot tub/ cold pool and steam room. The tea selection was nice and there are light snacks and iced tea in the relaxation room before the massage. The showers, bathrooms, and amenities were all very nice! Great experience and would definitely do it again!

I've been to a lot of spas in 4 states and let me tell you this one is one of the top. It is spotless clean and has breath taking decor. All the staff are so polite and attentive. The 3 massages I received where all A+ The entire place is so comfortable and relaxing. My husband hasn't gotten a massage in about 10 years. He was BLOWN away by this place and the massage itself. My last massage was a couples massage. I hope in the future they will make private spa like rooms for couples so we can have our own privacy in a hot tub before the massage. They definitely have to room for it! It's huge. This is definitely my favorite spot in Massachusetts for a massage.

As a visitor, I had a wonderful experience at The Spa at Encore. It's a very peaceful, very beautiful facility. The staff was attentive and efficient. The hot tub area is a little small but no one else was there so I had the place to myself. (Bathing suits are required and it's impossible to buy one here in winter but I was able to wear gym clothes. Ugh. I'll always pack one going forward.) Heated tile lounge chairs, steam room, sauna, showers, and a private changing room available. Water, tea and a few snacks are in the lounge and pre-treatment coed waiting area. My massage therapist (Ariel) did a wonderful job and I'll encourage my husband's gambling so I can come back.

Amazing service amazing day! This was my push present, and I was not dissatisfied! The cold plunge, the hot tub the water fall shower, the steam room and sauna are all things I missed out on during pregnancy. I couldn't wait to return and this was the first thing I was treated to after I was cleared! I am a huge fan of massages, and treat myself a couple times a year (even while pregnant) JJ did my massage, and of all the places I have been she was the most amazing. I have never felt so much care and relief after a massage as I did today (which is saying a lot I have a 1 year old and a newborn). Highly highly recommend! It's worth it!!!

This was my first experience at Encore Boston Harbor's Spa and I cannot rave enough about how amazing an experience it was. The facilities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The staff are attentive, helpful and discrete. I bit the bullet and went for the "Good Luck Ritual" 90 massage. It was phenomenal! Gibson Silva was my massage therapist. In my life to date I've likely had anywhere between 10-15 90-min massage treatments at a host of facilities (some 5-star rated) around the country. This was among the top two treatments I've ever received, and may be the #1! Gibson clearly brings a wealth of training, experience and heart to his work. If you have the good fortune of booking a massage at Encore Boston Harbor's Spa, I recommend requesting Gibson! Finally, I highly recommend taking advantage of the amenities 45-min before your scheduled treatment. The plunge pools, water fall shower and sauna and steam rooms really set the stage for my amazing massage experience. I will surely return for another treatment in the future

The room was beautiful, I lost my bestfriend and uncle to cancer and found out during my stay.. checked to see if there was a late checkout option... when I called they told me 11:30 is the best they can do when check out is at 11 or I can Purchase a late check out.. after I told them how I'm trying to pull myself together. This is Unacceptable, when paying 400$ for a basic room. I just expected a five star resort to be more accommodating. Sad how they ask if your celebrating anything but won't accommodate you in your time of need. The front desk when I called didn't even give me a "sorry for your loss" truly sad. I will not be returning. The inhumanity.

I received the face best facial this afternoon that I have ever received in my entire life. Elisa was the best. The facial included hot towels, a warm bed, the silkiest sheets, and she gave the best head, face and hand massage during the experience. I cannot wait to return.

Fabulous! Well worth the trip and expense. A nice place to relax. A place that will become an addiction.

My kingdom for a day pass. The second this spa gets a day pass, I'll be here once a week for the rest of my life. Though it's just a fraction of the size of Canyon Ranch or Qua or the Encore Spa in Las Vegas, this place packs quite a punch. Great hot tub, plunge tub and waterfall shower, lovely amenities, comfortable single gender lounge, quiet coed lounge, and very attentive and friendly staff. Heck, it was my birthday and as I was done with my facial (magnificent and worth it, though the price point is definitely Vegas-based), Manny (way to go, Manny) had a plate of macarons and chocolate for me. It was super thoughtful and really made me feel like a guest. I'm knocking one star off for the steam room being under repair already (issue with the tiles, I think) and me not getting a heads up in advance or some token "here's a 5% off credit for next time." And also because I want what darn day pass! Give me that day pass!

It's small, pricey, not that special, and I am not a big fan. I love the wynn casinos such as Vegas or Macau, but not this Wynn casino in Boston. I preferred to go to either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun. Everything looks beautiful, but the quality, the restaurant, and the atmosphere is not the same. I get that you're trying to make back your money, but it's pushing people out. I'm glad that you don't have to pay so much for the parking anymore.

I cannot explain how beautiful this spa is. Tall ceilings and it had a very elegant Roman feel to it with a modern twist. Clean and elegant and they had a really nice plunge pool and heated tile beds. I had the greatest massage. I hope to come back again.I couldn't bring my phone so I couldn't take any pictures..I was really turned off by the fact that I couldn't get a tour of the spa initially because of privacy reasons but I ended up going for treatment anyway. People were very polite and professional.

The rest of the casino is absolutely fabulous the spa and the staff is terrible manager is very unprofessional I am hotel guest all the way from Seattle Washington I'm very familiar with the encore family upon check-in I was told the spa hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day I woke up in call the spa and tell them I was coming in they said no problem on the phone I got there and they said that there was a change of policy and our new hours are at 12:30 which is really inconvenient when check out at 11

Oh myyyyyy. This place is one I visited with my 3 girlfriends on Saturday for our Aroma Therapy massages. It was so tranquil and relaxing. We enjoyed the receiving lounge with teas and some snacks and fruits. Came in early to enjoy the amenities before our scheduled massages. I loved the sauna and steam rooms. They have a plunging hot and cold pool, lockers and showers. Hair dryer, curling irons, towels, robes, slippers and whatever else you may need are provided. The staff were extremely sweet and helpful. We had such a great time decompressing and enjoying the facilities until thy closed! Will be back for the next special event!! Thank you, Encore Spa and keep up the great work.

Horrible, I paid almost $900 for a 3 hour spa day. 2 hour massage and 1 hour facial. The massage was dull and the facial was just different lotions being rubbed on my face. Yes the spa was beautiful, But that was it. for all that money the experience should have been great as well. Quality over quantity! Learn from me. Do not go here for a massage.

Outstanding. A truly next level spa. Nothing in Boston comes close to the luxury and professionalism or the oasis this spa has to offer. Worth spending the extra money! I will be back for sure!

This spa is by far the best around. The utmost in elegance. Incredibly professional staff. The massage was 80 minutes of pure relaxation. My daughter and I enjoyed the steam room, sauna,whirlpool, cold pool, warming lounge beds. All the little extras suchh as infused water, a selection of teas, many imported chocolates and treats. Everything was supplied from the robe to the dental kit to all hair products and shower items . A thoughtful gift from my son to us. A nice replacing day for a mother daughter day!

While it's a beautiful facility, my massage was below mediocre for the price and didn't address any of my concerns. My upper back is still beyond stiff and seems to be even more knotted than before I went in (I had the Custom massage for 80 minutes). I'm still in pain and wish I hadn't done the treatment. My masseuse also didn't offer me the stone treatment or selection of oils that others in my party got. The sauna did a better job in relaxing my muscles. The staff were extremely professional in terms of attitude so I didn't want to make too much of a complaint, but I would not recommend coming to this spa. I'm willing to try again next time I visit Encore for a different treatment to see if it's better... The second star is for the delicious orange biscotti and selection of tea bags; I wish I could've taken some to my room!

I have had many massages, in many different places. The Cliff house in Maine, is a great , beautiful place to have a spa day's, they are awesome. Bota Bota Spa-Sur-l'eau in Montréal Quebec is also a on off my favorite place for a day Spa. Love this place, everything about this place is awesome. But today I had the pleasure of having a massage by Suda Phet at the Spa at the Encore. Without a doubt it was the best. Suda is not a big woman, but ohhh my God. This woman works on every inch off your body. Making pressure on every pressure point. Amazing works. I will come back and recommend her. Thank you Suda Phet.

This was my first time at the Encore. I booked a couples massage. A few of the spa ammenties were enclosed such as the steam room. Which I didn't mind The massage was absolutely amazing. Literally the best massage I have ever had. The staff was extremely professional and enviting. The place was spotlessly clean and luxurious. I definitely will be back in the future.

I never had such a bad experience in my life. We were even betting in the high rollers casino tables which had very rude people working, except the dealer. The worst hotel ever. Michael Caputo Senior Host- Domestic Marketing was very rude to us. For what reason I'm not quite sure. The oyster bar, along with the rest restaurants have nobody in them. Clearly shows they are not worth spending the money in. Terrible service we just left to move to Four Seasons which I highly recommend.

The 40th birthday get together was a hit. Even though the prices are high, but with what you are getting, long services, amazing service, clean well attentive staff the place is highly recommended. I would come back here again. By far the best luxury spa in the Boston area.

My first visit to Encore Boston Harbor Spa was earlier this month. The amenities were beautiful, however they could not make up for the less than average massage. I booked a therapeutic massage with arnica, being a massage therapist and educator in the industry myself, I knew that this was probably a deep tissue massage, which was confirmed by the girl at the front desk. This was an 80 minute treatment, with a 1/3 of that time spent on the feet, my legs, arms and face and scalp were not massaged at all. There was no music in the room, no bolster for the first 10-15minutes. The treatment was definitely not what one would expect from a luxury resort. Sorry to say, I will not be back or recommend this spa to friends and family.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I called for a first time appointment. I can assure you from my first phone call with the receptionist up until the time I left was nothing less than amazing. The atmosphere and greetings from the staff when getting off the elevator going in to the salon was the perfect start. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. I then was offered a glass of champagne or a mimosa and happily went with a glass of champagne which was complimented by a side of chocolates and amazing cookies. I then meet my new master sylist Amanda. I think she may be a gift from God lol. She got me as a new client with 50 shades of store bought hair colors over the past year to include greys and hair breakage yet she still seemed to like me! She examined my "situation" and made a plan. End result. Best color I have EVER had. No brassy tones. It's shiny. Looks healthy. I finally feel ok when looking in the mirror. If you want a great stylist who loves what she does and is happy as you are with the results book with Amanda. She personable, beautiful, talented and obviously a superstar in my eyes!

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon. I had a pedicure with Van who is pleasant, friendly and I had the best pedicure I have ever had! The salon is beautiful with all the perks! Champagne and chocolates what women or man doesn't like that! Again Van is the best!!!
