Forget Gambling and Partying: Spas are the New Reason to Visit Las Vegas

"In November, Wynn Las Vegas unveiled its completely renovated Wynn Spa, a transformation that sexes up the retreat in moody, dark hues of indigo and brown, with coffered ceilings and treatment rooms with their own crackling fireplaces."

A beautiful, relaxing retreat that is worth the splurge! Take some time to enjoy the stream room, sauna, plunge pools, jacuzzi pools, rainfall showers, snacks and tranquility room that are included with any spa treatment. Had one of the best massages ever (with hot stone enhancements) from Jeff. Came with a birthday girl and two others who all enjoyed their treatments. Birthday girl received a complimentary box of chocolate. Excellent service from all employees who treat you right!

Wow — just wow. The spa at the Wynn is absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an attendant who gives you a locker and a full tour of the facility. The whole space is spacious, warm, and incredibly inviting — easily one of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to (if not the nicest). I booked the Good Luck Ritual massage, which was amazing. It’s an 80-minute treatment, and honestly, I wish I had gone for the 100-minute version. The massage itself was fantastic — relaxing, thorough, and done in a beautiful treatment room. The amenities are top-notch: plunge pools, rainfall showers, super comfortable robes and slippers, snacks, and beverages — everything you need to unwind. You can actually enjoy the spa for the rest of the day after your treatment, which is a great perk. I didn’t stick around too long, but I did shower and relax a bit before heading out, and everything was spotless and luxurious. If you’re staying at the Wynn, this spa is a must. Even if you’re not, it’s well worth checking out. Total five-star experience.

I actually love Spa next door at Wynn. Been coming here for past 15 years and always have massage with Clay. He is spectacular. Not just attentive , thorough , gifted, but extremely friendly and his techniques are outstanding. I highly recommend him. Extra thank you to Daniel, Wynns current one of the Spa manager. I will be back!

My recent visit to the Encore Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment I stepped through its grand entrance, I was enveloped in an oasis that seamlessly blended tranquility and sophistication. The facility was not just clean, it was immaculate, every surface gleaming with meticulous attention to detail. The decor, a stunning fusion of modern elegance and timeless opulence, featured high ceilings adorned with soothing ambient lighting and rich, textured materials that offered an inviting, comforting embrace. Each design element seemed to have been carefully chosen to elevate the overall atmosphere, creating a visual feast of soft colors and elegant furnishings that set the stage for an unforgettable journey of relaxation. The amenities provided were undeniably satisfying and thoughtfully designed to cater to every conceivable need of discerning guests. The relaxation areas were expansively spacious, furnished with plush loungers and serene water features, creating a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The service offerings were impeccable, from the soft, plush robes provided for each visitor to the premium skincare products that beckoned guests to indulge their senses. The overall experience felt indulgent and refined, as if every aspect was curated to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction. What truly sets Encore Spa apart is its exceptional staff. Each team member I encountered was not only attentive and gracious but also deeply committed to creating a personalized experience for every guest. Their warm demeanor and eagerness to cater to every whim elevated my visit and fostered a sense of genuine hospitality that made the entire experience feel special. However, as with any fine establishment, I encountered a minor shortcoming during my visit. The temperature of the Jacuzzi, while pleasant, fell short of reaching the inviting warmth one would typically expect from such a luxurious feature. This slight deviation was a notable contrast to the otherwise exceptional amenities and left me wishing for a more soothing embrace to complement the relaxation I sought. Moreover, while the Encore Spa undoubtedly offers a luxurious experience, there is potential for even more. An expansion or renovation could further enhance its vastness and elevate its offerings. Many comparable spas along the Strip boast extensive, multifaceted facilities with a broader array of amenities, such as hydrotherapy pools, steam and sauna rooms, and unique wellness treatments. An expansion could position Encore Spa at the pinnacle of luxury wellness destinations, truly setting it apart in the competitive landscape of spa retreats. In conclusion, while there are areas that could be improved, the Encore Spa remains a true gem in the world of spa retreats. With impeccable cleanliness, captivating decor, and staff that exude professionalism and genuine care, it offers a memorable and rejuvenating escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. It is an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury.

I recently visited this spa, and it was an absolute paradise! The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel completely pampered. My massage with Uriel was nothing short of extraordinary, with the therapist targeting every knot and tension point. The facilities were pristine, and the overall experience left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I can't recommend this spa enough—it's the perfect escape from everyday stress!

Best massage EVER! I been so many places for full body massage but this place is something else. Love the tea and coffee bar before massage therapy. Very clean and organized. I do highly recommend!

Google
Super relaxing! I highly recommend a massage and just chilling in the spa. Definitely helped me detox after a crazy night of gluttony. With a scheduled massage, you have access to the spa and gym. Certain room tiers give you gym access too. There is an area with a TV and some drinks (flavored ice water, tea, requested juices too) and fruit. This is the only area where cell phone use is allowed. The spa is clothing optional and they have disposable shorts for you to use and slides. It is very clean and relaxing. I fell asleep on one of those warm chairs in the spa. There is a stream room, dry sauna, hot tubs, cold pools, private showers, etc.

Every bit of my visit here felt luxurious. Each staff member I encountered was kind and accommodating. My massage therapist Newton accepted my appointment on his day off after serving my mom earlier in the week. He was truly phenomenal and I was grateful that he had gifted me with his time before ever meeting me. I had the Encore Escape and the experience as well as the facility rank among my top three spas of all time. As an exclusively nursing mom, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a place to nurse discreetly. There was no hesitation to make this an experience that was comfortable for me and my infant. My mom was able to bring my infant to me throughout the day and I was provided a quiet room to relax and nurse her in as needed.

Yelp
I ended my Vegas weekend with a spa day at Encore and overall it was a great experience! Encore's ambiance is luxurious and decadent. The customer service was excellent from all the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed the whirlpool, cold plunge, steam and dry saunas, heated stone lounge chairs, and the quiet room. There are several lounge rooms so there's some privacy when changing your clothes. They also had a blow dryer, curing iron, hairspray, and q tips to use after showering. The spa facilities are complimentary with any spa or salon service. The valet service will also hold your bags free of charge if you are checking out or not staying at the hotel. My only negative is the snacks and drinks were limited. When you're spending all this money and time at the spa, it would have been nice to have a better variety of snacks to keep up your energy and nutrition. I didn't find the available snacks tasty or filling. Here are some pictures. I couldn't take pictures of the other areas because clothing is optional ;)

Yelp
My boyfriend booked us the 130min couples massage for my birthday surprise. The massage was wonderful. The masseuse was friendly and put me at ease. The spa and facilty are beautiful. My boyfriend booked this for us and was under the impression we would stay together the entire experience. The one thing I expressed to him that I didnt like about spas was that the facilities arent co-ed. They told him we did not need to bring anything and that everything needed would be provided. Upon arrival, we were checked in. Then they came to grab us individually for our tour and to change. Once brought back I started tearing up because we would only get to spend time together for the massage and I didn't bring a bathing suit. On the tour all the women had bathing suits on. When I expressed my disappointment to the tour lady that he was told at booking we would be together and I didn't need anything. She said "You can go buy one from our shop." Such a distasteful comment when my boyfriend spent a lot of money booking it. It's a beautiful spa but something I would do with a girlfriend cause I wanted to be with him for the entire experience. Not alone and the only one naked. I tried but felt so uncomfortable I couldn't fully enjoy it.

Yelp
When your tour begins @The Spa at Encore you'll immediately notice a comfy lounge area with a cozy fireplace and multiple seating options. This is the perfect spot to check your phone, order lunch or read a book in a nicely lit, quiet area. The Spa at Encore is small and unassuming. Extremely easy to navigate you'll immediately notice the steam room, sauna and lovely shower area. Just few steps and you'll enter "the wet area" which includes: Two small plunge pools (cool & cold) multiple waterfall showers and 2 large jacuzzi 's with individual seating options. I enjoy the stone heated loungers. The serenity lounge (waiting area prior to service) is where you'll find coffee, hot tea and a few small nibbles available in a dimly lit quiet space. The first time I entered the treatment area, I was quite surprised. This area is tranquil, large and extravagant, a different vibe from the spa in my opinion. Offering a multitude of treatment options with add ons available - always excellent.. **My last two visits @The Spa at Encore weren't as relaxing /enjoyable as previous ones. A noticeable increase of openly visible cell phones. This week while relaxing in the "wet area" I experienced 2 different cell phones with timers blaring! I arrived to the serenity lounge, to unfortunately hear a ringing cell phone with notification pings. What happened to spa etiquette? Why are the spa employees just ignoring this? My hope is to find a relaxing spa where technology /the outside world is silenced for just a couple of hours, as the spa should be. I always enjoy ordering lunch while @The Spa at Encore. Delivered directly to the spa and always delish!

Yelp
Booked a really last minute trip to Vegas for Rest and Relaxation a month ago! Highly recommended the Encore Spa and definitely did not disappoint. Ordered the Good Luck Ritual. I specifically requested a male masseuse for the pressure and all the knots got fixed. Felt like butter afterward. The technique and experience definitely showed! He had 15 years of experience. The Spa had Aromatherapy Sauna, Dry Room, Cold Plunge, Rain Fall Shower, Water Fall Shower, and Ice Cold Towel. Anything you need for self care, it's there! Snacks included fruit, granola, popcorn, and the chocolate covered cranberries. You had the infused water, tea, and coffee! What a way to spoil guests :) Total: $396 [Including Gratuity] + Tip On Top! Locker Rooms, Robe, and Sandals were all comfortable.

Yelp
Wow! This was by far the fanciest spa I have ever been to. They had amazing amenities that you could use all day and the facility was stunning. They called my name in the tranquility room while I was drinking tea and eating chocolate covered cranberries, then my assigned aesthetician guided me through a large room with a beautiful walkway surrounded by rocks to the room where I would have my service done. I signed up for an Oxygen Facial but had a Hydrafacial instead due to the esthetician's suggestion and it was wonderful. We added an additional neck and arm massage as well as a Green Tea Collagen mask. I've never had a neck or arm massage this good. She seemed to be so experienced and knowledgeable and the whole experience was so peaceful and relaxing. Next time I go to Vegas, I will be revisiting!!

Yelp
While celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary my husband and I treated ourself to a spa day. After having breakfast we headed to the spa and checked in three hours before our scheduled treatment so we can relax and enjoy unwind. The spa is clean and very beautiful. There are two jacuzzis, two cold plunge pools, rain showers, a sauna and a steam room. Also there was a hot stone lounge chair to relax on. I really enjoyed spending time here. No one to talk to, no phones, no distractions. The dressing rooms were beautiful supplied with necessary items to use after taking a shower. The massage I had was probably the best ever. Loved every second of it. The whole experience here at the Encore spa was amazing. Loved it loved it .... I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time and a great massage. They offer many services so go to their website to check it out.

Yelp
So thankful we got to experience this spa when we were in Vegas! What a beautiful area. The staff was very welcoming & easy to approach for help in getting around the spa. We received a couples massage which was amazing, then we enjoyed the other amenities: different jacuzzi tubs, steam & dry saunas, showers, etc. Separate gender areas for all except the massage time when we together. Would definitely return when back in Vegas!

Yelp
Just wow! I had a 50 min custom massage with Hannah and it was amazing!!! The most relaxing massage I've had so far. The spa amenities were perfection. Since robes are optional like most spas, they don't allow phones to be out. I was able to text my husband before I put my phone in the locker, but not sure why others didn't respect the privacy policy by all the pictures I see from previous reviews. Steam room, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, showers-- all very nice. It was disappointing the heated loungers by the jacuzzi did not work, because they are made of stone so it is freezing to sit on. The staff is okay (Hannah was amazing though), not the friendliest. They kind of try not to be seen I guess? We got there at 12pm, left at 5pm. It was worth the $244!

Yelp
gorgeous facility and although the encore isn't the newest hotel but the overall upkeep and maintenance is there. the patrons are a hit or miss, some have manners, most do not. most just leave their towels and trash around expecting it to be picked up by the staff- rude. i never found the whirlpool area crowded but the steam / sauna can get crowded fast as the rooms are smaller and can't accommodate a lot of people. my massage therapy for both sessions were good, but nothing extraordinary- but the overall spa facility makes up for it. plenty of showers, changing rooms/lockers, lounge areas, and amenities. wished the hours were longer, some of us would prefer to spa than hit the clubs in vegas but the spa closes at 7pm :( and with tons of things to do during the day in vegas, spa just isn't high on the list.

Yelp
I just had the most incredible experience at Encore Hotel Spa! Harper gave me the best massage I've ever had--truly amazing. The spa itself is stunning and so relaxing. Everything from the ambiance to the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This is probably the most beautiful spa that I have ever seen! I wish they allowed pictures in more spaces, so I could share! (But they appropriately don't allow electronics to provide folks comfort and privacy inside). You will feel the change from the loud bustle of the casino floor to the peace and serenity of the spa literally as soon as you step off the elevator. Several different spaces inside for lockers so no one space feels very crowded. Comfy robes and slippers are provided. Hot tea, water, fruit and other snacks are available in the lounges. Steam room, sauna, 2 cold plunge pools and 2 jacuzzi pools (that have built in seats!) are available for use all day until 7PM if you have services booked. A very nice shower area with razors, shaving cream, shower caps and towels too. My massage therapist was amazing and incredibly nice. They do have couples massages available, but note that there are no co-ed lounge spaces inside the spa. Can't wait for an opportunity to come back!

Yelp
I just had my massage and facial last Friday. I was totally looking forward to it because this is my first trip away from the kids and an opportunity to splurge. The massage was good except that the masseuse noticed a rash developing on my back and had to leave me for a good 10-15 minutes while she looked for gloves. I did use their hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities prior for about 30 minutes jumping from one to the next. By the time I was done with my massage the rash spread and it wasn't the food I ate because I had a pastry and it wasn't a hive reaction that goes away. I still have the markings of the rash and it got (and still is) super itchy and was on one side of my back. I reported it but the claims department said no one else reported it so that there's no partial refund of any kind. I looked it up and it does appear that I got a hot tub rash and that's from bacteria from a hot tub. They stated that they clean it every evening but I'm sure something fell thru the cracks because I haven't had this reaction ever. Disappointed because you pay $700+ and end up with a rash on vacation. They also include gratuity which is a bit unfair prior to any service. I would avoid this spa. Not worth spending tons of money and being treated this way.

Yelp
I have a night flight schedule and spent a day at The Spa at Encore Las Vegas. What a majestic treatment for myself! I really enjoyed being there. It was so relaxing, and yet the decoration was extraordinary. It has a huge space, excellent services, and the best relaxing massage. If you booked for the service, you can use their sauna, pool, steam room, etc...

Yelp
Five stars for the facilities, 3 stars for my massage. The facilities are beautiful. Very spacious, tranquil, and luxe feeling. The steam room and sauna were nice, but I do wish they had the little ice cold towels to bring inside like most spas have. I really enjoyed the two whirlpools (which were 104 degrees, had strong jets, and spacious) and the heated chairs. The waterfall showers were very relaxing and I wish they were actual private showers instead of open concept. The spa is in really good condition. Overall the spa was quiet but a conference was going on and there were some ladies who were having networking meetings in the spa. They tried to be quiet but it was noticeable. My 50 minute (couples) massage was average at best. The pressure was off the whole time even when I corrected it. My masseuse also spent wayyyyyy too much time on my arms and shoulders including stretches. I haaateeeee when they do stretches during a massage. This is not physical therapy or yoga, why are you bending my arms and legs ?? The stretches were not relaxing and at times uncomfortable. At the beginning of the massage the masseuse asked if I had a specific body area to focus on and I specifically said neck and trap/upper back and I pointed out an issue I had in my neck. But she spent hardly any time on my upper back and neck at all. Overall I didn't feel any improvement or more relaxed muscles after the massage, which was a disappointment because I really needed it and the massages are not cheap!! I'm giving four stars overall though because the facilities were great and my husband really enjoyed his massage/masseuse so I think I just got a bad masseuse and hopefully would have better luck next time.

Yelp
Encore, do you want more...Of the SPA at ENCORE? YESSSS!!! If you're looking for a truly relaxing and opulent spa experience, this is the place! I will definitely be coming back again and again! Zee highlights: 1. The heated stone beds!!! Ohhhh, I could not pull myself off of them. Set a towel on top and then lie down and just fall asleep. The warmth envelopes you and the natural lighting that comes into the area is just beautiful. 2. Spacious and not a maze! The spa area is huge! I like how the locker areas are separated into different "rooms" so even if there are a lot of people, it feels like you are in your private castle room! ;) The showers are HUGE as well! The layout is easy to follow and you aren't getting lost or going in circles looking for something. 3. Follow the 6 or 7 step water cycle. There is a small sign posted that shows what to start with, such as steam room, then sauna, then a cold plunge, then the hot tub. It promotes circulation and...I am doing a horrible job explaining, but follow the suggested steps! 4. The massage! I went with the GOOD LUCK RITUAL and the walkway to the massage rooms is just stunning!!!! The massage was AMAZING; it includes a hand, foot, and scalp treatment! The service here is definitely what you would expect from a Forbes five-star spa!! 5. The SMOKY GRANOLA CLUSTERS- I am not much of a granola person but oh, their smoky granola is AWESOME!!! Mix some of the chocolate covered cherries in and YUM!!!! They also have little recipe cards for you to take and make! Hmmm, I can go on and on about how great it is here! The facilities are clean and the staff are all so professional and polite! The robes and towels are thick and luxurious feeling indeed! Spa guests have access to the fitness center as well. There are no co-ed areas as clothing is optional...you can truly just let loose! :) You can definitely spend the whole day here!! It is that MAGICAL of an experience!!! Now, go treat yourself to The Spa at Encore!

Yelp
The Spa at Encore is probably one of my favorite spas in Vegas. My husband and I knew that during his birthday trip we had to check it out. The entire place is beautiful and luxurious. It's not too big compared to Caesars but it has everything and I love how clean it is. The lobby check in area and gorgeous. I love their fireplace that gives it a warm cozy feeling. The robes and slippers they give feels luxurious. And their smallest size slippers actually fit my little feet. I like that the lockers are divided into different rooms with each having their own makeup/hair tables. It made it easy to get ready after. They had a nice steam room and sauna. The tranquility room was huge and had chase sofas and treats. There were drinks and snacks provided. And the pool area had 2 cold pools and two large jacuzzis. I am in love with the heated lounge chairs and waterfall showers there. The service is excellent. You can hang out anywhere and they will look and call for you. Also, I like how private their showers were. They were huge showers for just one person. And they have all the amenities needed for a girl who knows how to take care and treat herself. Super great experience and 100% would do it again.

Yelp
Stunningly gorgeous spa with excellent service. I still have to make my way through all the fancy Strip spas, but I have a feeling already that the Encore spa is at the top of the pack. The facilities blew me away. It's Moroccan-inspired and a feast for the eyes. I wanted to spend all day here. The lounge, relaxation, showers, pool areas, even locker rooms, are just girl heaven. I got the head and hands treatment and my therapist was detailed oriented and did an excellent job. Later, I also got a great pedicure with a fantastic view at the salon. If you were to ask me (a picky person) what could be improved about the experience, I really couldn't name a single thing. Prices are on the higher end but nothing crazy for a hotel/resort spa. Folks from NY or big west coast cities may even be pleasantly surprised. If you have the time, I highly recommend you spend a couple hours here during your Vegas trip.

Yelp
Saturday self care day!! We booked our self care day reservations at Encore about a month in advance. We were able to select our options and received email confirmations for all three of us. As soon as you step out of the elevator, you can smell the relaxing aroma. The waiting area was beautiful and relaxing. We checked in with the host right away with no wait. You pay for your services and gratuity after checking in - which is different than bay area spas where you pay after your day. We waited in the waiting area for about 5mins before being escorted to the spa. As you walked into the spa area, there's another waiting area with infused water and a gal that grabs your slipper sizes. After grabbing our slippers, the rep walked us through with a tour of the area and amenities. Everything was absolutely beautiful and clean. We walked to our area with our robe and locker that had a vanity area with all the products you need to get ready with - blow dryer, hair brush, mouthwash, hair and skin products, etc. After changing into our robes and slippers, we entered the room for our selected services. Our masseuse were waiting for us already and approached us for our names. We each walked through another door to our individual massage rooms. Anna was my masseuse and did a phenomenal job! Our massages went by so quick! We all loved our services and our wonderful experience in the spa. Highly recommend Encore Spa!!

Yelp
I love kicking off a vacation at a spa and to me, this is the best one not only in Vegas, but of any spa I have ever visited. From the lounge area, the plunge pools, the steam rooms - it is unparalleled. My particular favorite is after a massage - the chocolate covered cherries as a snack. Cannot recommend this spa enough.

Yelp
Yes Yes Yes Prices are through the roof but good if you like to spend that money; So be sure to have plenty of for a spa day to remember. If you gamble maybe your host can get you comped!! Great spa atmosphere.

Yelp
I am feeling very relaxed after spending a day at this spa. I had a VERY exhausting week and I was in dire need of a spa day. I heard many wonderful things about this spa, so I decided to see if it lived up to the hype. This spa is rated 5 stars by Forbes. Now I can totally see why. My experience was fabulous! Leaving this spa, I left with a whole lot more energy than when I came in. I spent the whole day here. I did leave to go get lunch and then I had no problems getting back in since you have access to the spa and gym up until closing time. Booking the reservation was simple and easy. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped by a lady in a gray blazer. She made me feel extremely welcomed and it was a great start to this day. Once inside Christy (I believe) gave me a tour. She helped me get a locker and robe as well. I enjoyed a couple amenities before I received an amazing custom massage from Suki and she used a few lovely aroma therapies and special cream for my back. She asked me if I had any problem areas I wanted her to focus on and she was absolutely attentive to my problem area. I had a lot of tension. She also helped me get to the root cause of my back pain. The massage was truly sensational.. I am definitely less tense. Suki is wonderful! The massage tables are heated as well. There are two lounges. One in the front with fruit and citrus water and fireplace. Very inviting. Then there is another one inside the spa area. It's very dim in there with up to date magazines. The lounge is very relaxing. It is very easy to fall asleep in there, that is when people aren't chit-chatting. Not sure why people think it's okay to speak loudly to their friends in a spa when we are there to relax. No cellphones allowed either in the spa area, however I guess some people just don't know how to follow rules. I did. I wish I took some photos of the inside because it is truly beautiful! The jacuzzi area was very serene and tranquil. Located there is waterfall showers, heated lounge chairs, plunge pool, jacuzzi. Surrounded by beautiful statues, plants and tranquil sounds. Especially with the water flowing, it feels like you're on a beach somewhere. The sauna felt like you were in a cabin somewhere in the woods at night. It had some out-doorsey sound effects inside and it totally set the mood and distracted me from cooking up in there! The steam room is very powerful. Lots of water pressure in there. I've never been in a steam room like that. I came out feeling very refreshed. I prefer steam rooms over saunas personally. Overall, beautifully decorated. Very tasteful. Warm colors. The second lounge area was very comfy. They had some chocolate covered cranberries and some granola, coffee, tea selections, juice upon request, etc. I was bummed out that there was no popcorn today or ice towels. What kind of spa doesn't have ice towels? I expected this one to. Let's get it together please, Encore. Other than that I have no complaints. I am giving 5 stars because the hospitality here is out of this world. The team was very helpful, cheerful, and very accommodating. Five star service. Everyone seemed happy to be there! I like how the masseuses introduce themselves. All of them were very polite, warm and professional. Great place! I would come back again for sure. Thank you ladies for the wonderful spa experience. This is how a spa is supposed to be ran.

Brittany L.

Yelp
The kind, gracious, and gentle customer service at the Encore spa is worth every single dollar spent. Both of the managers Teresa and Cami went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Thank you to the whole team! We had a very relaxing day and the most incredible facials. The facilities are flawless and breath-taking.

Yelp
The Spa at Encore is a beautiful spa to enjoy an afternoon or a day relaxing. My last visit here was June 2020 when all of the facilities had to be closed. I was thrilled to return for the full experience instead of just getting a service. Everything is open and masks are no longer required! Reservations can be made by phone or sending a reservation request through their website. I didn't get a response to my online request so I called a day later. I love how easy it is to get into the spa. It's as easy as parking at the Encore self parking garage, heading to the casino floor, and walking to the guest room elevators. From there you select the spa floor and you're there! It's not a long walk from car to spa. Encore doesn't charge for parking which is the icing on the cake. My massage was excellent. Troy was my massage therapist. It was very relaxing and the perfect amount of pressure. I like that he spent more time on scalp and neck at the end than most massage therapists. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Everything is off of one main hall making it the easiest spa to navigate. They have two hot tubs, two cold plunges, waterfall showers, a sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, locker rooms, a relaxation lounge, and individual showers. In the lounge area they have coffee, tea, gold dusted lavender popcorn, chocolate covered cranberries, and granola. Towels and cold bottled water stations are in several places. There are cold washcloths outside of the sauna. Of course they offer everything you would need to get ready when you're done with your experience. The only negatives here are dated decor and no coed areas. It reminds me of my mom's formal living room from my childhood. The room I wasn't allowed in and had fresh vacuum lines at all times. This is a great spa. Spending an afternoon here feels like a real treat and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Yelp
I stayed at the Encore for a week and had an amazing time. When on vacation, there is nothing better than relaxing and Tan took great care of me at the Spa. I had a massage and a mani-pedi and left feeling and looking visibly refreshed.

Yelp
I love the spa at encore! I have been to a few other ones on the strip but this one is impressive. The whole pool and spa floor is nice. Even the gym is very impressive!

Yelp
Gets 3 from me. Nice facilities. I thought the staff could have been more available for us. There was one guy who was great, but I came up to the front a couple times for questions and no one was there.

Yelp
Great experience, the massage was amazing!!! I forgot her name, sorry! The facilities are CLEAN and this is a must at a spa. The chocolate covered cranberries were amazing, I need to know where to buy them they are sooo good! Quiet and relaxing areas, I liked the zen room. Of course in Las Vegas fashion, some women were having some sketchy convos in there but it is Vegas. Complaints: -Bathrooms are small. My robe touched the toilet when I entered. Barf... -Showers are almost private but not completely. 2 inch gap at the door. -They forgot to add my local discount so I got refunded the additional amount. -One of the hot tubs had construction around it so was not easily accessible and it felt like there was dry wall on the bottom... - The products for showering, mouthwash etc we're not great, they smelled old/rancid tbh. Overall though I would say it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to people. It was great, but it was not the best Spa experience I've had. We

Yelp
This has elevated to my favorite spa in Vegas. I'm sure it depends on the clientele, but I actually was able to catch a nap on the tranquility room. It was lovely. The place is massive and beautiful. You feel like royalty as soon as you step in. The service with Jodi was fantastic. I chose the "nalu" ritual. Not only was it spot on but the shower had the strongest pressure. It was the perfect service. They have something for everyone. From the hot and cold pools, saunas, snacks, tea and the amenities were the best I've seen. I will.comoare every spa to this one.

Yelp
This spa was ammmaaazing! I would 100% book here again. Excellent service, clean facilities with everything functioning. Their gym is well equipped. I worked out and then went to the spa, got a massage and she was excellent - well informed with great experience. Even gave recommendations for tight areas, felt almost like a medical professional (in the best way possible). I got the deep tissue renewal, it was great and she would always warn me before the cool stuff to make sure I was comfortable. Waiting room photo is attached and GORGEOUS! And I loved the heated stone chairs by the jacuzzis. Thanks!

Yelp
This spa is beautiful but I felt upsold with my massage - I was initially recommended the gold luck ritual, but I hesitated since I work out a lot and need deep tissue. Though I preferred the deep tissue massage, I was pressured into doing the Thai oil fusion massage. I also requested a guy in hopes of proper pressure but felt like there just wasn't enough elbow grease applied - the massage was nice but I wasn't convinced it was worth the price tag to be honest...I requested more pressure twice. =\ Bummer. It was still a relaxing massage but just didn't hit the mark for me. A cozy robe and slippers were provided upon entry. Snacks such as granola, popcorn, chocolate covered fry fruit, oranges, banana, coffee, tea were spaced throughout the lounging areas. Razors, shower caps, curling iron, cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, and shaving cream were available...I don't recall seeing toothbrushes . The Moroccan lights are beautiful and I loved the ambiance of the spa however. The toiletries available were helpful - I just wish there was a cold water bath, not just warm/hot jacuzzi sections...come to think of it. I don't recall seeing any water jets either...surprised me cause I'm used to Korean spas having them. The make up vanity areas were nicely spaced out and convenient for getting ready. Also had some booking issues - the guy who booked me didn't know the difference between acrylic, gel x, and gel. This made it frustrating to book since I had to call several times to fix my booking ahead of time. He was kind though and I don't blame him - I understand the situation. It would make more sense to have someone well versed in the cosmetic services to take the incoming phone calls. Overall, cost was~ $770 for the 110min Thai oil massage, mani and pedi full set with acrylic/gel for hands, gel for feet, and extra $50 tip on top of the 20% required tip. Tan and Dawn did a good job with my nails given the time constraints we encountered.

Yelp
Loved the luxurious and relaxing few hours I spent at the Spa at Encore! Took my mom here right after it opened in a Thursday morning and was able to grab a day pass. You can come back any time throughout the day before it closes. I did my research on various spas on the strip and was really impressed with the setup at Encore. It didn't disappoint. Check in was a breeze. The staff was very nice, asked if we wanted a guided tour of the facility and she explained where all the rooms were and showed us to our lockers in one of the many separate areas. We were provided slippers and thick plush robes. After we changed, we wandered over to the Tranquility Room to relax a bit. There was fresh coffee, high end tea pouches and hot water, mini bottled water and snacks. Their granola was delicious! The chocolate covered cherries were really good too. The lavender dust popcorn was interesting. I then went into the steam room to start my journey and gosh, it is definitely super steamy compared to any other room I've been in. When the steam is actively pumping in, I have to lay down instead of sit up cause it's super hot. The sauna, however, was not hot enough. There's no way to adjust the temperature but I felt like it was just a warm room, no sauna feeling. There's 2 large jaccuzi hot tubs and 2 cold plunge pools in the room at the end of the hall. Very beautiful decor and nice setup with hot stone lounge chairs and waterfall showers. When my mom and I arrived it was just the two of us in the pool area. Super quiet and serene. More guests came throughout our stay but everyone was respectful. All the areas are clean and well kept. The staff are constantly switching out the towel bins and cleaning the common areas. There's water bottles and clean towels everywhere so you can remain fresh. The cold plunge pool is very cold and so worth it! The hot tub was a good temperature but could be hotter for my preference. Overall, a wonderful experience at the Spa at Encore. Hope to be back one day!

Yelp
Top notch spa experience! Make sure you get there 1 hour early to get full use of the facilities. I was first greeted with tea and a warm cloth. Afterwards I went used the waterfall shower and heated whirlpool bath. I met some cool local ladies and we had some laughs relaxing on the heated mosaic tile chairs. They also have a sauna, steam room and cold plunge that I opted out of. Next was the massage from David. He was excellent and made the experience superior. He was easy to talk to and made me comfortable with having a male therapist. I had the scrub/massage combo. Afterward, I took a shower and got did my hair there. (They have all the supplies/tools you need) I had hot tea a few times. (3 to chose from) If you are thinking of going, don't hesitate, it's worth the cost.

Yelp
A woman who works at the spa name Darent treated me aggressively, rude, insulating, and even was violent to me just because I was talking to my nephews over the phone where the lockers were located Be aware!!! If you are talking on the phone near the locker ( not spa area), you will be kicked out of the spa, and you will not be allowed to enter there again. This is not a pleasant spa ,this is a spa in North Korea. I submitted a serious complaint to the chief of security, and I am waiting for an answer regarding the situation that happened to me today. The spa employee ruined my birthday celebration, and I'm not going to keep quiet about it.

Yelp
The Encore spa is indescribably opulent. Over the top in the best way possible. The attention to detail put into the design is clear. Staff at the Encore were absolutely top notch. Always gracious, informative, and just the right amount of formal. When I called to make the appointment it was answered in the first ring, always a great sign. My esthetician Karen was wonderful! She's highly experienced and informative about all things skincare. Her hands are also magic, and the massage (and entire treatment) went all the way down to my chest. I popped into the Wynn spa after to compare, and much preferred the look and vibe of Encore. The Wynn has the benefit of co-ed spaces, if that's important for you. I will 100% be returning, one of the best spa experiences I've ever had!

Lisa K.

Yelp
This spa has really gone down the toilet! Used to be one of the better spas in Vegas. Was looking forward to heated chairs but they were not working which should have been disclosed when I booked my appointment as these was the MAIN reason I booked this spa! Spoke to a manager who offered a day pass to Wynn but then specified that I had to go same day. Not acceptable. There are plenty other spas that will now be getting my business!

Yelp
Booked an early custom massage and it was the best decision after being in Vegas for a couple of nights! The check-in process was very easy and the lady who gave the tour of the spa was helpful with showing where everything was. Regina was fantastic with the massage and I felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. I didn't want it to end! I will definitely book again when staying at Encore.

Yelp
Nicest thing about this place is the facility itself. The service is something you'd get out of a small mom/pop shop that charges 1/10th of the bill. My massage was supposed to be relaxing, we left sore and in pain. The couples massage was $447 for 100 minutes per person, so basically $1000 for a massage, and $200 for a manicure and pedicure per person. My manicure left my finger in pain the next day since it got infected. The person doing the work seemed like they know what they are doing but they don't belong there. This was not a luxury relaxing experience. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my spa life experience. Would I recommend this place? Maybe if I don't like you and want you to waste your money. Don't come back. I heard people go to the Wynn to use the spa because the service is better. I haven't experienced that personally but I can believe it is true. Won't ever return to this hotel again!

Yelp
I loved, loved my experience at the spa at encore! Backstory, my family went to horseshoe bend and because I've been there and it's a 4.5 hour drive one way from Vegas, I didn't want to go. I told my friend my dilemma and she told me to maybe go to the spa! Girllll let me tell you, best.decision.ever. I called the day before and wasn't able to get through, tried to book online and got an email that they were trying to reach me but I never got a call. Went there in the morning and the lady at the Wynn mid booked me for the Wynn instead of encore like what we talked about. At 11am I go to the spa at encore and she tells me my appointment is at the Wynn. I asked if there was anyway she could transfer the appointment and even though it was within the 6 hour cancellation policy, she was able to make it happen! They offer you a tour of the facilities. Right when you enter there's a chill area where you can use you phone, watch TV, have infused water and fruits. They have 3 rooms of lockers and personal dressing rooms. I appreciated how we got to enjoy the sauna and steam room without having to worry about having too many people. They have 2 cool pols, 2 whirlpool jacuzzis, outside waterfall showers and indoor showers that come with everything you need including razors and shower caps. They're robes are cozy and comfy and I was glad to know that their sandals came in half sizes. The tranquility room was a place of peace. You got to enjoy lavender popcorn and chocolate covered cranberries, coffee, tea and water. Justin was my therapist and of course I wanted a female therapist but because of the mixup, I was willing to take anyone. He assured me that it was a customized massage and pressure, focus and needs were up to me. He was completely professional and great! I always have a hard time with tip as I don't carry cash but they include it in your charges!

Yelp
Came here for a girls weekend trip in June and wanted to have a day of relaxation. This was the best massage of my life! It was well worth the price, my massage therapist Merrick was FANTASTIC and I had the most amazing deep tissue massage. He even gave me a box of chocolates after for my birthday! I loved the steam sauna even though it was pretty intense, and the pools with different heat as well as the cold plunge felt so good. I would definitely love to come here again for a little treat to myself!

Yelp
We live in a city where nothing is far from reach but to get a massage and facial booked the same day was the hardest thing to accomplish, with almost every hotel having a spa I thought finding one would be easy and boy it wasn't. But I got lucky calling the spa at Encore on Friday morning. I was able to book a 50 minute massage and a 50 minute hydra facial. They ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you can fill out some forms and pay. The spa at the encore is located on the second floor of the hotel towers you must show your Emil showing your reservation to access the elevators. The place is beyond beautiful it's so hard to describe how beautiful it is on the left is a shop and entry way to the pool on the right a fitness center. I was greeted and asked to fill out some covid forms as well as pay. I had an 50 minute aroma therapy massage with Nichole and it was amazing! Upon entering the room she had me smell all the different scents they have to offer I went with the lavender I needed something calming and relaxing. The massage hit every tension I had and it was the best feeling ever. Nichole payed attention to every detail. After my massage I had a 50 minute hydra facial with Dallas. She was very attentive to what my skin needed, explained everything the hydra facial included. After the facial she explained the importance of vitamin C serum on your skin and how with age it works. I was very pleased with my first time experience with the spa at the encore and being a local I have now found my regular place for facials and massages. The price includes gratuity as well. At the end of the session I tipped them additional because I had such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I can't wait to be back!

Yelp
Omg !!! The place is sooo breathtaking. If you're ever in Vegas, please book a service at the Encore . I'm very big on massages and spa amenities . I can honestly say I got my moneys worth . The most amazing experience ever. From the time I check into all the way to the end of my service . I will definitely come back again!

Yelp
From the moment you walk onto the floor where the spa is located at in the hotel; to the end of your spa treatment, you'll never regret visiting this spa! The aroma of essential oils being dispersed in the air, relaxing lighting & music and they friendliest staff you'll ever come across. My mother & I came for a mother/daughter spa day & we didn't wanna leave. Everything there is high quality along with their customer service. I will be returning back for more treatments and to enjoy their amenities. I highly recommend this spa if you're visiting Las Vegas!! Bravo, Encore. You have a place in my heart forever.

Yelp
Beautiful facility for a nice way to start the weekend. I took my future sister in law here for a girls day out to celebrate her upcoming nuptials and we had a great time. There's lockers w/ comfy robes, showers everywhere, pool, jacuzzi and etc. The service area on our way to the rooms for our facial and massage were adorned with gorgeous lanterns and statues. Super zen and IG'able. My masseur, Uriel, was great. Applied the right amount of pressure and took care of my problem areas. My future SIL enjoyed her facial as well but noticed that she was shorted on the time. She entered 5 minutes past the hour but ended 10 before the hour was up for her 50 minute facial. For a $240 service, she should've received the full 50 minutes. Hence, the 1 star reduction.

Yelp
Wow!! Wow!! This is my second time at the Encore Spa and it was amazing again! I had a prenatal massage with Nicole and it was more than relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful, the coffee is good, the snacks are tasty and the cold plunge hit the spot! I highly recommend the spa at the Encore! Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Easily the best run spa on the strip. Attendants are great and are always on top of everything. They're incredibly strict about phone usage inside the spa which allows for a digital free relaxing environment. It also makes the space much more comfortable given that it's a clothing optional environment. Quality is just elevated from other spas on the strip. The only hint that would make it perfect would be some sort of arctic/cold room after using the sauna/steamroom.

Yelp
Best day ever. Waterfall showers, heated chairs next to the pools, steam and sauna, services and snacks- what more could you ask for? The areas were not crowded as well and they provide robes and slippers.

Yelp
Beautiful spa but I received one of the worst facials of my life. The technician had really strong hands and the massage was more like a pounding. A lot of pushing down on my forehead over and over again. I left with a headache, just awful.
