This was a top 5 facial experience. Yes the price is up there but it they seriously deliver. The spa amenities are great. There are showers, private bathroom stalls, private dressing rooms and a sauna. They also have small pools/spas as shown on the pictures. I had a mountain facial with Violet and added a foot treatment. The mountain facial is luxurious and smells amazing. It felt pretty gentle on my skin. The facial did include extractions. Violet was great and followed all my cues for a quiet experience. She was polite and lovely. The foot treatment is a must for anyone experiencing swelling from the altitude or tired feet from skiing/snowboarding. It was akin to a paraffin treatment with a massage but less sticky and very well priced at $30. Last thing about the facial which I really enjoyed was the table. It was ajustable so you could as upright or as flat as you need for your comfort. After the treatments you have full use of the spa which makes for a nice wind down buffer before you head back out to the mountain. As far as COVID and safety restrictions: there was the usual paperwork, mask regulations and temperature checks. Highly recommend!

I booked a trip for 10+ people and the Four Seasons Spa was extremely accommodating getting appointments booked and helping adjust as things changed. The group loved their appointments and I thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff. Thank you!

Had a cold earlier in the week (all symptoms gone now) and as such wanted to be courteous and let them know during my pre-treatment questionnaire. The questionnaire groups “cold, flu, or fever” into one and because of this, in order to tell them I had a stuffed up nose earlier in the week (yes, that’s all I had) I had to click that option. Fast forward two hours to the start time of my couples massage (it was actually 5 minutes after it was supposed to start) and the therapist comes out to get me holding a mask and asks if I would be comfortable wearing it. Seeing this as a reasonable request I reply “absolutely, no problem”. She then goes back to discuss further with my partners therapist. 5 more minutes later I’m greeted by the spa manager who informs me that they are refusing service. I explain that we were just trying to be extra cautious and that we are asymptomatic, and furthermore, that a member of my family who has actively been sick was able to receive treatment just fine earlier in the day, at which point she tells me it doesn’t matter. I waited 2 hours after my questionnaire to be told (after the time when my massage was supposed to start) that they are cancelling, again, after I agreed to mask up for the entirety of it. Entire day upended and no opportunity for reschedule. Incredibly poor service, communication, and initial resolution. Luckily hotel managers were super understanding and helpful in creating an eventual resolution

Super blissful after snowboarding. I had the hot tub and cold plunge to myself. The massage therapist was attentive and gave tips post massage

I recently enjoyed a day at the Four Season's Spa in Jackson and I highly recommend it for travelers, vacationers if you're in the area. Natasha was super sweet, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing and I felt pampered and rejuvenated. A great way to rest and relax between other fun vacation activities and excursions. Appointment booking process was quickly and easily done on line as well.

Google
Spa services are really nice. The locker room/lounge is pretty special and relaxing. The pre/post mssage service areas come with access to sauna, cold plunge, and pool. This area has a very nice sitting lounge with plush recliners, infused water, and light snacks. This spa was the perfect place to unwind.

Hal H.

Google
Travis is simple the best. He clearly and concisely is able to understand and recommend the right tool from the ole fish box. He will order custom if needed. Thanks for what you do! HH

Jeana C.

Google
Be careful and double check information. 2 different spa attendants provided different information about spa facility use. Spoke with spa manager to discuss conflicting information and she did nothing to fix it. Train your staff to ensure they provide accurate information so guests aren't disappointed.

Yelp
We have made it a tradition to stay at a Four Seasons every year for our wedding anniversary, and the Four Seasons Jackson Hole has truly set the bar even higher for us. Nestled at the base of the majestic mountains in Teton Village, the views were nothing short of soul-reviving. Waking up to such stunning scenery every day felt like pure magic. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They thoughtfully accommodated all of our requests, ensuring our anniversary trip was one we'll cherish forever. The personal touches, attention to detail, and genuine warmth we received from everyone we interacted with made this experience absolutely incredible. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our special occasion even more memorable. Four Seasons Jackson Hole is a true gem.

Yelp
Of course every stay at the four seasons is always amazing! Every member of staff that I encountered was amazing and personable. The spa is a great way to relax after spending the day on the slopes.

Yelp
Best experience. Always. We only stay at Four Seasons and this was our first time at JH location. The staff went above and beyond to make this stay amazing as always. It was our anniversary and we got so many yummy treats sent to the room, the fastest service no matter what we needed. Wether it was so book an activity, book a ride, make a dinner reservation or request extra pillows and blankets. This staff was AMAZING. Truly made this experience luxury and just great overall. Highly recommend this property. Great for couples, individuals, families, everyone. We loved how they offered SO much for everyone too. We will be returning!!

Yelp
Amazing Best choice for gluten free food Four seasons could have a better location in the village

Yelp
My wife and I recently returned from a road trip around the Western United States. One of our stops was Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where we stayed at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences. You won't find a more warm and comfortable place than a Four Seasons Hotel. This particular Four Seasons Hotel is over and above what we expected. Our room overlooked the Tetons and ski area. We saw wildlife all from our room balcony, including a rare glimpse of a red fox. The level of comfort in the room was unsurpassable. And the service was par excellence, as expected at a four-star hotel. We wish we could have stayed a few extra days to see more Yellowstone NP and Grand Teton wildlife, but we saw more than on previous trips. We will be returning and look forward to uploading more amazing pictures. I highly suggest staying at this highly recommended hotel.

Yelp
Hit the lobby lounge for slope side apres and snagged a couple seats by a fire pit. Highly recommended. Facilities are excellent too A cocktail for me and wines for everyone else. And a load of food. Wings, shrimp poppers, spring rolls (all solid), small elk chili (super hearty), and noodles (good flavors and packed with goodies, including chicken, shrimp and Chinese sausage). Service is top notch, as expected. Helped us snap a few group photos and gave us a few blankets as the sun came down. We eventually moved inside to settle up.

Yelp
absolutely beautiful. area is full of fun things to do and the resort is as you would expect, flawless. If you enjoy anything from being active or just relaxing this is your high end location. Come at any time of year and enjoy. hike, bike during the warmer months and enjoy any cold weather activities. The people there do a great job of meeting all of your needs. excellent experience.

Yelp
Amazing resort and spa with the best location near the mountain. We enjoyed the spa experience and the cocktails. The staff was amazing and again, the programming at the resort was also wonderful. The igloo outside is something to see along with their heated outdoor pool. I would definitely go back.

Brittin S.

Yelp
Lina the manager is the absolute best. She is incredible and took time out of her day to talk to us and to accommodate our needs. She was so kind and professional and totally made our experience here! We love Lina!!

Yelp
Amazing stay from start to finish. There are not enough praises to sing for their all-star concierge team. Alison Vitale literally planned my entire trip for me! She was not only kind but diligent and timely getting every detail organized. During my stay she would check in to see how I was doing, make any additional arrangements, and delivered every request I made big or small. People like her and many seasoned Four Seasons employees is why I always make this hotel chain my #1 choice. Yes you pay a premium but every cent is well accounted for. I always feel taken care of and always feel at home when I arrive to any four seasons property! Rooms- large and spacious with the most luxurious bedding! Each room as a private balcony and cozy fireplace. Bathrooms have a separate bath tub and shower. Items are easily obtained by ordering from your in room iPad....shaving gel, tempurpedic pillows, toothbrush, almost anything you can possibly need they provide to you complimentary. They even have their own brand of water bottles! Spa- small but had everything I could ever want. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, shower and my favorite a relaxation lounge with hot tea and snacks. I easily spent a couple hours here relaxing with my feet up and enjoying their selection of fine magazines. Fitness center was top notch they even have Gatorade and a peloton bike! Food- I ordered in room dining every morning for breakfast. Fill out the door hanger form the night before and have a delivery time set. I had mine delivered every morning at 6:30am. They arrived not a minute early and not a minute late EVERY SINGLE DAY! Just wow. Food was outstanding and service was always a pleasure. Loved the green juice and la colombe coffee! TIP- don't miss out on this! They have a house car you can loan out for the entire day FREE of charge you don't even have to put gas in it. It's first some first serve so request early. I was floored when they pulled up the car....a Mercedes GWAGON!!! I got to feel like a celebrity for the day! Tours- they will always recommend Wildlife Safari tours because they are contracted with them but I preferred Eco Tours way better!! Guide was much friendlier and best part they have vans with an open roof hatch where you can pop your head out when viewing wildlife! The guide also has a mic on so its easy to hear if you are sitting in the back. FYI- Yellowstone closes when it snows so book your trip accordingly. Jackson hole you have left a huge dent in my heart! Set along the Grand Tetons this property is nature at its finest. It's a cozy cabin feel. I loved my room so much it was hard to leave. I think my favorite part of my stay besides exploring the national parks was coming back to my room and sitting by my fireplace feeling the warmth of the fire on my feet. 10 stars for my stay here. I've been to many four seasons properties and this one is my favorite! I'm already planning my next trip out here after winter when the bears come out of hibernation :)

Yelp
Mariah at the spa did a great job with my women's haircut. She was professional and pleasant and the haircut looked great.

Yelp
This hotel was beautiful went a nice relaxing weekend! Five starts all the way!! Beautiful decorations lovely rooms ! Great restaurant and the best staff !! Will go back to ski for sure
google avatar

Nick D.

Yelp
Great stay in Jackson by the ski slopes. Not huge on how the hotel is so close to other properties but with the cost of land in Jackson it should be expected. The room was great, all requested amenities were fulfilled, room service was prompt and thorough, wish we could've used the House Car but had a rental so that was fine (you will most likely need a car rental if you want to venture away from the ski slopes), and the service in the two restaurants was great, very personable and genuine service. We enjoyed our stay and views from the room!
google avatar

Ritu R.

Yelp
Such a lovely hotel. They have covid protocols on point! Unpretentious luxury. Loved the tablet and app (for your phone) for communications. So efficient and helpful. The staff went above abs beyond on all fronts even the spa :) if you are in Jackson hole, stay here!

Yelp
This hotel was amazing! We spend our anniversary here and exploring Grand Teton. The room was luxurious, the bed to die for and the food was amazing. We had huckleberry french toast for breakfast and a beautiful steak dinner, everything was delicious, we had great service and ambiance. The staff was knowledgeable and always willing to help, it was professional but completely unpretentious. They sent up a bottle of champagne and desserts for us as well. It was a splurge but it was worth it.
google avatar

Jordan N.

Yelp
Had brunch in the restaurant and appetizers/drinks in the Handle Bar and both were delicious! Definitely try the Belgian waffle, Huevos Rancheros, and then the fried pickles. The staff was super nice and accommodating. And the location is extremely convenient if you are at the resort to ski for the day!

Yelp
I have stayed at several four seasons properties all over the world and sadly this has to be one of the worse . I stayed two different times and both times were not great . The first time we stayed at the hotel there was left over poop all over the toilet. Called down stairs to let them know and they made the excuse that the room was not ready yet ......... they came and cleaned the toilet but no one really apologized from management for a two thousand dollar room that's really not acceptable. My husband booked a birthday trip two weeks after the first time to give this four seasons a second chance. The second time we went there the staff was very underwhelming they didn't greet us when we came in and I really felt pushed to the side when a bigger group came in . We went for lunch at the pool and the service was horrible they forgot our meals and then came with the food which was cold .... Each time we ordered food or drinks there we're missing items to the point that I felt like I didn't even want to eat anything at the property. There are several other hotels that I rather stay at in Teton or Jackson such as caldera house or aman for the price. The property is very pretty as well as the grounds but the service is below par and I honestly am very disappointed in the management they never once reached out to apologize or fix anything .

Yelp
Beautiful resort with excellent amenities. We stayed for a night on a road trip and wish we could have stayed for longer. Beautifully decorated, nice atmosphere. Room was upgraded complimentarily and was huge for just the two of us. Rooms had plenty of storage and a nice view of the mountains in the back. The restaurant here is delicious; by far one of my favorite meals on our trip was the dinner we had here. If you visit during ski season they have an entire setup to make it simple to get onto the slopes. We will have to return for that season! Lovely time.

Yelp
What a beautiful ski resort this place is ! Everything is impeccable and gorgeous. Beautiful interior, very personable & efficient staff, & delicious cocktails, fairly good foods. The management team prepared for a champagne, chocolates, along with a hand written welcome note in our room. Not to mention the hot apple cider & tasty local water for the guests in the lobby! It's a perfect place to pamper oneself while skiing at Jackson Hole. Highly recommend!

Kei D.

Yelp
Love everything about this hotel. From the huckleberry lemonade in the lobby to the beautiful decor. We had lunch at their Handlebar restaurant and everything was yummy. The Burris Flautas had a lot of flavor, the Handle Burger and their grilled wild salmon were delicious! Can't wait to try the Westbank Grill and have their Wagyu Beef Tartare and their Bison tenderloin tomorrow. Great place for family dining and stay which is near the entrance to Grand Tetons.

Yelp
Helmet and googles were stolen in the lobby. Staff didn't seem to care or try to help. Also kept saying i left them, just so it didn't look like people would steal items from their lobby.

Erica S.

Yelp
great experience with my wife and kids. food was excellent (restaurant better than bar). room was clean and comfy. app system for request was highly efficient and responsive. great hiking trails in Teton. saw bear and bison in Yellowstone.

Yelp
Forgettable. Four Seasons Jackson Hole is higher in elevation than nearly all other Four Seasons...but that's where being above the others ends. As first reserved guests of the evening at Westbank Grill, we were seated at the objectively worst table on the property. Our table was located next to the server station, which is mere feet from the entrance, where waiting guests gather. Dining with constant traffic and other guests with no option but to watch your table, is...what one expects at Dennys at 11:30pm...not Four Seasons. Inevitably during busy evenings, someone has to be seated at referenced table, but it shouldn't be the first guests of the evening. The staff is polite, professional and welcoming, albeit moderately uneducated in regards to the menu. When inquiring about the wagyu option, our server did not know the grade, style etc. She was gracious and had the chef come to our table, which was very much appreciated. The chef was very polite and willing to answer all questions and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the same chef later ruined the wagyu by cooking it to a temperature that wasn't requested, and should not even be remotely approached with high-grade wagyu. The staff offered to prepare a new steak, but due to the first failed attempt, and the extensive wait, the option was declined. The property did remove the steak from the final bill, which was not expected, but appreciated. We would have rather paid for a properly prepared wagyu. The server was also unfamiliar with the alcoholic beverage offerings, and had to return to our table more than once to clarify that a selected option was no longer available. The staff are adorned in western style clothing, commensurate with the area. While the clothing style is understandable for the area, staff should not be allowed to wear clothing that appears unkept...via extremely faded and mis-fitting jeans, dirty boots etc. As a guest of many Four Seasons properties, Jackson Hole ranks at the bottom.

Yelp
This is a beautiful resort. I stayed here with my husband and kids in May and we had the place to ourselves. The views here are unreal. I highly recommend booking a wildlife safari. Our tour guide was Brett and we had an outstanding day with him. He was beyond knowledgeable about Wyoming, nature, birds, and really just a well rounded down to earth guy. My husband has been on many safaris and he said this was by far the best one. We saw bears, elk, bison, deer, all kinds of birds, and much more. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The entire staff here is so friendly. Four Seasons does an impeccable job catering to families with small children. Our kids must have collected at least 8 stuffed animals from the staff. Book Rachel if you get a massage and don't leave without ordering a breakfast burrito. They are gigantic and delicious. The hotel is about 20 minutes from town and Uber is hard to come by. I recommend renting a car at the airport or the hotel loans out their luxury vehicles (not sure on cost?). The hotel also carries car seats and booster seats.

Logan S.

Yelp
We didn't stay here - but walked over from the hotel next door for dinner. We walked into the ascent lounge to take advantage of the fire pits and good drinks. Pete was our waiter and he was absolutely awesome! We had some old fashioned, margs, a burger, mushroom ravioli, and a grilled cheese and it was all great. Definitely recommend stopping in here at night and sitting out on the porch!
google avatar

Kalyna R.

Yelp
The most amazing service and stay here!! The staff went above and beyond and it was incredible. Our robes were kept warm and then brought to us when getting out of the hot tub and skis brought right out to the bottom of the lift area. The turn down service was amazing too with everyone little detail going into it. Rolling up the different cords, the calming music and photos on the tv. The glass cleaner placed under any glasses. Loved it all!!
google avatar

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Jackson Hole and it did not disappoint!! My husband and I came here for his 40th birthday and everything was incredible, from the scenery to the the dining and impeccable service. We ate dinner at the Westbank Grill and oh my gosh everything we had was phenomenal!! They start you off with a very light and buttery bread with butter. We got oysters for an appetizer. I got the salmon and my husband got a steak. We shared the lobster Mac and cheese. So yummy! In the afternoon we would come to the Accent Lounge for cocktails...get the spicy margarita!! We were able to hike up the mountain one day and the view was just breathtaking. I loved our room(especially the bathrooms). All of the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to come back!!
google avatar

Stan M.

Yelp
As usual Four Seasons does not disappoint. From the moment we checked in the entire staff was extremely helpful kind went out of their way to get us settled in our room get our reservations booked !! I'm not surprised that they were at full capacity!! Room was gorgeous they also facilitated a tour around Yellowstone that our family will never forget. Thank you for seasons no matter which city country you're in their level of customer service is always world class!!!

Yelp
Great ski in/out hotel with terrific service. The ski shop downstairs is terrific. Food at the Westbank Grill was so-so but overpriced and server was not up to par. The HVAC did not produce heat, but thank goodness the fireplace worked, the check-in person named Karen should say she doesn't know what she doesn't know vs. giving an incorrect answer. Otherwise it could be rated a 5.0.
google avatar

Theresa S.

Yelp
This was a fantastic hotel and well worth the price. The room was posh and cozy. West Bank Grill had great food and the service was phenomenal which lately is hard to get when you go to restaurants. I had one of the best massages I have ever had and I travel a fair amount. This is very much a luxury hotel!

Yelp
We had drinks and some food at the Ascent Lounge. Although the food was above average, the experience left a lot to be desired. My daughter is vegetarian and after reviewing the menu, which had several VG options, she settled on one that included Chinese Sausage. We asked the waiter, what exactly was Chinese Sausage to verify that it was indeed vegetarian. He looked confused, noticed the VG on the menu, said he would get a description from the kitchen, but then guaranteed it was 100% VG. He did not come back with a description from the kitchen Another waiter dropped of the food. We again asked, what was Chinese Sausage? He promised to go get an answer from the kitchen and returned with the answer being, it is made from pork and chicken. This is not VG. He apologized and offered to take it back and have it made without, but we ordered something else. A third waiter delivered the new food. We pointed out to her that the menu was confusing as several items were listed as VG, but some included things like tuna, hamachi and chinese sausage. We suggested that perhaps they should change the menu or add a better description. She was puzzled, agreed and left to speak with someone. When she returned, she said she had spoke with the Manager and the Manager said, these were options that could be made vegetarian. No where on the menu or in our conversation with three waiters was that made apparent. This was not the service I would expect from the Four Seasons. We have stayed at this property several times in the past and have eaten at each of the restaurants, which in the past have met or exceeded our expectations. I am not sure if this is a degradation in service, an artifact of COVID or just a poor manager, who never came to our table to apologize or show any concern. Or perhaps, it is becoming more like the rest of Teton Village, which is "there is the Jackson discount, (which is more like 25% more) and we really don't care how we serve you.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
This place is perfect. The valet, check in, and interactions around the resort were all seamless, and the area has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. The drives from Teton Village to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone are incredible, and the Four Seasons makes a great home base for exploring the parks. We were very sad to leave!

Anna S.

Yelp
WORST SERVICE. We stopped by the Ascent Lounge for drinks and apps before dinner and the server could not have been more rude from the start. Actually, none of the staff was friendly but our server was especially rude. I've never had an experience quite like it. For a high end restaurant that charges $25+ for cocktails, the type of service we received was unacceptable. There are much friendlier people and better drinks at other restaurants in the village.

Mama Y.

Yelp
The food is cooked to perfection! We ordered 2 of everything on the dinner & dessert menu for the 14 of us. So glad we did, there isn't a dish we didn't love. to the chefs!

Yelp
The hotel is impecable and is staffed by GREAT front desk people and concierge. The valet staff is always A+!!! We ate several times at the Westbank Grille. The service was mediocre and the food was disappointing. It is not the quality one expects from a Four Seasons. On the plus side, it is conveniently located off the slopes.
google avatar

Peabody B.

Yelp
The staff is rude and has used this pandemic to eliminate customer service and common courtesy. They don't have the decency to give customers a phone call if they need something, their protocol is to lock you out of your room and have you come to them to inquire about the problem rather than making a clarification phone call or any number of other options for acting decent. Their management team is weak and defends the staffs rudeness and bullying of the customer. The grounds are nice but you will get better service at Motel 6. No service would be better than this. I have shortened my stay because of how disgusted I am with the lack of respect the have for their customers.

Yelp
The only ski in/ski out lodge in Jackson Hole the Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel where the service is top rate, the rooms well appointed and spacious and the amenities aplenty. Fresh hot s'mores are served daily at the pool accompanied by hot chocolate. The bar tenders and pool attendants are attentive and friendly. Note- the hot tub can get crowded and it's not super hot, but the view is beautiful and the atmosphere fun. The gym is large and clean and the women's spa offers a steam room, sauna and an ice-like submersion tub. The relaxation room has wonderful snacks and wonderful chaise lounges.

Jack G.

Yelp
I recently stayed with some friends at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole.  While it was conveniently located next to the ski resort and had a nice pool/jacuzzi, the value and gauging overpriced room was a HUGE disappointment.  The staff were not too friendly or helpful especially for the price we paid.  The gym was also a huge downer with only ONE workout machine.  They had some free weights and cardio equipment but I couldn't believe just one machine total for all parts of your body.  They could easily buy a couple other machines from one night's stay of what they are charging.    I was asked to join and help split the fees and accepted. I didn't realize til I was there and was given my part of the bill how much it would be.  With the resort fee, the nightly rate came to just about to $2000 per night for a standard room.  You read that right.  Whoa!  I thought it was going to be like $500-600 per night and happy to split it.  Wow, was I wrong. Another horrible overpriced place was the Handle Bar.  The breakfast servers were kind but a dish of plain, runny oatmeal was $16.  That was extreme as it wasn't even that good.  I went out to get food other days except came in for a smoothie one other day which was $14 but that at least was tolerable.  We tried the apres ski menu one day and that was the worst experience ever.   Besides the unprofessional and lack of knowledge of the staff, the male bartender had an attitude and food was atrocious.  Over $20 EACH for (potato wedges) that were not good and a separate big dish of Nachos that were junky.  Our stomach did not feel good after.  Do yourself a favor and choose any other place to save a lot of money and disappointment on your next visit to Jackson Hole.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel, terrific bar and service. We had an unplanned very last minute dinner at the Ascent bar when our table at Spur was given away to another party without informing us. It was late and everything nearby was booked, closed, or all the way in Jackson. Luckily Ascent was open and they were able to take us. The bar area has a spacious open layout so even though it's a popular place it doesn't feel crowded. Our server was very helpful with the drinks, food, and general tips about the hotel. The valet-only parking was seamless and we did not have to wait over a minute for our car to be brought to us. Overall it was a typical smooth and upscale Four Seasons experience and we would highly recommend it!

Yelp
Beautiful resort! Ate at both restaurants while at Teton Village. Had lunch outside and dinner in Westbrook Grill. Everything was excellent! Staff was excellent as well.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this place and think of it as a hotel home away from home. HOWEVER, I have some complaints about this time around as compared to the last time we were there. We arrived on a Wednesday the first week of October. Eric was not there, so the check-in experience was vastly different. Despite being fine hotels and resorts members, we were not given any leeway with regards to an upgraded room. Immediately we were told that there was no upgrade available for us, but perhaps we could have been given an upgraded room for a portion of the time. This was not a manager, so I'm sure the person who checked us in couldn't have had this power, but the manager was right next to us and merely flashed a smile at us upon arrival. We did not ask for them to work with us in such a way, but I expect this type of service from a four seasons hotel. Our room... Was smaller than our last room with a weird window that kept making random noises every other night. We did not request a room change because we didn't want to bother (see first point), and it wasn't consistent. Throughout the stay we noticed that less people greeted us than last time. Mostly we would initiate the hellos, and sometimes they were not reciprocated. Not so cool. We like to make friends with everyone, so we felt a bit isolated at moments. Now that being said we had some fantastic times here. Notably we LOVED our waitress from the Westbank grill. We didn't have her every day regrettably, but she always chatted with us when we were in. Also, one night we went to make s'mores from outside at the lounge and the gentleman who served us was phenomenal. He gave us the s'mores set which was inexpensive, warm blankets, and hot cocoa refills. We did not ask for these things. He promoted us for the first two, and we happily accepted. The refill he did of his own accord. A special touch. It's the small things! We will of course be back because we love it here and want to enjoy FSJH in the winter time as well, but we wanted at the very least consistency from our first time with regards to our first three points. The service at Westbank and the lounge went above and beyond our expectations. That's how every day at a FS property should be. Oh, and shout out to the valet guys. They're great!

Yelp
What a beautiful resort! I was lucky enough to venture to this special place in late August. The weather was absolutely perfect--a bit chilly in the mornings, but beautiful all day. The rooms were stunning. My favorite parts? The fireplace in each room was completely special, and I loved the balcony. Perfect for quiet mornings. I also loved having the big soaking tub--and was so excited that they had plenty of bath salts there as well! Although the ski portion was not open yet, we did many of the trails! If you like a nice 2 hour uphill hike, make sure you try the Wildflower trail. Make sure you pack some water and sunscreen :). You can ride the gondola back down for free and it is a beautiful view. Such a beautiful and serene place! Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Yelp
What a great hotel!! I have stayed here twice now, and both times have been absolutely top notch. For starters, the location can not be beat if you are skiing at Jackson Hole. The hotel has direct access to all of the lifts at the base. It is super nice to just leave your gear at the hotel's "base camp" and just pick up your skis and boots in the morning. In regards to skiing location the Four Seasons can't be beat. The rooms are also very nice and cozy. Upon check-in they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom from a 2 bedroom and it was super roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and everything was extremely clean. My favorite part of the hotel is the spa. They have an amazing cold plunge pool, steam room, hot tub, outdoor hot tubs and complimentary s'mores and hot chocolate to end your day. Such a nice place to spend your ski vacation!

Yelp
Great resort for a the total ski-in and out experience! The spa was incredible and so was the jacuzzi after an exhausting day on the slopes. The service was pretty good, although I must admit that some of the wait staff could have been more attentive in the Westbank Grille and Ascent Lounge. We would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Not entirely impressed by my experience so far. I checked in around 2pm. Friendly gentlemen who took care of my credit card and other charges. It would have been nice to receive a list of amenities, schedules, etc. Odd. At a hotel of this caliber, I would expect a little more direction. I asked about restaurants and was directed to the concierge. Elise greeted me with....a bored expression. Really? I'm a friendly person. I understand you can have a rough day, but I've had 4 hours of sleep, just came off a plane, and am paying $800+/night to stay here. Try a little (would I have gotten better service had I slipped you a C note?!?). I have questions about restaurants. She showed me a few menus and we decided on a spot. Again, she was helpful *enough*, but not particularly pleasant. I found it to be quite off-putting. Another lady approached us and was far more receptive. I found my way to my room with the help of an executive who saw me wandering the maze of halls. The room is nice, but not over the top. I'm particularly intrigued by their "mountain water, filtered by the rocks" offered for $30/bottle. So basically.....you are selling me your tap water?!?!?!? Give me a break.

Yelp
The rooms are as amazing as the mtn views. Loved the restaurants. The s'mores bar and hot chocolate at night were very appreciated.

Yelp
The hubby and I stayed here last summer (2018) and it was, of course, amazing. No detail overlooked, the views were fantastic, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire pits.

Yelp
Ascent Lounge: Met friends for drinks and appetizers. Great place to do so. Live music this afternoon. I had an Irish Coffee. It was fantastic. Also ordered the hummus. It had a dash of spice, very good. The meat & cheese platter was also a tasty treat. Wonderful lounge!

Yelp
Four Seasons always brings it when it comes to service, rooms, amenities. Pool side service was great! Valet staff always so friendly. Right next door to Teton Village. Shout out to Robert at the front desk for making our stay that much more special. He gave my son a little gift. Thank you FS, until next time!
