As soon as we entered the hotel we were welcomed by the Hotel Doorman and one of the Hotel Porters "Mohammed" who took our bags which he later delivered to our room, very nice man who was very engaging and spoke to us about our stay.
Check in was very fast, and they had actually upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise, we stayed on the 8th floor with great views of the O2 Arena. The reception staff were all very welcoming and have a wealth of knowledge re the hotel.
The room was the pinnacle of luxury, very spacious, minimalistic and every amenity was provided in the room: Complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, fulling stocked fridge, hair dryer, full size ironing board & iron, toiletries the list is endless. The room featured large floor to ceiling windows and an absolutely great view of the O2 Arena to the left, and the river to the right. The bathroom was probably my favourite room, and I made sure I took full advantage of the spacious bath and shower during my stay. Our room had a large flat screen television which included all Free View channels and the option to rent films. The beds were extremely comfortable and all heating/air con facilities in the room were easy to use.
After a brilliant night's sleep in the superior quality beds, and after indulging a little too much in the cake left in our room we were back in the Market Brasserie for breakfast. This was buffet style and was without a shadow of doubt the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. The food was so tasty, fresh and hot! The options were endless, cooked breakfast, continental, juices, coffee, tea, yogurts, fruit, it really did have something for everyone.
I cannot fault the hotel at all, I will 100% be returning if/when I have another concert at the O2 Arena.
