tuned up no steam room or jacuzzi working apparently they called up to tell us, we didn’t receive anything. 50% of the facility's wasn’t working not good value for money whatsoever all beds are taken, so we had to share one bed around the pool Not relaxing whatsoever, in fact, it was quite stressful was offered a free drink each at the bar! 👎🏻to compensate or come back but can’t guarantee facility’s will be working really!!? so we took the drink to be honest i can swim & sauna at my own leisure centre also i have a disability badge & key, i ask to use the disabled shower ( have spinal/neck issue) but was told sorry i cannot use the shower u less i have an actual wheelchair!!! i said i had this problem & a key all disability are not so visible! total discrimination, I would never return here and I would never recommend it

We had a relaxing time at the spa. The massage was wonderful. We had afternoon tea, the staff were lovely. Aleena was very friendly and attentive, we couldn't of asked for better service. The food was very good, some a little sweet for us.

I booked a spa deal through spa break - really relaxing experience. Massage was really good. The complimentary coffee and pastries were delicious. The hot chocolate was one of the best ones I’ve had. Will be coming back again for the whole spa experience.

Enjoyed an early morning spa session. Had the place to ourselves. Clean and well maintained facilities. The steam room and the sauna were at a really good temperature. Will come again.

Friendly check in. Pool area was quite busy during my visit. Lower rate as one of the guests was making some noise and splashing all around, and as there is no supervision you are expected to handle things on your own. This was uncomfortable so we just left.

So good, loved the massage and the relaxation room. The swimming pool was nice with a steam, sauna and a jacuzzi aswell and one of those strong shower jets in the jacuzzi. We didn't stay for the coffee and pastries though. Slippers and robe provided. Shower rooms are clean with changing room facilities

On 24/05/2023 family and I visited this Spa. The message room was cold. When in the jacuzzi could not see the clock and floor to the jacuzzi was hazardous. Refreshments were good.

A really modern, clean, relaxing spa. The three of us had Afternoon Tea which was cute then facials and day spa use. Would recommend.
