I was able to experience “taking of the waters” during my 36 hour stay in town. The spa is beautiful, fun gift shop, friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, and amenities to support a day of wellness. The zero gravity meditation chairs were a highlight. The spa does get busy, especially during high season, so my recommendation is begin at 8a and leave by 12p or begin later in the afternoon. The outdoor amenities were less crowded compared to the inside. For example, I was the only person at the pool until 11a. I appreciated the tour and variety restaurant menu.

While vacationing in Palm Springs, we decided to treat ourselves to a spa day and, after some research, landed on SÉC-HE Spa—and what an incredible find. Located in downtown Palm Springs, it truly feels like a serene oasis tucked away from the bustle of the city. We booked our visit somewhat late, so spa service options were limited, but my husband and I opted for the Taking of the Waters day pass. This included a 15-minute hot mineral bath and access to the spa facilities for the rest of the day, which was more than enough to fully enjoy everything SÉC-HE Spa has to offer. The facility is beautifully designed and very well organized, with separate men’s and women’s areas as well as co-ed spaces. There are multiple relaxation rooms, impeccably maintained dressing rooms, cold plunge pools, cold and regular showers, jacuzzis, mineral baths, and a luxurious salt cave. Every space feels intentional, calming, and thoughtfully maintained. The shower facilities deserve special mention—they were absolutely amazing. The water pressure was excellent, and the overall décor of the shower areas felt both modern and spa-luxurious. The showers were fully stocked with wonderful citrus-scented body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, along with Moroccan oil products. Hair dryers were also provided, making it easy to freshen up and continue enjoying the day without feeling rushed. We had an early appointment and missed breakfast, so one of our first stops after the mineral soak was food—and this is where SÉC-HE Spa really impressed us. You might expect spa food to be overpriced and underwhelming, but that was not the case at all. We ordered the date skewers and the turkey avocado flatbread, and both were phenomenal. The quality matched the price point, and the service was perfectly attentive. We also reserved a daybed by the pool for $50, which included a complimentary fruit tray. While the weather wasn’t especially warm, it was still such a treat—especially for two visitors from Kentucky in the middle of winter. Sitting outside, listening to the waterfall, reading, and relaxing made the experience feel extra special, even if we had the pool area mostly to ourselves. From start to finish, SÉC-HE Spa delivered a truly memorable and restorative experience. If you’re visiting Palm Springs and looking for a spa day that feels indulgent, peaceful, and beautifully executed, this is a wonderful choice

Sec-he is hands down one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors, the energy of the space and the care the staff takes to maintain it is clear. The design is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the experience feels curated with both luxury and intention. After a short intake form, we were greeted by our host Jamie, who gave us a full tour of the space. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel instantly at home. The locker room area is incredibly clean and beautifully designed with marble, granite, and high-end details. There’s a steam room, dry sauna, and cold plunge just steps away - an ideal way to ease into the day! The multiple pools and water elements throughout the property are something special. There’s a peaceful soaking pool outdoors surrounded by desert landscape and sunshine. Around the corner, a larger pool area offers both shade and sun with plush loungers, all nestled in beautifully maintained desert gardens with a waterfall. Several whirlpools and Jacuzzis are tucked around the grounds, creating spaces for both solitude and connection. Every pool felt pristine and thoughtfully placed. You’re never far from a relaxing water moment, and there’s always cold water nearby to stay hydrated. One of the most memorable parts of my visit was my facial with Josie. She is an absolute master - deeply skilled, intuitive, and incredibly kind. Her hands have a way of working magic without being harsh or clinical. I loved that she customized the facial to my skin, explained things without overwhelming, and created an environment that felt like both a treatment and a meditation. Her presence is calm, nurturing, and genuine. The headphones with music and nature sounds during the facial were such a unique touch and helped me fully decompress. I left with glowing, hydrated, blackhead-free skin and so much gratitude for the care she gave. Also had a 90-minute massage with Venus, and I can say without hesitation that she is in a league of her own. Her ability to blend deep tissue with relaxation is unlike any massage I’ve ever had. Venus brings a grounding energy into the room and works with clear purpose. I left feeling lighter and more in tune with my body. Beyond the treatments, we spent hours enjoying the grounding rooms - which I still think about. The sound therapy chairs and zero-gravity loungers were my personal favorites, and I truly could’ve stayed all day. There’s also a salt cave for deep relaxation, beautiful co-ed areas for reconnecting after treatments, and several cafes on site with healthy, fresh mediterranean inspired food. Everything was top-tier. The space was spotless, the amenities were high-quality, and the team was clearly intentional about guest experience. The only thing that took me out of the magic a bit was the heavy use of single-use plastics. At a spa this beautiful, I’d love to see a shift toward more sustainable service items and will be reaching out to share that feedback. All in all, this is a must-visit experience in Palm Springs. Whether you’re there for a solo day of self-care or a full experience with friends, I highly recommend it and hope to return again soon.

My birthday weekend at Sec-he Spa was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The spa’s stunning design, featuring beautiful natural elements, immediately set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. We had booked a group, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. We spent our days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the refreshing water features. The outdoor spaces were simply divine, offering a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The treatments were exceptional. We indulged in massages and other rejuvenating services, all performed by skilled and attentive therapists. Each treatment was tailored to our individual needs, leaving us feeling refreshed, renewed, and utterly pampered. The entire experience was meticulously designed to prioritize relaxation and well-being. We left feeling completely rejuvenated, with our minds and bodies at peace. Sec-he Spa provided the perfect setting for celebrating my birthday, and we all agreed it was the best, most relaxing experience we’ve ever had. I highly recommend Sec-he Spa to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable escape!

Spent 6 hours at the spa and still didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. Need a good 8 hours. Nicest most calming spa I have ever been to. Nubia was my massage therapist and she was amazing. Will definitely see her again. The whole facility was very clean and all staff was constantly cleaning and refilling snacks and drinks. The workers were all attentive and very knowledgeable and super nice. The food we ordered was excellent and one of us was gluten free and they made sure our food was prepared properly. If you have a day in Palm Springs and need to relax I would highly recommend

First time visiting. 10 out of 10 I would recommend the spa. Me and my girlfriends got the one-day pass and it was absolutely amazing. Our chaperone Ms. Kimberly was fantastic and funny. After the day was over we felt relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the week. I can speak all day about how amazing this spa is. I absolutely recommend.

Google
The spa is beautiful and clean, and staff are amazing. especially the "staff" in the women's locker area! would highly recommend. Massage was good. However, the food at the pool side was substandard, did "not" enjoy my meal at all and could not finish it, it was a waste of money. Food quality and prep did not match the spa experience. I ordered salmon, which had the texture and taste of frozen salmon soaked and cooked with soy sauce. Other than the food, enjoyed my the day.

Google
The best spa I’ve ever been to. Ever! Wow! Even if all you do is spend $159 for a day pass you will get one of the most relaxing spa days you I’ve ever had. A big shout out to our tour guide and helper, Lisa! She’s rocks- knowledgeable, helpful, kind, funny! The golden head spa treatment was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and they gave me the cutest braids after. I tried my first mineral bath and first cold plunge. Both fabulous. The food was delicious and the pool vibe was restorative. My friends and I created memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We had an absolutely perfect day at the Spa at Sec-he. We came as a group (bachelorette party). We all could not stop talking about how lovely it was. I got the quartz bed massage, which was great. I'd never had a service like that (I believe it's special to this spa) and I was so happy about it! All of the different amenities were lovely, I especially liked the acoustic relaxation room and salt cave. Lots of seating around the pool and didn't really have to wait around for anything. What was most impressive was the cleanliness! Of course, any space with a lot of women showering, doing their hair, being in swimsuits, getting in and out of water, etc. would be expected to get a little icky. This was not the case AT ALL. There were always clean towels available everywhere and I never saw any space that was anything less than pristine. Such a lovely day. Can't wait to be back again!

Yelp
I'm not a review writer, more of a reader but I booked a massage at The Sec-he Spa on my recent trip to Palm Springs based on the stellar reviews--and it exceeded my expectations. I've had a lot of massages, and this was hands down THE BEST !!!! Brian, my therapist, was incredibly skilled and intuitive, zeroing in on some sports-related injuries without me even having to explain much. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He also incorporated some stretches and hot stones, which took the experience to another level. I walked out feeling relaxed, restored, and thankful to have found this great addition to Downtown Palm Springs. I highly recommend the spa and Brian. I will definitely be going back on my next trip down.

Yelp
I had the most wonderful first time experience at Spa Sec-he today. From start to finish my day was full of relaxation thanks to the staff and beautiful amenities at the spa. I left the spa today feeling like I was glowing! I arrived early to enjoy everything before my 11:30 treatment. The spa was impeccable and staff were welcoming. Kimberly was great- she gave me a tour of the location with great energy and enthusiasm which set a lovely tone for the day. Because I arrived early (9am) I was able to enjoy the salt room all to myself as well as the pools and quiet rooms. The spa did get busier after noon , so if you are trying to enjoy the spa with less people definitely recommend getting there in the morning. I booked a Limón-Espresso body wrap and it was beyond relaxing. The treatment incorporated a bit of a massage, dry brushing and full body red light therapy. (It was so worth it!) :) I spent 7 hours here relaxing and I can't wait to be back again! The spa is easy to find, with parking available at front and on the side of the building. The locker rooms were clean and stocked with anything you may need for a comfortable experience. Staff were a delight and very helpful! Don't hesitate to treat yourself at Spa Sec-he next time you're in Palm Springs!

Yelp
Gorgeous facility. The spa is modern and so clean. They give you a robe and a water bottle with a tour as soon as you get in. All the attendants are so kind and professional. All of the amenities are exquisite and feel very luxurious. The couples massage was amazing and attention to detail was truly there. We had a Cabana which is well worth the price and it elevated our experience. No other spa has compared. I appreciate that it's not over packed and is spacious all around. Pro: the food has improved since opening and is very clean and nutritious Con: if you're swimming under the fountain it's loud and the attendant will ask you to be quiet even if you're not intentionally being loud.

Yelp
Reviewing again because this place never fails! I've been visiting more regularly for my mani/pedi's! Ana and Gina are both great! I can always expect great conversation and a perfect polish! The experience is always 10/10! The warm shoulder pad, massage chair that is not over-powering. Can't wait to be back in a few weeks! And will then try the quartz massage!

Yelp
Maria has magic hands! She's incredibly caring, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what your body needs. You can tell she truly loves what she does -- every movement feels intentional and healing. I walked in tense and tired, and walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. She creates such a warm, comforting atmosphere that it's easy to just melt into the table. I can't recommend her enough -- Maria is a gem! Can't wait to go back Maria ‍

Yelp
First things first - it's so pricey! This is definitely a get away at your get away (if you're not from Palm Springs or the surrounding area) However, it was such a beautiful experience. This location is next to a Native American museum using their sacred hot springs. They have several amenities, my fav included a cold plunge, gender specific saunas and steam rooms, sound bath rooms, hot tubs, large outdoor pools, and salt rooms. Add ons include massages, skin treatments and yoga classes. Also, you'll find cafes inside and outside by the pool! I would love to be back. It was my favorite spa so far! If you're willing to splurge, this is the place.

Yelp
When they say treat yourself... I sure did! Haha! I took a day away from a convention to visit the spa solo and what an experience! The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and modern. I arrived around 8 am for my mineral bath and stayed till about 3. I enjoyed the music room, the pool, the cafe, the dry sauna and a few services. The wet sauna was out of service, which was a disappointment, but they did call me in the morning to give warning. I got the desert rain massage, the collagen facial and the golden head spa. They were all incredible. I was able to grab lunch at the pool in between some and the food was good! They also have wine, so I had a glass of Chardonnay as well. I will def be back with my husband next time we are in town.

Yelp
Such a wonderful experience for my mom and I. I definitely plan on coming back. The spa is at a fair price and offers access to so many amenities. They have two whirlpools- one co-ed and another women's only. They also have a sound room, as well as private mineral baths, and two large pools outdoors- one being filled with mineral water as well. The staff were so friendly and attentive. My masseuse, Shannon, was so friendly and professional. My mom enjoyed her massage with Venus as well and thought she was thorough and professional as well! Their Pal Bar offered a variety of food options, and what we ordered was all so delicious! I will definitely be missing that Monkey Business smoothie!

Yelp
This is a beautiful spa with a wide menu of services for anyone looking to take their R&R to the next level in Palm Springs. There are plenty of mineral baths, pools and themed rooms. My massage was incredibly relaxing. The food menu is pretty healthy, as you'd expect at a spa, but everything was delicious and tasted so fresh. My only complaint is that there's no limit to any of the rooms/experiences so it can be hard to grab a chair in some of the rooms like the grounding room where there are only a few seats. It seems to be popular with bachelorette parties but there was never an issue with loudness. Just happy brides and their friends in the pools and lounging. If you're leaving closer to dinner time or at the end of the day, there was a fight for a mirror and a blow dryer with everyone getting ready.
google avatar

ALEX S.

Yelp
This spa is great. The services are expensive, but totally worth the price. I've been twice now and planning my third time. I've never had so many top notch amenities at a spa before and I go to Napa spa quite often.

Yelp
My hubby + I spent a day here at Sec-he. It is quite beautiful, clean + overall a good experience. We had the basic day pass including the private spa rooms, with water bubbling up from underground. Enjoyed all the facilities + decent snacks too. One weird incident. There were virtually NO people around the large outdoor pool. Out of maybe 100 chairs there were maybe 15-20 scattered about occupied. When our food came we realized what s small table we had - so I just moved us over one chair/slightly larger table literally 5' away. An employee came over to tell me why I could not sit there. Like it was meant for a larger group. However there was no one within 100' and there were multiple other empty tables. She would not listen to me asking if we could just finish our meal there. NO we could not. Such a shoddy way to be treated in an otherwise lovely place. Not sure I'd return...

Yelp
I went yesterday and the visit could not have been more perfect. I enjoyed my mineral springs soak, eucalyptus steam, sound therapy vibration chairs, salt rooms, whirlpool and just floating in the pool. They had my beloved skin face products again! Everything smells so calm and luxurious. It's truly the best.

Yelp
Came here for a self-care day as part of a friend's bachlorette party. What a treat! This was my first time here and had the most relaxing time! The personal hot mineral bath that reminded me of Japanese onsen was a calming retreat. I also got a facial that was so relaxing and left my face hydrated. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The food was also good! We spent nearly 6 hours here. What an oasis! Would recommend spending time here if you're looking for a relaxing spot!

Yelp
Big no for this place. The 60min float and the taking the waters thing was a gift from my kids for a Mother's Day gift. Since they spent over $200, I had access to the spa amenities. I decided to try the salt rooms. Both rooms were full. I did see a sweaty man in a speedo get up from the lounge chair in the room. No one came in to wipe down the chairs. Gross. Went and grabbed a towel and waited for the next chair to open up. The float says it's 60 minutes. It was only 30min. Music stopped and told me to exit the chamber. My appt for that was at 430 and my other appt was at 6. So I was expecting to get down at 530, shower and rinse off then go to the other appt. Instead, I had an hour to kill while my hair was dripping wet. The mineral bath was nice until I touched the sprayer. It was freezing cold water that sprayed out. It wouldn't shut off!!! It turned my bath cold. So I had to end that early because it wasn't relaxing. O told the attendant about it, she didn't seem to care. I wanted to try the chairs that recline back. Every time I looked, they were all occupied. Couple of them were broken with no iPad with it. Towels and blankets piled on chairs. Again, gross Lots of dirty towels laying around everywhere. For being an upscale spa, sure didn't look like it. Locker room was dirty. Whoever thought of having the mouthwash station next to the hairdryers should be fired. Towards closing time, towels were being being up really fast. Amazing how being off the clock soon motivated workers to work a little. Will not be back or recommend

Stephen L.

Yelp
Professional staff, great amenities and an overall experience Cold plunge your inflammation away at this place and your body will thank you

Yelp
The spa itself is beautiful. Both my daughter and I thought the services (massages and sugar scrubs each) were just mediocre. The prices are just plain ridiculous for what you get. However, that being said, we did enjoy the extras like the steam, sauna, mineral pool, salt room and relaxation rooms. Lunch was very good and we enjoyed eating by the pool. If we were to go again, may just pay the "day pass" fee and skip the services.

Yelp
If you have the opportunity to come here, absolutely do so. I spent nearly the full day getting papered and enjoying everything that was offered as part of my visit. The staff here is fantastic - from those providing treatments to staff at the desk or pool. I was lucky enough to have a 90-minute massage with a mineral bath beforehand. I also got a manicure (when in Rome), worked out in the gym, lounged by the pool and enjoyed lunch at the care. The environment here is calm, upscale and welcoming. Absolutely recommend!

Yelp
I bought this 1 hr massage for my 81 year old mom here for her birthday. I booked or paid online & I live out of town a few hrs drive away. They told her that they needed to see & verify the credit card. She said her daughter bought this as a gift for her. They said they needed me to come in person to see the credit card. She didn't have my number at that moment so she drove back home to call me & relay the message! Not good. The manager did approve my phone call & verify the card this way. I said they really need to state "in-person" verification of credit card on the day of massage to avoid confusion. My mom said the massage was just okay, too soft for her. She did say the place was really clean & beautiful. They also said she took a meal & we're going to charge it but she told them she never ate a meal. She said she was a bit stressed after this experience. I won't be using this place again for a birthday gift.

Yelp
Walking up to the doorway of the spa brought my mind and body to an immediate relaxation state. When I opened the door to the spa, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and an ambiance that I craved to embrace for a duration of time while standing inside. The spa opened up all of my senses with the smells, various body sensations felt with treatments, water and natural hot springs experiences, and delicious drinks and food for my taste buds. I left feeling completely relaxed and ready to conquer what events were in front of me after I checked out at the front desk. I look forward to going back to The Spa At Sec-he soon!

Yelp
We did another mother-daughter day in February. Everything is just as wonderful as before. I would like to particularly compliment Ana and Estrella, our nail technicians who took care of us. We had an amazing experience with our mani-pedi, friendly, attentive, gentle and relaxing. The perfect way to end our spa day.

David F.

Yelp
The facility was wonderfull from the dry sauna to the wet sauna, the outside jacuzzi and the community swimming pool and mineral baths, but the massage was the worst I had in a very very long time. For the monies you pay I excepted better but waiting 20 minutes beyond my appointed time and having third rate massage killed my whole experience at this place The therapist should be screened much better for the kind of monies they charge. My experience and the massage at the Miramont Tommy Bahamas resort was world class compared to Sec-he nad much cheaper. So next time if you use Sec-he do it as a day spa and skip the massage

Yelp
Palm Springs has its own unique vibe and the spa has hers as well. Customer service is exceptional- always. You will find a host of wellness products for purchase with varying in price. Whirlpools, floating suites to IV hydration services, mineral bath to juice bar and cafe. The spa provides a tropical oasis. If you're getting together with girlfriends, or a day of self- pampering, look no further. Don't hesitate to join the family at The Spa St Sec-he

Yelp
The Spa at Sec-he is a beautiful facility, with many options to maximize a day of relaxation. The staff is friendly and helpful. My personal experiences during the day were both good and bad. This was my 1st time visiting. The young lady who brought me back was friendly, however, she seemed a bit confused. She forgot to come back to give me a tour of the grounds so I would know what was offered. When I tracked her down to ask where the restroom was she apologized for not returning and walked me around and explained the amenities. I arrived at 10:30 for a 12:30 Mineral Bath appt and 1:00 Massage. I stayed till 6:30. Again, the facilities are beautiful with much to experience, however, I question the level of cleanliness and sanitary precautions being taken. I was taken into the private mineral bath room with water level already full and the attendant explained how to work the tub. I assumed it was already cleaned and climbed in. How shocked I was to submerge into the water, move my hands around and blond hair comes up on my arm. I don't have blond hair. I immediately got out and advised the young lady and asked for another room, as this one was not adequately cleaned. She moved me to another, this time the tub was not filled so I again assumed it had been cleaned She filled the tub for me and again, I submerged for yet again, hair to come up on my arm. UGH and YUCK!!! The Masseur, Jesus, was very friendly and attentive during the treatment. I booked the 90 minute Desert Rain Massage. It was a full head to toe experience which I very much appreciated. There are only 2 pools. One is a smaller salt water pool and both are heated. The waterfall is a nice touch. I visited on a Wednesday which was not too busy and allowed me to experience both comfortably, however, I think on a weekend it would be too small for one to greatly experience the tranquility of the space. I ordered food by the pool and received great service, although the wrap was not very flavorful. I live in Riverside County, 1 county over so did not qualify for any discount which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice day. I may visit again in the future and bypass the mineral baths. If you are looking for a nice day to get away from the hustle and bustle of life it is worth a try. Perhaps your overall experience will be much better.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for day spas and was delighted to find one in Palm Springs. This place has it all - gym, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy showers, whirlpool jacuzzis, cold plunge, even grounding chairs and vibrating lounges with headphones for deep sleep. I love how they spread out toiletry amenities around the beautiful vanities, inviting you to use whatever you need. Razors, toothbrushes, sunscreen, mouthwash, you name it. The relaxing music and curved architecture (the architect was inspired by the curves of water) all add to the chill atmosphere. Included in your day pass is a private mineral bath, where they take you to your own little room with a small gurgling tub for you to soak for 15min. I enjoy being here and will be back. That said, I have some criticisms: They seem overstaffed, which is usually an amazing problem to have, but it means the staff is sort of omnipresent. At other day spas like this, they disappear, only to pop in to refill a lotion or pick up towels or something. Here (at least on the men's side), the layout is such that to navigate between amenities you have to cross by the check-in desk, where there are usually 2-5 guys. Even over by the sauna, there's usually someone cleaning - which, again, is amazing and means the place is always pristine, but also makes me anxious about using anything or going fully naked. Another design oversight was sticking a main passageway right in the middle of the "Serenity Zone." This dark, relaxing space where you pop on headphones and drift away is frequently interrupted by folks passing through to get to the co-ed pools. While I was in there, an employee dragged a rattling cart through the room, and they're often giving the welcome tour to newcomers. I haven't tried the gym or any massage services, but the day spa experience js great.

Yelp
I decided to treat myself to a spa day and a massage after arriving early for a work trip. This place did not disappoint! First of all, give yourself plenty of time to enjoy all the amenities, unfortunately I ran out of time and did not get to experience everything. This place is top tier, they have everything you need. I left my masseuse decision up to the spa and was not disappointed in the least. Please request Brian, I promise, you will not be disappointed. I have never had anyone put in the real effort to really work out the knots and he did just that, perfect pressure, made sure I was comfortable with everything right down to the bed temperature! Back to time, there is so much included in your day pass, so give yourself plenty of time to enjoy it all. Had I actually known what I had gotten myself into, I wouldn't have spent any time in my hotel room at all. Ladies, they have everything you need to refresh when you are done; vanities stocked with stuff for your face, teeth and hair. They even have special bags for your wet swimwear. No detail has been missed with this place. I enjoyed it so much, I plan on going back on my final day here. (Late flight, what else is a girl to do?!)

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite day spa in the world. I could spend the entire day here. The entire ambience is just so relaxing that even the most uptight person (me) could really just learn to do physical and mental relaxations for the entire day. Environment, staff and treatments are unmatched.

Yelp
I had such a wonderful experience doing the float session and using the day spa pass here! The float session was great. The float tank is located in the gym area, and while there wasn't much explanation of the process, it's easy enough to look up beforehand if you're new. Since I had floated before, I knew what to expect. The tank itself was clean, spacious, and had the option to keep on twinkly LED lights, which added a nice touch. The day spa is where this place truly shines! Upon arrival, they offer a tour if it's your first time. The waiting area is stocked with healthy snacks, and they provide robes, slippers, and lockers. They've thought of everything, from private changing rooms to swimsuit drying stations, and all the toiletries you'd need (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). Just be aware you'll need to ask for the blow dryer. The spa amenities are fantastic. There's a cold plunge tub, cold shower, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and a separate area with zero-gravity chairs (including zero-gravity vibration chairs, which were SO relaxing). The salt room is also available, though they recommend staying for 45 minutes to really benefit from its respiratory health perks. You can also book a 15-minute mineral bath--it's relaxing, though not quite as much as the float tank, in my opinion. The outdoor area features two heated pools: a mineral pool and a regular pool, plus rentable cabanas. The cafe is a nice bonus. While the salads were fantastic, the flatbreads could use a bit of improvement. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat! The day pass is totally worth it, and if I lived nearby, I'd make this a regular treat. Highly, highly recommend!

Yelp
I had a pretty lousy time to be honest. The place is lovely and most of the staff is wonderful but the first gal I met in the restaurant was nasty. I ordered a shake which I asked to be made vegan but she gave me a hard time about it. Why would you have coconut milk and dairy yogurt? Makes no sense! Then told me to sit down twice after I told her I preferred to stand - to the point where I literally said, "Am I not permitted to stand?" Then while soaking in the jacuzzi a lunatic started talking about how amazing it was that 100k+ people in this country had their Medicare and Medicaid taken away from them because they were lazy... I told her she should be ashamed and walked away to go for a mineral soak and burst into tears I was so upset. The attendant was horrified when I told her but didn't tell management. Then I went to the meditation room (which was filthy with used eye masks strewn all around) but covered myself up and listen to the guided meditation only to wake up and find the woman from the jacuzzi staring daggers at me. I gave up and went home. So much for having a relaxing days after my dental surgery... sigh

Yelp
On a relaxing weekend in Palm Springs I decided to do a spa day. I normally go to Two Bunch Palms but a local friend recommended this spot and I'm so glad he did. For half the price, you get an entire spa day with so many options. This is a must do and will be every time I'm in town.

Yelp
Nice spa. Plenty of things to try. Salt cave, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, relaxing meditating room, quality hair and facial products. Showers were great. Great service. Special services were pricey.

Yelp
I absolutely love this spa and experience but this is the second time that the front desk bills me wrong. I am a local this happened to me a year ago too so they gave me credit. When i spoke to the receptionist I told her that I had credit and am a local to bill me appropriately. Just checked my bank and they took out the full amount without my credit and local discount. This is ridiculous.

Yelp
Located in the heart of Palm Springs. This spa owned by the Agua Caliente group is fantastic. We were in the area and took the opportunity to have a grand tour of the spa . We were so impressed that we booked a day pass a couple days later to experience everything the spa had to offer. Daily pass is $145 , but on Mon. -Thurs. a discounted rate is offered at $99! This rate includes access to mostly everything on the property with exception to the massages and various treatments which are paid in addition. However , if you book a treatment/massage the daily pass fee is waived . (Up to $99, I believe) The pass includes a private 15 minute mineral water hot soak too! The spa has ..... -a state of the art gym room (coed) -Sensory /sound room -Tranquility room -Salt vapor therapy rooms ( coed) -Separate men /women's jacuzzi -Main pool with waterfall (coed) -Outside mineral water pool ( coed) Even though we didn't book any massages or treatments, we still spent several hours here ( 5hours to be exact) . The snack area by the pool offered healthy food for purchase. Although they sold out of the ahi, we got a grilled chicken panini and the tuna wrap . Both were delicious . ( Got to get the ahi next time , though.) My daughter and I enjoyed exploring the many amenities this spa had to offer and left feeling refreshed and pampered. After being in and out of the waters all day , the free facial cleanser / toner / serum/ moisturizer that's available for use was fabulous. My face felt renewed. Definitely coming back here next time we are in Palm Springs!

Yelp
**** Envisioning Celestial Beings Smiling **** Spa at Sec-he nestled within the heart of downtown Palm Springs very close to the Agua Caliente Casino. Pronounced "sek-hee," Sec-He bears significance in Native American culture, denoting a sacred space or gathering place. Its essence permeates the atmosphere, enriching the spa experience with a profound sense of history and reverence. Stepping into the Sec-he spa, I was immediately captivated by its allure. The spa's completion in 2024 marked a monumental addition to the Palm Springs landscape, seamlessly blending modernity with tradition. When opened in 1960, it was considered one of the most beautiful spas in the world. The hot springs, a timeless natural wonder, have graced this site for centuries, imbuing the spa with an aura of ancient wisdom and healing. 10 a.m. was my start time at this spa. I could have come sooner but I didn't want to exhaust myself. A reservation for the mineral spa awaited me at 11 a.m., offering 15 minutes of respite in one of the 22 individual tubs meticulously filled and emptied per customer. These mineral baths are, at the very start, the indoor ones, are separated based on gender. That really surprised me as I have become more used to a more co-ed approach to mineral baths/spas. There is one outdoor mineral pool that is co-ed. Lucky for me, I was able to enjoy a local's discount, which I found to be a very nice gesture to the Palm Springs Community. It was the outdoor mineral spa, where I surrendered to the embrace of warm waters beneath the open sky. Floating weightlessly, I reveled in these healing elixirs and I used my arms to move the water around my body as I face straight up to the sky. Even though my ears were completely submerged by water, I could still hear spa music coming through and wrapping its melodies around me (as in a trance). Throughout the day, I sought refuge from the elements in the Serenity Room (which is truly a standout for this spa). Heated chairs cradled me in comfort, synchronized with ethereal pre-programmed melodies that you could select at a touch of the screen. The Salt Room beckoned with its tranquil ORANGE ambience, inducing a state of blissful repose so profound that I did nod off to sleep at some point (and awake with a start). At every turn, the attentive staff exemplified a dedication to excellence, their genuine warmth and hospitality enhancing the overall experience. As the hours waned and the winds picked up (it actually started to feel cool at around 6pm today, I found myself reluctantly bidding farewell to a day of relaxation. Looking back, my experience at Sec-He was more than just pampering; it felt like a meaningful journey, connecting with ancient traditions and the natural world. In today's busy world, filled with noise and stress, this place offers a peaceful escape for anyone in need of a break.

Yelp
Wonderful day spa with every amenity you could ask for... We did the mineral soak then an hour massage with day passes. Super relaxing and just an excellent way to spend a day in Palm Springs... The salt rooms were incredible, so unique!!! I will absolutely return. Lowered to 3 stars because I never heard back about mY Tom Ford sunglasses that Phillip told me would turn up for sure tried to call back and still nothing.

Yelp
What a wonderful way to spend a day! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is like an oasis inside. I definitely need to come back to experience the rest of the spa to try more of their amenities. If I lived closer, I would sign up for their membership! Service is great, there are so many people working to keep the spa clean and serene and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Even the spa café was great with lots of choices and reasonably priced items. The gym was clean and spacious, but I honestly did not get to try it. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
I visited the spa on the way from the airport before checking into my airbnb on 9/12/24. The front desk offered to hold my luggage in an area which they claimed was locked and surveilled while I quickly went to lunch off the premises. The spa seemed on the nicer side, so I agreed and left my luggage with them for only 1 hour before returning to reclaim it. I then placed it into a locked locker for the remainder of the time. After leaving the spa, I realized items totaling $3000+ were missing from my luggage. I filed a claim with their security and have called repeatedly, but I still have no answers over a month later. This spa may seem like a higher end place, but looks can be deceiving and there are definitely some dishonest people working there. I will not be visiting again and for whoever chooses to go there after reading this, just know that your belongings are at risk for being stolen

Yelp
There are a lot of things I really love about Sec-he and one I really dislike.  They have the most lax cell phone policy of any high-end spa I've ever been to.  You can pretty much talk on your cell phone anywhere you want and no one will say anything to you (even though technically people aren't allowed to be talking on them).   Some examples over the last year: I was in the salt room and someone talked on their phone for about 10 minutes next to me, I was in the outdoor lounge and someone did a zoom business meeting, another time someone watched a movie without headphones, I was in the gym and someone was on their iPad doing FaceTime Video, etc.    I think it would be really nice if they would have signs around the spa asking people not to talk on their cell phones and then enforce it.  When I go to a spa I don't want to hear people talking to their friends back home or making a business deal when I am trying to have a relaxing time. Thank you.

Yelp
I never leave reviews but for all the preggo mamas out there, I have to. Came here for a babymoon getaway with my husband (currently 8.5 months). The good things: - Lisa: Amazing! Helpful and just so wonderful interacting with her. - Tina (facial): LOVED. She was so patient and kind and it was a very relaxing experience. Why 3 stars? The prenatal massage. The one thing I was looking forward to the most :/. It was a terrible experience, to the point that I had to stop it early and say I'm just not comfortable - and left. The person tried to lay me on my stomach at first by using these special pillows. Okay, I'll try it, sure. But immediately, the draping was not done correctly. I felt exposed. My bare body parts that normally are covered professionally, were not. No tucking, no helping. High alert for sure. And the man massaging was touching areas that i have never had therapist touch, like my bare behind. Not hip or thigh... but like no sheet on the side, strokes up and down my leg and passing through my bottom area. I have hip issues and also have had many sports massages/deep tissue and NEVER has this happened in this fashion. I even said that it might be the pillows and I'd try laying sideways instead (an option he offered)... still trying to give it a chance. Nope. Even worse. He gave me some random small pillow and tried to wrap it with a pillow case that kept falling off and told me to just put it between my legs and turn sideways. I was so tense and exposed yet again. The sheets were just lifted with no regard and were slipping and falling off. And the massage wasn't even something that felt good. It was choppy and strange. Just a very bad experience. I decided to not tolerate any more of it, said I was uncomfortable and left. Perhaps he wasn't experienced? Not sure. But wayyyyyy too pricey for a massage of that caliber. I have experiences with massages but this one was by far the weirdest and most uncomfortable one I have ever tried to sit through. All of this to say, if you're looking for prenatal massage, do not come here. So many better places. If you're looking for amenities galore, you'll enjoy it.

Yelp
Second time to The Spa at Sec He and once again AMAZING! I brought my husband back this time and he was thoroughly impressed! Nubia was my masseuse and 5 stars! Very knowledgeable and friendly.. made me feel very comfortable as I need light to Medium pressure. I absolutely love this place and will make sure to always come back when I am in Palm Springs.

Yelp
I had a wonderful spa day there. They recommend checking in at least an hour before your service so that you have time to check in and enjoy some of the various spa amenities. I wish I had arrived earlier than I did, but I did have time to enjoy things afterward. I wish I had gotten my manicurist's name, because I got the best spa manicure ever. I It's so tidy and neat, and one month later there is not a single chip in it. It looks as good as it did on the first day. I also had a relaxing message and a delicious lunch out by the pool.

Yelp
Once again The Spa At Séc-he did not disappoint!! I'm a local that lives here year round and I absolutely LOVE this spa! It is so beautiful and so professional. Nubia is the greatest massage therapist I have ever encountered!! I tried the floatation pool for the first time and I highly recommend it! Takes some practice shutting your brain off but, when you do... bliss!

Yelp
I highly recommend this place. The Malmal cafe is great for a quick smoothie or snack. Their avocado toast is great and the spa has many services to choose from.

Yelp
Hands down the best spa. It's beautiful and relaxing with so many amenities. The mud wrap treatment was great. I spent several hours there enjoying the pool, salt room, sauna and more. My only complaint is the lack of chair available for use without a cabana rental around the pool that face the sun. There are four of them around the main pool. The rest are facing the other way and shaded.

Anisse R.

Yelp
I had a an amazing massage from Nubia! The level of relaxation I was able to achieve was incredible!

Such a great spot to come and relax. I did not get any of the services but the facilities are great and the baths are wonderful.

Yelp
This spa is absolutely amazing! There are so many amenities included (mineral springs, sauna, salt room, meditation space, etc.) and it truly feels like a luxurious experience. I got a massage and it was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. For treatments, you get access to a private wing of the spa and they serve you the most delicious prickly pear lemonade while you await your therapist. I also enjoyed lunch after the spa services at their on-site poolside restaurant and everything was fresh, healthy, and tasty. I am recommending this to everyone I know because it truly was a special experience. I can't wait to come back!
