This place is beautiful, but however, it’s extremely overpriced for the facial I received. It was more of a massage than a facial. I wanted a facial not a shoulder and head massage. Very little time on my face and more on massage. I also get facials all the time and this was by far the worst one I’ve have ever received. Especially for 300$ I didn’t even get a face mask was very disappointed. When I brought it up the next day, I was simply told I should’ve said something yesterday and they couldn’t do anything about it. However, my pedicure was amazing. I would only give 1 star but my pedicure was again really nice! Everyone was Friendly and professional. Last the complementary champagne, and Chocolates were very tasty.

Absolutely Sub-par Service! In honoring Mother's Day; I decided to book a massage, manicure and pedicure for my fiancé'. Not only is she the love of my life, she is an amazing mother to our two daughters. For years she has dreamed of attending The Breakers Spa. When she returned home I excitedly asked her about her experience. She was hesitant at first but then the truth spilled out. She said, the masseuse was very nice however the lady at the front desk had a condescending attitude right after my fiancé' informed her she wasn't a guest of the hotel, as well as rushing the entire "would-be" experience. Additionally, her nails came out unbelievably horrible. For a Palm Beach Island Spa with frequent visits of Stars, Kings and Queens; this experience definitely lost its luster. Ultimately a true disappointment. I hope they read this review and take the necessary steps to ensure everyone obtains the experience they pay for, regardless of their stature. Please see the pictures attached within this review.

I’ve spent a nice day in there, staff was very friendly and welcoming, however the prices didn’t equal quality.

I recently visited the Spa at Breakers for a pedicure, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The salon itself looked clean and organized, but the service left much to be desired. From the start, the technician barely taking the time to address the basic steps of the pedicure. The exfoliation was light, and the massage—one of the best parts of a pedicure—was disappointingly short and lacked pressure. I paid extra for a gel polish removal service so that it would not take away from the 50 minute experience and that was not the case. The polish application was another letdown. While I appreciated the variety of color choices, the application was uneven, and the edges were messy. There was white paint on the surrounding skin of my toes. The manager, Josefina, was unaccommodating and borderline argumentative. They did offer to repaint after I complained but overall, for the price I paid, I expected a more relaxing, thorough, and professional experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations, I would not return or recommend.

25-minute massage was wonderful and went by fast; wish I would've done a longer one because Rita was amazing! Comes with access to indoor lounge, outdoor lounge with water feature, sauna, coffee/water/champagne, snacks/gelato, showers, and locker room. Also got a deep sea scrub pedicure, also amazing. Very clean, attentive, detailed. You keep all utensils used, including the files and the bottle of nail polish you choose. Tip (20%) is automatically added.

Celia in the Spa at the Breakers who helps with reservations is remarkable! She assisted me in getting my boss and his family's appointments corrected and she was very pleasant to deal with by phone. I appreciate all of her hard work getting the profiles straight in her system and accommodating our wishes for appointments. She is efficient as well. She deserves a raise and a gold star! Thank you Celia for all that you do to work towards exceptional customer service!

The massage was great. I went twice during our stay and enjoyed the massage from Krista and Tony. The facility is beautiful. I also loved the chocolate and coffee they had in the waiting lounge. I'm taking one star off for a few incidents. At the check-in at the spa, the staff member mixed my and my husband's names twice, even though she was corrected after the first time. She still got it wrong, which never happened to us before. I understand our names are unusual, but still. When I was changing in the ladies' lounge, other guests were doing the same. The attendant came in and yelled, "Are you here for 10 am treatment?" Ladies replied, "yes." The attendant proceeded, "Hurry up, go outside to the waiting area. You'll be picked up there." I understand the place wants to be efficient. Cut my service shorter to stay on time, but I don't think people go to a spa to get bossed around. Moreover, when the same attendant passed by when I tried to put something in my pocket, she shouted, "No pockets." It was definitely a huge turn off.

We have spent 6 days here with my husband and my son. The hotel is beautiful with very nice facilities . However the customer service at the spa is really average. I think they should act more professionally with more respect to the customers, Otherwise I highly recommend this place .

Yelp
***Beware of Spa/Gift Certificate SCAM*** December 2024 I received a $2k+ gift certificate to be used at the spa for myself and sister while visiting Palm Beach as a Christmas gift. I was so excited to book services as we are both new moms and we were really looking forward to some self care and r&r. When I called to book an appointment for Sun, Jan 5 - I was told that the gift certificate could NOT be used unless we were staying on property. There was NO mention of blackout dates in the terms & conditions. Jan 5 is also on the edge of being a "holiday". Cmon. Also, The Breakers/spa failed to mention it when my husband purchased the gift. I understand the importance of prioritizing the guest experience who are staying on property. I was a Breakers bride and respect that. However, to NOT even disclose that information to people buying gift certificates during the holiday season is shady and not transparent. Predatory even. I spoke with Amy who is a Director and she said she could put me on a standby list. No thanks. We are requesting a refund and will take our spa dollars to the Eau Palm Beach Resort (which is supposed to have a MUCH better spa anyways). So disappointed in the Breakers. Poor form. Very uncharacteristic. Buyer beware.

Yelp
Awesome spa experience at The Breakers Palm Beach. Gorgeous facility with excellent staff. Men's locker room has everything you need including a dry and wet spa. Great massages and facials to be had here. Love this place.

Yelp
Amazing spa! We had an incredible couples massage and enjoyed the beautiful spa. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
The services received were phenomenal. I got the Tammy fender 80 minute Rose quartz massage and express facial. David was the massage therapist and he is so amazing, I definitely would go back to him for any massage or the rose quartz massage. Perfect amount of pressure and he checked in to make sure all was perfect. Very professional. I am a massage fiend and get a massage once or twice a week, and go to luxury spas as a little staycation. The rose massage with david was a highlight of all regular and luxury spas I've gone to. The massage occurs in a heated quartz massage bed which has a consistency like sand. The bed is an inversión table but nothing to be afraid of, it's very minor feeling. the treatment included a cool rose quartz roller face massage. If u love crystals and sound bowls, massage and such I highly recommend this treatment. The express facial (25 min complimentary service for a summer special) by Érica was fabulous. She was super friendly and gave a wonderful treatment (cleansed face, face massage, so good, and application of serum). I imagine a full facial would be fab. Compared to eau or the carillon in Miami (formerly canyon ranch) this place lacks a good wet spa. It has a steam room but that's it. There is an outdoor lounge area that's co ed that's really luxurious due to swaying palms and ocean breeze where you can sit with a friend, kindle or drink and snack. There is a pool that makes the sound of running water but can't swim in. Minor things that led to four stars for the $350 experience for the services above, which was one 80 min treatment plus the complimentary summer special addition: my appt was at 12 and no one got me til 12:15? I was told to wait in the co Ed area to get taken back but no one showed. It's fine but I would've liked to sit outdoors and relax rather than awkwardly idle in my robe waiting for 15 mins where some people not in robes were. They have a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos but it ran out of coffee or espresso beans and no one refilled it for an hour I checked when I wanted to make a drink. I fortunately was able to make a cappuccino which was good. They offer little bowls of nuts and dried fruit, which were good, as well as Pellegrino, frozen grapes, vanilla gelato, biscotti, clementines and strawberries. The steam room was good. The ladies locker room was expansive with a lot of toiletries available. The showers were super nice and had living proof shampoo and conditioner. The staff was all very friendly and without attitude! I am still so relaxed hours after going there today. It's worth it for me to pay for the experience because I never get this relaxed.

Yelp
Very posh spa. The facilities, staff and amenities are top rate. The services were phenomenal. 80 minute custom massage by David. He is outstanding. I get a massage ~once per month by highly skilled massage therapist who works for a major national ballet company..... David was this caliber. Excellent job all around!

Yelp
We are annual guests at your beautiful resort and this past stay was one of the best yet. We were especially impressed by one employee Erica G who was stationed at the spa. She spared no detail in ensuring that my family and I had the best stay. She went above and beyond her role and has truly made a lasting impact on us and we will remember her every time we speak about the Breakers. She remembered our sons name after only meeting him once and would always greet us with a smile and greeting by name anytime we saw her across the property. Erica G is an exquisite example of what the Breakers has always stood for regarding sophistication, customer service and family ideals. Thank you for making this past stay truly amazing.

Yelp
I just had my nails done and they look like it was done by a 5 year old kid. Do not waste your money and time here. Supposedly gel manicure cost 36 more!. I have immediately requested a new appointment with another professional for the next day and as soon as I showed up for my appointment they told me that gel will take longer to be removed and they don't have available time to fix my nails until later afternoon "like I have all the time to spend at the salon wile I'm in the hotel during a business trip". I have my nails done back where I live and pay 40% less with outstanding results. It's my Bday. I asked for French nail manicure and her immediate answer was NO because there was not French made in gel . I insisted and she went to talk to the manager and when she returned she said that it will be $10 more plus gratuity and that she has to do it fast because she had another appointment at 10am. Beth apologized for the last manicure. She claims that the results are due to the use of the last of the bottle of the nail polish "thank you Beth for the apology but I do have to assist to an event with my terrible nails and Btw why do you use on me the last of the bottle!???" I forgot that gratuity is included on the bill and I tip her extra after she finish!. Anyway... back to the appointment on my Bday. This lady was unbelievable! Because was expecting an appointment at 10 she suggested to do 1 coat and the French line to be extra thin because my nail wasn't long enough. I asked her for 2 coat and a thick French because that's the way I like it and is also the way I done it before. She said that's not how she work and started shaking my hand asking me to relax it. When the time came for me to put my hand under the LED Lamp I'm used to reset the light as soon as the light turns off. She was very rude when I first do that and asked me to do it only one time and the she decided to just put it away like I'm a child. I have to fight her on the thickness of the French. A woman approached me to ask if everything was ok and I said yes without realizing she was the manager. I ask the lady if she was the manager she said "yes and if you want to talk to her you can do it after I finish and do it outside" OMG at that point I was very upset and angry. At the end I ask for the bill and wait a min...28 more!!! I ended up paying $60 in gratuity! And 3 days of nightmare. My boyfriend had a massage and he didn't like it ether. He said they didn't put enough pressure. I was crying at the pool after my experience on my Bday and my boyfriend decided to go and speak for me with the manager. She send me her card and ask me to schedule another appointment and that she will personally chose the person for me. No way. I'll never go back to this place. I felt I was discriminated against and I don't want this experience to happen ever again.

Yelp
Top notch for a really good facial and I was happy to get aesthetician Lauren for a thorough session. Why 3-stars? I was not comfortable with the forgotten outdoor relaxation area and lack of seating. Very off-putting were the men hogging the lounge chairs. Street clothed Men, not even getting services sitting "working" on their laptop, in as (naked underneath) women in robes search for an outdoor lounge chair. This is a spa not a Starbucks, boot them out! I arrived at 10:30 and asked if they would remove the covers on most of the chairs. *Seems there was an early morning misty rain. All of the premium spots in the shade were taken and half of the chairs had protective covers on them and could not be used. After my service, an hour later, the row of outdoor spa chairs were STILL covered. It's mid-day now, Suns out, clear forecast, so I asked again "Can someone PLEASE make these chairs usable, there's no room?!". Nope, no one came from staff. All day there was never a drop of rain again, but chair covers never came off. I enjoyed the , spa water, coffee and the fruit indoors - but there should be nice magazines to read - especially when you want to get away from the creepy old guys that are sitting outside in the co-ed area. I found the ladies waiting area in the locker room to be claustrophobic and sterile - and again, nothing to read. There's a reason not a single person waits there. I also went to use the steam room but it never got hot enough (steam stays on for a nano second) so this would be a suggestion to improve the steam experience. I know there were at least three of us who asked if they could adjust the steam room so that it would get hotter. There are a lot of towel gathering attendants lazily walking around in the spa area but I found that legitimate requests for action fell on deaf ears. For the Premium prices and luxury amenities one expects - I think that a dedicated SPA space and the comfort of those receiving SPA services should be the main focus. Loitering men should not be allowed to just linger there if they're not getting services. The resort is spacious, and there are many poolside people-watching options that don't compromise others' privacy. Other guests have expressed this opinion as well.

Yelp
This spa is incredible. I had a 10am appt and was welcome to spend the entire day there (until 6pm). They have an attendant there that offers you complimentary drinks (Voss water, mimosas, coffee, etc) and snacks (nuts, gelato, fruit, candy) -- all you would like. It's beautiful to sit in the outdoor spa area lounge. The only disappointment is that you can't access the pool as it is only for hotel guests. Would definitely return and make a day of it! Free valet when you have the spa validate it. :)

Yelp
I've been a routine client at the spa at The Breakers for a good 15 years now - pre and post renovation. I'm going to preface this review by saying read all of the reviews, and specifically look for the reviews covering the treatments you're interested in. I had a facial and massage most recently. It was $468. It's an absurd amount of money but absolutely worth it given the quality of my treatments. Atmosphere: Sterile and too LA Way too modern compared to the comfy and sophisticated vibe of the spa pre-reno. I miss the good ol days! Waiting Areas: Creepy! The main waiting area is now co-ed which is bizarre and a bit sterile. They allow significant others in this space while they're "waiting" on their other. In my opinion this really takes away from the overall experience. Sure they have frozen grapes and sorbet but honestly I was a bit creeped out in my robe with nada underneath and the two old men sitting across from me. I was fine paying $195 for my spa experience pre-reno when they had the most amazing all female lounge. Now? I get to sit in a sterile lounge, without magazines, with two old dudes not even having a service hoping I have a nip slip as I reach for my frozen grapes. Not cool Breakers, not cool. They have an equally sterile waiting lounge in the womens locker room with three equally generic books - the history of wedding gowns and two nonsense coffee table books on vacations. REALLY???! Without magazines I'm basically forced to either stare at a creepy old man or a wall as I wait because they ask you get there 30 minutes in advance. FIX THIS BREAKERS! Massage/Body Treatments: Yes! I've always been very impressed with their therapists, especially during my most recent visit. I had some pretty terrible knots and the woman doing my custom massage adapted right on point in dealing with this trouble area of mine. I didn't have a body scrub during my most recent visit but I highly recommend one particularly if you're staying at The Breakers for a week or longer. They have a Vichy shower (so none of that get up and rinse off nonsense). Definitely worth it! Facials: Grace! Grace is the best ever. I've been using her for over ten years and highly recommend her. She only works on the weekdays so be sure to factor that in if you're requesting her. She knows what she's doing and is also one of the kindest people on the planet. Love you Grace! Nails: Go elsewhere! This isn't the place to come for manis and/or pedis. The best spas often get horrible reviews based on mani/pedi reviews as that is the cheapest option. Overall: Be smart about your treatments - many people get manis/pedis and complain because it's the cheapest option. A HUGE pet peeve of mine. This isn't the place to get your nails done ladies! Use your money towards whatever it is you need - facial, massage, scrub - a much better bang for your buck. If you're like me you'll connect with someone who keeps you coming back. That's what The Breakers Spa is all about.

Yelp
Absolutely LUXURIOUS!!!! Wow... so this is what it's like to be the one percent! I could lounge at the the Breaker's Spa all day. It's like being transformed to a completely different world. I left in such a tranquil state that I think I floated out the door! My husband and I were going to a wedding in Palm Beach and we arrived into town several hours early. We had already ate lunch on the drive down so my wonderful husband suggested we stop by the Breakers for a couple's massage. We had just got back from our honeymoon in Aruba so we were feeling a little jet-lag and a massage was the perfect "pick me up". Inside the Spa is absolutely gorgeous! The steam room and dry sauna were a nice size. I alternated between the two before and after our massage... so relaxing! The massage was absolutely heavenly. I loved the scented oils and tranquil music. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the massage. The locker room area includes changing rooms, showers and bathrooms so after my massage I was able to fix my hair and make up for the night. Very pricey, but well worth it! During our visit Michael Jordan was at the spa receiving treatments as well! Great spa, would highly recommend!

Yelp
One of the most accommodating spas I have ever been to. The first time I visited this spa was two days following the brand new renovations and wow, were we lucky! The staff is extremely accommodating but my only complaint is that I had wanted to select a specific facial for my skincare needs and the aesthetician wanted to do a "custom" that she thought was good for my skincare needs- which is fine but I'm really picky about my skincare. She was still great about just doing what I had asked for and meeting the skincare goals I wanted to achieve. I love that the lobby is quiet and that the doors leading out to the garden/ pool area are touch free. The only thing I dislike is how close that area is to the pool / walkway- while the inside of the spa is quiet and relaxing , you can still hear the hustle and bustle of the walk way and pools area while you're relaxing. I wish the spa had a no cell phone policy because during each visit there would be people talking on their cell phones in the pool / garden area and that definitely disturbs the ambience. Family members are also allowed to wait in the inside waiting / relaxing area which is rather awkward. There was one gentleman waiting in the area, fully clothed, on his cell phone, with a suitcase waiting on his wife and it made me feel really awkward just waiting on my masseuse in my robe. The masseuses were top - notch and worked out all the knots in my back- which is not an easy task, haha. Each time I've gotten a massage treatment, they've let me select the scents and oils they use during the treatment, which I really like. I love their pedicure treatments and the marine skincare line they use, I felt refreshed and relaxed after the treatment and I loved the signature breaker's blue by Essie that the salon carries! they let you take home the nail polish color, brush, nail file, and other tools to use at home following your treatment- I mean who does that? fantastic! I love that they offer teas, coffee, gelato, fruit, biscotti - pretty much anything you could want while you're waiting for your treatment. The sauna is fantastic, the showers were refreshing, and the women's locker room area is enormous carries everything you could ever want before and after your treatment. My only wish is that there was less cell phone and pedestrian noise, but otherwise a really fantastic spa!

Yelp
My massage therapist was the best thing about this spa. I wish I remembered her name because she was a master of her craft. I was beyond relaxed after a custom massage despite my initial annoyance with the spa. The spa itself is beautiful and luxurious. The outside pool area was beautiful but was pretty close to the hustle and bustle of the pool area. My biggest complaint is with management of this spa. I had booked two massages and the morning of, my guest had to unexpectedly cancel her appointment. Because I had made the appointment, I was charged her cancelation fee of $50 dollars. I found this to be pretty irritating and petty given that the spa very likely rebooked her time slot during the busy holiday season. I asked for this to be waived as I was staying at the hotel for a week and was already spending thousands of dollars. They refused and were unapologetic about this policy. The front desk girls could also be a tad more friendly. A smile wouldn't kill them.

Matthew F.

Yelp
This spa charges 5 star prices. I've been here a few times and while the facilities are very nice it seems the majority of the massage staff are extremely poorly trained. I booked a 60 minute custom massage. The massage therapist I was paired with seemed to have little knowledge of any massage technique and even after requests to focus on my QL and hip flexors she disregarded this and spent 15 minutes of time sitting in a chair squeezing my neck. Beyond the poor massage the room wasn't stocked with the towels she needed. The entire experience was just poor.

Yelp
Luxury. We were staying at the Breakers and having been to the spa before and having had one of the best massages ever, decided to go at it again. This massage therapist was not as good as the one i had last time, but still it was a good massage. Glad to see the staff is better now, as the last time i had a massage here i left a necklace there and after calling the spa people, they had assured me my necklace was not there only to return to the spa and finding my necklace exactly where i left it. The even bothered to look for it. But that was then, this is now and now i had a great experience. The hotel is very upscale so expect the spa to be the same with prices to reflect it. But like i say, you get what you pay for and the massages are very good.

Yelp
Overpriced & underskilled. The spa at the Breakers is luxurious. However the technique & skill of therapists are significantly lacking. Have tried getting massages when I'm here on vacation and am always disappointed. Not worth the money.

Yelp
The Breakers is beautiful!!! You will have an amazing experience if you are willing to spend the money. During finals i get super stressed so I signed up for the Regal Experience 5 12 hours which cost $975.00. It was so amazing a massage, facial, body mask, and Mani and Pedi and a personalized gift :) Personally I think that its a lot of money to spend ... (but my boyfriend wanted to spoil me) And I spoiled i was!! I had an amazing private room with an amazing view. Overall great experience but not something you can do all the time :)

Yelp
The Breakers is a gorgeous hotel with 2 amazing pools and a pristine private beach. Its spa is the perfect accompaniment. I came as a day guest to the spa for a facial and massage and thus was granted access to the pool area for the remainder of the day. For roughly the same amount as a night's stay at the hotel, I was able to get 2 treatments & enjoy all the guest's amenities. It made for the perfect day-trip vacation full of relaxation, bliss and pampering. The staff were wonderful and inviting, even if the spa's amenities them selves didn't measure up to the height of luxury (the spa is small & low-key). I highly suggest ending your day at the spa & pools with a drink at the Tapestry Bar inside the hotel.

Yelp
Yesterday on 12/26 my wife celebrated her birthday and living in Jupiter I wanted to get her a spa day. The spa delivered!!! I wanted to come early because post holiday I knew people would be sleeping in a bit. I booked us the OSea experience at 9am. We arrived to the hotel around 8am and valet was great. Then a wonderful Jamaican gentleman who had been there 10 years walked us to the spa #Lovely. Weather was perfect and every person working said good morning and smiled #ExactlyWhatWeWanted... Then we entered the spa where Katja was standing at attention and ready for the day and greeted us with a smile. Then two attendants took us to the male and female dressing rooms. Daniel was mine. Daniel was only three weeks in he said but he made the experience. Before treatments, during and after as he saw us he continued to check on us and get us anything we needed. He also got us food post treatments while we relaxed and a big props to that kid. Leo and Jenny were our host for the main portion of the OSea experience. Both did great. Jenny I love your Forearms #Amazing and Leo my wife wants to cheat on me with you...she has had a lot of massages but she said yours was the only one that focused on her problems and she felt much better coming home so we will be back to see you both soon! Facials were then done by Catarina (I hope I am spelling right), and Terri. Both were great and relaxing and not that painful either and my skin looks really good when I look at it this morning. I am writing this out because I want to say thank you to the staff that made it an awesome day for us. Oh I almost forgot the beautiful women in the make up shop who put make-up on my wife. I forget your name but forgive me I just had Catarina rubbing my face and Leo and Jenny massaging every part of me. The new renovation is great just great... The massage tables...perfect and the color and furniture perfect. The staff made sure everything was perfect all the time... get a coffee, make a mess, cleaned in two seconds. Overall great job Breakers we will be back and hopefully often!!!

Yelp
I have not even been to the spa yet; but I'm giving the "new" spa a one star rating. I called to make two massage appointments for over Thanksgiving and it appears some new rules apply --- if you're not staying at the property and you are not willing to charge your services to the member's account which you are visiting, there is a two services per person minimum. Seems a little ridiculous that I can't book a massage for myself and one for my boyfriend even though we'll be on and off the property all week with family who are members of the club. And to add insult to injury; I am using the property in January to host a work golf outing. Disappointed. Some "rules" are just plain silly. Tisk tisk Breakers.

P G.

Yelp
The Breakers Hotel is glorious. The spa is nice with access to the pools, sauna, steam room and restaurants. The guard at the gate, the receptionist and the help were very pleasant and helpful. I went with expectations of a wonderful facial. I was told on the phone I chose my specific facial when I arrived..to book I just chose the time...either 50 minutes or 80 minutes. At the receptionist I was told that I chose the type of facial when speaking with the person doing the facial. When I was taken in for the facial the lady said I was booked for a classic. I told her I had not booked a specific one. She said I had and long story short she said I was wasting my 50 minutes and she should get on with the facial. I would never go back...PGA Resort and Lane's and many others are so much better if you want a good facial.

Yelp
The Hotel and Spa and Salon are Five Star on every level! They offer beautiful surrounding with personalized professional customer service and the pools are incredible. A great experience, will be back. .

Yelp
Just spent the weekend at The Breakers Resort and don't have much to add to the other reviews... wonderful place (close to home, should probably sneak away more often). However I noticed that nobody reviewed their fabulous spa, so here it goes! Little known fact... you can enjoy the amenities of the spa without being a hotel guest! Which is great to know, since I'm a local... I enjoy getting pampered as much as the next girl... however this place takes the cake! Beats the heck out of PGA, Babor, Spa-11 and The Singer Island resort... My therapist was phenomenal... she (Debbie) knew just what I needed! The girls in the lounge were very attentive providing me with goodies all afternoon! Sure, the prices aren't cheap... but you certainly get what you pay for! Plus... now that I know you can enjoy the spa without staying at the hotel... it's soooo worth it!

Yelp
The Breakers is a beautiful hotel and the spa has some nice amenities. I only got a mani-pedi and it was just okay. I really expected better considering the price. I felt like she rushed through my manicure (done after the pedicure) and it looks it - my cuticles don't look that much better than before. My feet look nice though.

Yelp
It just doesn't get any better and particularly in the summer when the summer specials are out. It's been awhile since I've been at the Breakers because I was sampling other spas..but I always come back. From the moment you arrive at the gatehouse you seem to be one of the 1% at least for a day. I showed up at the spa desk and the staff was efficient and courteous. Someone showed me to my locker with the robe and sandals in hand. This locker is one of the nicest spa lockers on par with the Boca Raton resort-altho no sauna there is a steam room. You have access to the small fitness facility as well. Cucumber water was available along with fresh fruit and teas. I had an 80 minute massage with Leo-their anchor therapist who has been there 16 years. This man is a major talent and one of the very few whose massages actually put my neck and back in place. I had the 25 minute reflexology promo-which was more reflexology LITE but that's ok. Then I got to spend a couple of glorious hours at the pools and restaurant. It was back to my Tammy Fender facial with Grace-another Breakers Spa long termer . This was another 80 minutes of heaven with lots of wonderful massage(not just the half hearted attempts that many estheticians make)where I fell asleep. The products were nice and natural-albeit a bit oily for me. It is apparent that management trains their staff well and doesn't tolerate bad attitude. Definitely the price of entry is high but the effect is total luxury.

Yelp
Over Rated! This is my second bad experience at the Spa. A few years back we purchased spa packages and was very disappointed by the service. We purchased 2 packages for massages, facials and manicures. First, the spa overcharged us claiming that during the week after Christmas their rates are higher. My massage was good and it does depend on who is giving the massage and how you instruct the masseuse. The facial was fair at best; the aesthetician kept walking out of the room and the various lotions were cold and uncomfortable. The eyebrow tweaking that was supposed to be included was not offered but the worse was the pedicure...awful. I have had $25.00 pedicures that have been far superior to the rushed and incomplete treatment we paid a lot of $$$ for. The hand massage that was part of the pedicure package we purchased was not provided but the Spa didn't have a problem tagging on 20% for tips regardless of how bad the service was. Don't waste your money and time. Not worth it! Don't forget to ask for your parking voucher to be validated, they won't volunteer. It will cost you $25.00

Yelp
Best massage in a long time! The poolside cabanas were so nice and relaxing..... Our pool butlers were key to a relaxing day poolside....
