The Spa Hotel Healdsburg

I absolutely love Spa Hotel Healdsburg! The location right on the Plaza is unbeatable, and the team here is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and professional. As a local, this place is such a treasure. I especially appreciate being able to visit during the week when it's quieter, and spa guests get access to the beautiful pool – which is a major bonus. I first discovered this spa years ago when I was still living in San Francisco and would visit Healdsburg as a tourist. Now it's become my annual birthday tradition with a close friend – we look forward to it every year! I highly recommend their massages and facials. Holly has been my go-to therapist for multiple visits and she's absolutely wonderful. The General Manager, Nina, is also exceptional – responsive, kind, and truly cares about the guest experience. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Whether you're a visitor or a local, this spa is worth every penny. Highly recommend! The massage was absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I’ve lived in Healdsburg for a bit now and tried a few places in town. I will definitely return for a massage with the same masseuse but sadly my facial and check out experience missed the mark. Once I got the attention of the spa director to share my concerns in an effort for them to improve and exceed expectations, she listened, she heard what I was saying and understood my frustrations and agreed that my experience was not what they strive for. Nina did everything I would have expected a respected establishment of their stature to do for their guests and I appreciate and applaud her professionalism. I look forward to going back for another try and treating myself to some pampering.

What an amazing experience! My husband and I each booked a massage and we were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, tripping over themselves to attend to our every need. We ordered a gourmet meal and drinks at the pool, took a dip and a Jacuzzi. Everything we needed was in the locker room, and the products were top-notch. We even purchased some skincare products at the spa shop. We highly recommend the spa. Everyone should book a service and spend the day being pampered here.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing massage! The entire staff are terrific, helpful and attentive. Great products. Great experience overall. I had Marjorie and she is phenomenal. Next time I come back, will deftly ask for her again. Thank you for a great experience to top off our girls trip!

A fantastic experience I had at the Spa Hotel Healdsburg. I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Jazmine, and her smile and kind words set the tone for my experience. My deep tissue massage was so relaxing that I almost went to the hotel for a swim, but I realized I had left my swimsuit at home. With Jazime's assistance, I discovered a charming "little black swim suit"

Great location in the center of healdbsurg. The spa is a bit outdated. Cracked and failing tiles line the shower floors in the locker rooms. The reception was very kind. The masseuse was professional and did a really great job. Currently they aren’t allowing use of the pool/ spa unless you are a hotel guest which detracts from the general experience. Maybe this will change soon. All in all the experience was good but underwhelming. The lounge bar afterwards with live music was quite nice. At some point management / ownership may want to look into a renovation but I’d point out of you have your guests showering on a pile of in set tiles there is most likely some type of disconnect. The massage gets a 9. The facility more of a 6. Thanks for having us in.

My friend and I won a massage in their Mothers Day giveaway and we were blown away! The facility was amazing. They managed to create a space that was tranquil and relaxing even though you were right downtown. The pool service was quick and attentive and the food from Pizzando was delicious. The massage itself was heaven! So relaxing, perfect pressure. I will definitely be going back with my Husband, for a girls staycation, any chance I get!

Natalie was professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. It was my first facial - I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit worried that my skin would be irritated afterwards. Her services over delivered! The results were fantastic, I felt like a new woman, and no redness or discomfort, at all. I will definitely recommend her and will return. Thanks, Natalie!
