The Spicy Spoke

It’s always a pleasant surprise finding the Spicy Spoke food truck set up a local event or pop up. The food is always top notch, with great service. They use only fresh local ingredients, and that comes through in the final product. Last night we sampled their grilled peach and burrata salad and it was excellent.

We used Spicy Spoke to cater a welcome dinner for our wedding guests. Chris was easy to work with and delivered outstanding food for our event. Everyone is still raving about what a great job he and his team did! Every item was fresh, local, and beautifully displayed. Spicy Spoke delivered above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend Chris and his team! You will be delighted by what Spicy Spoke cooks up!

Got the brat with sauerkraut and the sushi burrito. The food was fantastic and the owner is a super nice guy. Highly recommend The Spicy Spoke!

Had a couple of their tacos when they did a pop up at Hazels. Food was delicious and good quantity and quality for the price. Service was very friendly.

Have hired Chris multiple times and am consistently impressed. Street corn and tacos are exceptional, but everything is great!
