At first when we arrived, I was a little nervous because it was a random Wednesday night in Feb which is off season, and we only saw one person in there running things (which wasn’t true), but they blew my expectations out of the water! after a day full day of hiking in the parks, we were really hungry! We got the fish tacos and the Rise n Shine burger (with the bacon & egg on it). The food came out so fast I couldn’t believe it! It hit the spot! The service was friendly. I wish I had room because their ice cream selection looked really good too. I also enjoyed the atmosphere - they have red lights going up the stairs and overhead light fixtures that are fun!

Google
The Spoke was a great, rustic diner to eat at while visiting Moab. However, I feel that the food was underwhelming for its price. It comes with a solid variety of sides which are great. The fries are well-seasoned. However, its main dishes aren’t anything unique or spectacularly special. Their mac n’ cheese was fairly plain. Their pulled pork, bacon, and beef burger was a large serving, and the meat was cooked well. The service was great. Our server was polite, quick, and friendly. The music and atmosphere was great, and they played cool mountain biking and funny shows on the TVs near the bar. The dining area was clean, and we were seated and served quickly.

Google
Was looking for a quick bite and drink after a long mountain bike ride. The waiter had great recommendations. We had the chili cheese fries, the porcupine lemonade, and Amber ale from Brewery. Everything else was pretty top-notch!

Google
After a long day of hiking, our crew got some great hearty burgers, fries, and drinks. We also got the Brussels and Mac and cheese bites as appetizers and were very satisfied. We all thought the food was great! Gluten free options are available.

Courtney Clark

Google
SO YUMMY Their French fries are actually unreal. They were so so so good. I also got their gluten free burger and it was amazing. Their meat is impeccable and their gluten free bun was flavorful and not dry! I will definitely eat here again!

Sean was a great server. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, asked if we needed refills and was just a genuinely good person. The food was very good, especially the fries and the atmosphere was pretty chill. I will say that the inside for a little chilly especially the 2 seat table near the stairs. The vent is right above the table.

Google
The food was EXACTLY what we were looking for! A good burger and fries. I loved the seasoning on the fries, and they were like homemade. A+!!! The burger was cooked perfectly, and no way to describe it other than exactly what someone would want in a burger. The waitress we had was very nice, and we got seated right away when we came in. The only complaint was the smell when you came in. I think it was the table cleaner, but it smelled bad. It didn’t deter us from staying though, and I’m glad because the food was great!

Had an awesome experience dining alfresco at the Spoke. The food and service were both fantastic, and they were very accommodating to our pet Sidney as long as we dined out on the patio. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Yelp
It's the off season in Moab, so we were seated quickly, during the season there's probably a wait...but it's worth it. Had the Meatloaf and damn, it was tasty! Don't know if I'll ever be back in Moab, but if I find myself there I'll order the meatloaf again!

Aaron K.

Yelp
super friendly service 5/5 really good pub food! no complaints! food was fresh... served hot ... & truly enjoyed our meal here! thx !!! will return!

Yelp
Had a chance to stop in at The Spoke on Center in Moab on a chilly winter evening for a quick dinner. We were get greeted with a warm welcome and even lucked out with a table seating right after we walked in and were glad we didn't need to wait a long time. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions and provided expeditious service so we felt extremely lucky! We got a few local brews and ordered a few delicious bites to eat: black and bleu burger, portobello bahn mi and a tomato basil soup. They were just what we needed to satisfy our hunger and the beers quenched our thirsts too. Everything was delicious and promptly brought to us fresh and hot. There were several items on the menu that caught our eye so we'll have to try them out the next time we're in town again. We were admittedly seated a little close to the door so there was a little draft and could have been more proactive if it truly was going to be an issue. We beat most of the crowds so we watched on as people came in for a table. They also have an ice cream counter that was quite busy throughout the evening too. We parked nearby on the street so it was a very short walk to the entrance. There were several televisions with football games playing around the restaurant. Every staff member I encountered while walking through the restaurant was friendly. The restaurant itself was quite spacious and even included second floor tables that accommodated quite a number or people. All of the patrons appeared to be just as content as we were to be here and happy with the service, food and drinks. We look forward to returning again when we're in the area once again. We're confident anyone that comes in will enjoy their meals and service too!

Yelp
A very yummy spot to eat after hiking when I was visiting Moab! They had gluten free buns & amazing burger. The drinks were amazing & the service was top notch & friendly! The vibe was really fun & lively. Highly recommend this spot in Moab!

Yelp
Food: 4.5 /5 Service: 5/5 Value: 5/5 What an incredible place right in downtown Moab. I loved that they had 3 options for seating: Upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Granted, I came in the middle of July so outside was definitely not an option for us. Throughout the trip, we stopped by the restaurant and the ice cream separately twice; both were that good. An absolutely must get is the huckleberry ice cream, which is a separate part of the restaurant but you can still sit at the restaurant or bar if you order it. We got it twice on our trip and I still think back about the flavor months later. Can't speak highly enough about this experience! At the restaurant, I strongly recommend both things we ordered on the first trip: the citrus quinoa salad and the 2 pigs and a cow burger. I'm sure their other burgers were also delicious but I thoroughly enjoyed the medium well cooked burger and both of the sauces! The citrus quinoa salad was everything I wanted to balance the dense and well flavored burger. The refreshing citrus dressing and fruits as well as the protein of the quinoa helped me recover after a grueling day of hiking in 100F weather. The second time we went, we had the fish and chips but it wasn't as good as I was hoping. The fish was battered really heavily and the fish wasn't that flavorful. I probably wouldn't get this again. Could not recommend this place enough! Definitely stop by when you're in Moab!

Yelp
We did an early dinner at the Spoke, we got there around 5:30 on a Saturday in December and got one of the last table. Looked like a long wait when we left about an hour later. Salads, fries, and burgers were all winners, too full to top it off with ice cream. Casual vibe and the patio looks like it would be great in warmer weather.

Will M.

Yelp
Super cool location right on the corner of the street in Moab. The inside had comfortable seating, indoor, outdoor, and upstairs. The food was real good. All of it came out fast too. I got the "two pigs & a cow" burger and it was loaded with meat. Got fresh cut fries on the side and they were very tasty. Some of the best I've had. They have a wide selection of sauces to choose from with your sandwich. Service was good. Waiter did the job, nothing flashy. My burger was cooked over temp, but the fries and sauce made up for it. Upon leaving, we received a fond farewell from multiple staff member! I'd love to come back to try some more menu items!

Lynda H.

Yelp
We arrived for lunch around 11:30. Since it was a hot day in September 2024 we ate inside. We both ordered Grilled Fish Tacos. It was served with avocado slices (perfect touch) and rice. We found the serving ample, spicy and yummy. The service was fast and our server was helpful. The restaurant was clean including the restrooms upstairs. If we return, we'd like to try some of their other dishes.

Kellie M.

Yelp
Delicious burgers and sweet potato tots. We had the Bob burger and black and blue burger. Cooked perfectly. Great service. And good mix drinks too.

Alyssa A.

Yelp
Came here twice for dinner during our trip to Moab. Love that it's open a bit later than other restaurants so we were still able to grab dinner after watching sunset at the parks. Food was better than expected! The Hot Bird is a good choice if you like a bit of spice. BBQ pulled pork sandwich was heaped with delicious pork. They also have yummy ice cream for dessert. Overall, it's tasty but doesn't have that wow factor. Good drink options. Both their Moab Sunrise and Porcupine Lemonade are good choices. Drinks were actually a bit cheaper than I expected. Servers were all super kind, friendly, and efficient. Good stop for some dinner.

Brittany L.

Yelp
We have been here before and LOVE it! We always have great service! The food is amazing! We started with the fried captese tomatoes, a new take on a classic. Then we had the fish and chips which we highly recommend! The fish was so flaky and tasty! The fries were bomb! I had the fish tacos were DELICIOUS!! They're served with a wonderful chipotle sauce. They're also a great size! I could only eat two! The bar tender was great!

Yelp
It was chilly and rainy, and everyone was looking for a seat in a restaurant in Moab. We stumbled on The Spoke. Their drinks were spot on and so is their food. My husband had chicken wings and I had lemon chicken. A wrap with brussels sprouts which was outstanding. Both were very good. They were very busy and doing their best to seat everyone and give them great service.

Sarah H.

Yelp
The Spoke is a great spot to grab lunch, dinner or dessert. The burgers were delicious along with the crispy fries. The sweet potato tots were okay, I would have preferred them as fries vs tots. The fish and chips were delicious and fell apart as you ate the fish. The ice cream is a must - so delicious! There is a bar side for 21+ where you can get food and then a side for the restaurant for all ages.

Morgan D.

Yelp
Loved the patio area and the fact it was dog friendly. I had wings, a side salad and sweet potato puffs. It was all super good. Our waiter was very kind and attentive.

Olivia A.

Yelp
The food has improved since the last time I was here. I would recommend you try their sweet potato tots with fry sauce. If you're gluten free no need to worry! I enjoyed an amazing BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich with soft (not crumbly) buns. Their gf buns were so good it felt like it wasn't even gf. Coming in at 9:45pm I was surprised they were willing to seat us since closing was at 10pm. They were very patient as we ate and never sat around to stare at us. Since they were practically closed it was quite peaceful with music in the background and few people.

Kris F.

Yelp
Delicious I got the beet, goat cheese and spinach salad. The ranch was delicious I paired this with a lime Pilsner and was very happy. Almost forgot the guacamole was also made fresh and delicious. Great service. Outdoor seating area was very pleasant.

Chris O.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to eat in Moab and has been for years. It can get crowded during the high season but you can usually get seating upstairs if the main dining room is full. Ice cream is popular -- half the line you may see is folks waiting to get a milkshake or treat during the summer. A few years ago I discovered their buffalo chicken sandwich and haven't ordered anything else since. It's tangy, spicy, and perfect every time!

Chanel L.

Yelp
Is it great food? No, but it's good enough when you're in a small remote town outside of a National park. Plus the price isn't super inflated. I should've posted this ages ago. We came by after hiking in Arches and enjoyed a filling dinner during the summer. There was no wait and we found parking easily. The restaurant was about half full and it seemed like everyone was a tourist. We stared with wings and had a chicken sandwich and a burger. Nothing was crazy good or super flavorful despite each entree having an elaborate amount of toppings. Entrees also came with a side which made for a full meal. I really liked the variety of options they offer for sides. We also grabbed a beer, which was extremely cheap- granted the abv is lower because it's Utah If you're looking for recommendations, go for the most reviewed items on here. I went with my gut and it was very average but hey- sometimes that's good enough!

Ryan J.

Yelp
The views and the food were excellent. I thought everything was great. It's a nice place downtown. After doing some shopping, stop here and grab a bite! Their burgers are delicious.

Tammie R.

Yelp
Food was spinach and beet salad topped with chicken. It was delicious and healthy. The waiter was super interesting and efficient. We would recommend this establishment.

Mark H.

Yelp
Convenient location in Moab. Place is airy and clean, service was fine. Wasn't as impressed with the food...my chicken tenders were overfried, and my wife's mac and cheese bites were just OK. We'd both try something else if we make it back.

Glenn G.

Yelp
After flying into Moab from the East Coast, we left our hotel and were walking around town. It was dinnertime for us but only mid-afternoon in the Mountain Time Zone. We had read decent things about this place so we stopped in to eat. Service and food were good but there was a messup with our appetizer. Our hummus had a piece of plastic in it, like from a wrapper or something. We casually mentioned it to our waitress and she apologized. We enjoyed fish tacos and a burger. When the bill came, we noticed they had comped us part of the meal for the little mistake. We appreciated that and would eat here again.

John B.

Yelp
Great burgers and cold beers. The server was fast and friendly. Sat in the bar because it seemed quieter. Imagine that!! We will be back for more.

Matt C.

Yelp
The Spoke on Center sits off Moab's main drag. We came here after a big day of hiking and exploring at Canyonlands. We got our fill, but the experience was pretty average. Surprisingly the restaurant has a nice space. It's open with high ceilings, and I believe attached to an ice cream store. The name is an interesting one to say the least. It sounds like a community center more than a restaurant...anybody else? When it comes to eating and drinking in Moab, the best thing they have going for it are their beer prices. Cheap, cheap I tell you! I ordered a Utah IPA and this was my favorite part of the meal. Especially after a long morning blazing the trails! For food, burgers and sandwiches seemed like their specialty. I had beef the night before, so I opted for their chicken sandwich, the Hot Bird. This was uniquely presented with all the toppings on the side. I dove in quick and replenished my appetite. Was it edible? It sure was, but there was nothing special to rave about. And I just wish places that advertise their "hot chicken sandwiches" as hot, actually make them hot! It was more of a mild buffalo sauce that left more to the imagination. Like a gas station, The Spoke on Center, will get you from point A to point B. It'll fill you up and that's about it. Again, no shade. It's what's to be expected in these small towns. However I believe there are better options around!

Monica L.

Yelp
They let you have a root beer float before dessert heck even before dinner time because I came here during lunch the food tasted great because they have quality pulled pork and Angus be here the service was fantastic and the ambience of the restaurant was great. They play a lot of good music here. Hi quality box.

Don P.

Yelp
Great Hamburger spot. We split the Bob Burger. The large patty was cooked perfectly and was accompanied with fresh tomato, lettuce, and melted cheddar cheese. We ordered the onion rings and they where delicious and our server Murat advised me that they are cooked in Canola oil. Great hometown vibe here. Murat was very nice and so effective. Refills before you ask is just one example.

Jackson D.

Yelp
We came in for dinner on a Friday night. There was no wait for the patio which was super nice. We had the Mac and cheese and it was phenomenal. We also had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was nothing special. Service was great. Overall a good experience!

Brooke M.

Yelp
SO surprised to see less than 4 stars on here. We ended up going here after our first two choices were closed, presumably for the winter since we're visiting off season. We sat on the "bar" side and grabbed a two top. The service was quick and attentive (we had drinks ordered within 5 minutes of sitting down), but not overbearing. Liz was a great server and perfectly chill, even while pretty busy! BUT THE BURGER. Holy wow. It was the best burger I ever had, and my fiance agreed. It was actually the best food we had had on the road in a while. I basically had the BOB burger, plus avocado. He had the Texan burger, sans BBQ sauce. Apparently the kitchen had made it with the BBQ sauce and Liz had them remake it, as it was ordered. It was nice that she made sure he got what he ordered. My caesar salad was pretty good, nothing crazy special, a few brownish romaine leaves in there, but I just brushed those to the side and chowed on. The margs were fantastic to wash down the burger and so was the Hazy IPA they had on tap. We also enjoyed watching the TV that was in the bar, which had a surfing channel on it that was showing Ben Gravy (a NJ native!). Overall, it was a great atmosphere and we had a quick, delicious meal at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will come back if I'm ever back in Moab (or passing through!) and I'm over the moon that the other restaurants were closed so we could give this establishment our money.

Julie W.

Yelp
Had dinner last night. Split a Caesar salad w hubby and I had the Fish Tacos and he had the Fish n Chips. For dessert, we had Huckleberry and Mint Choc Chip on waffle cones. The food was awesome. The salad was tasty, especially the croutons. The fish tacos were really yummy. They were spicy and came w a small salad (cucumbers, lettuce, etc), rice and avocado). Fish n chips were good too. Breading was light. Overall, it was the best dinner out of the 4 nights we've here. Oh, and get the Huckleberry ice cream. Tastes like blackberry :)

Rich F.

Yelp
Great burger and beer while watching the Steelers on MNF. Fish tacos also very good. Great service too

Brandon S.

Yelp
What a great place! We enjoyed such an amazing lunch here today. Dog friendly, and the food was really good. We ordered the French dip and the fish and chips. Both meals were delicious! Shelby was awesome and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a couple of beers as well and she helped us find hikes around Moab that we had never been on. We probably would have stayed longer, but needed to go on our way to get the pups on a hike. We will be back next time we come into town! P.S. They had surfing on the main tv at the bar, kind of a nice change from usual television being played at the bar! See ya next time!

Catherine J.

Yelp
Ate every crumb on my plate! Food was delicious and service was quick & friendly. Ambiance was busy with bar seating (high tops) and a dining room. Restrooms are upstairs which might be helpful to know for some folks.

Harper F.

Yelp
I visited The Spoke on Center a few nights back with my family. We had just finished a day of hiking so we came hungry. The food is pretty good! We ordered a variety of dishes and each person enjoyed their meal. We all left satisfied. The service was okay. We were first seated at a table next to a loud ice cream machine. We asked to be moved to a table further away and our waitress told us the tables near the back were not an option for us. She was able to seat us at a table a few feet away. She then seated multiple different families shortly after in the back seats. Strange. Our table waiter did not fill up our waters without us first flagging him down. Maybe it was because it was a busy night, so I'll give him that. We had a great time! Stop by and check it out for yourself!

Tara M.

Yelp
We all loved our food here. The French fries were so good, I loved the seasoning. Service was quick and friendly.

Veronique C.

Yelp
Nice selection of beers, cocktails and food. My beet salad was tasty with plenty of goat cheese and both red and golden beets. My husband was disappointed that the meatloaf made with beef, chorizo and pork was so heavy on chorizo that's mostly what you tasted. For drinks he enjoyed a dark lager and after a couple almost forgot about his entree while I was pretty happy with my Paloma. The patio is large and pleasant and seems quite popular. A great option in Moab!

Levi S.

Yelp
On vacation, came in for lunch with a group of 9. They had to push a couple tables together for us, no biggie. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the 2 pigs and a cow burger with fries. All the fries at our table were a little bit over cooked, a little on the hard side, really my only complaint. But the burger... a nice big beef patty topped with some bbq pulled pork plus bacon and onion rings as well as the veggies...omg, good! I pulled the onion rings off because it was otherwise just too tall. Delicious! Automatic 20% added to parties over 5? Maybe 6. Anyway, recommended for yumminess.

Robert G.

Yelp
Good burgers and great beer selection. Had the black and blue burger and it had plenty of blue cheese (some places don't put much blue cheese but they loaded it up). It was also a nice treat to have their ice cream for desert. Like the setting with the view of the main drag and the two level feel. We had a super friendly and helpful server. Would come here again.

Jeanne-Marie A.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch and sat outside on the patio with our dog. The waitress was efficient and quick. We both ordered Cobb salad... it had all the essentials, only downside was the dressing itself (bleu cheese was thin). But overall turned out okay, and if you're looking for a salad for lunch and dinner, this is the place to go in town.

Andrew W.

Yelp
If I had to pick one word to describe this establishment it would be mediocre. I got the build your own burger. I got a veggie burger, which is a black bean burger, topped with smoked gouda and avocado. I substituted onion rings instead of fries. The onions rings were pretty good. My burger came with my choice of two sauces and I got the ranch and house made fry sauce. The ranch was very good with the onions rings and the fry sauce was a lackluster pairing. I will say that I tried the fry sauce with fries as well and it paired much better. We sat on the patio which was a pretty nice atmosphere but it got noisy at times as the restaurant is located at the intersection of two busy streets. I had no complaints about the service. I will say that it seems sort of unfair to rate a place that primarily serves burgers based on their vegetarian option. So I would like to say that the people I was with got the hot bird and the texan and said they enjoyed their meals very much.

Nelu R.

Yelp
Came here last night after a day of biking and it really hit the spot. I built my own mushroom swiss burger and it was absolutely delicious - the beef was sooooo juicy and tasty that I salivate merely thinking about it. The only reason for the one-star deduction is that my side caesar had very wilted greens which made me a little sad. Will still be back next time I'm in Moab though, that burger slapped!

Beth B.

Yelp
Loved this place for dinner! We ate inside even thought there is outdoor seating. There is also a separate bar area. Had a Lime Pilsner and the Park Bahn Mi. YUMMY.

Todd J.

Yelp
We came here based on a recommendation from our hotel manager. This place has amazing food and ice cream. Our kids got grilled cheese and hamburgers. The rest of us got various sandwiches and Mac and cheese. The beer selection is really good but like all of Utah the rules for drinking alcohol are a bit weird. We all loved our food and the service was great.

Krishna Bhavithavya K.

Yelp
Got the ice cream from the corner window of the street. Limited flavors and the ice cream was ok. I got the Huckleberry and wife got a chocolate milkshake. Both were ok.

Joseph M.

Yelp
Jojo was an amazing server and customer service extraordinar .. but the only complaint is the seasoning.. it was over bearing and way too much .. I wanted fry's not salt and season and some fry's .. But all in all it was an amazing time ..

Annie M.

Yelp
Service super slow even though not busy. Burger was supposed to be medium and came out burnt to a crisp.

Kris U.

Yelp
| Service | The young hostess was quite unwelcoming. We arrived at a non-rush hour time (8:30 pm) and there were plenty of available tables. Us: "We would like a couple beers, is that possible?" ....Hostess: "If you just want to drink go to the Spitfire down the street. You have to order a meal here. " Us: "We are are aware of Utah laws, and can't we just get an appetizer?" ....Hostess: "Yeah, but you will probably piss off your server". Us: "Do you have beers available on tap?" ....Hostess: "I wouldn't know, as I don't drink". Us: "You don't need to drink to know if you have beer on tap". ....Hostess: "You're right.". | Food | The fried mozzarella-over-tomatoes with basil is a nice quality and tasty appetizer; it's a step up from normal "pub grub". | Beers | A dozen available Beers on tap, with local options including Moab and Wasatch breweries.

Heather C.

Yelp
I really loved my visit at The Spoke! It was my first time going to Moab and we spent the day on the Jeep trails. After the big day, we agreed to have dinner in Moab before heading back home, up north. There was a few debates about where we wanted to eat but I finally elected for The Spoke. Parking can be a bit difficult in the area but we were able to find some parking over behind the building, and then we just walked a short distance (maybe a few blocks) to the restaurant. Upon approaching the building, I noticed they had a super cute patio. However, we decided to eat inside for our visit. They had seating on the main level and then a loft with more seating. We got to eat on the second floor, which was a nice, open area. Our server came over and got our drinks. It was super hard to decide what I wanted because so many things looked great. I finally elected for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Upon ordering it, the server said it was one of his favorites so I was excited to try it. Our food came out pretty fast and the server was attentive. You could tell he was busy with other tables but still made time to check in on us as well. The food came out pretty quickly and everything looked amazing. The sandwich was delicious and the fries paired well. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sandwich as a whole tasted fresh and homemade. They do use their own buffalo sauce with this sandwich, and I could tell, as it didn't taste full of preservatives and additives. It got a bit spicy for my liking but I did have ranch to help cool it off, which actually did help quite a bit. Overall, I absolutely loved my visit at The Spoke. The food was great and I loved the vibes in the restaurant. It is centrally located in an area where you can walk around and enjoy many other parts of Moab within a small walking distance. I am glad I went!

Karen H.

Yelp
Just ate at The Spoke. Marginal food quality. Burger was not done as ordered even after a second was requested because the first was so dry I couldn't choke it down after the first two bites. The waitress doesn't understand her role in making certain the kitchen prepares the request properly. Will not recommend or go back to this restaurant.

Kelly G.

Yelp
As we left dinner, the kids wanted ice cream and this little spot was tucked right on the corner. They were out of some options but they had Superman ice cream so you can never go wrong there! Huge scoops for only $4. You can't find that anywhere. Definitely recommend paying them a visit after some shopping or dinner but eat fast because it melts quick in the 100 degree temps!
