We had spent several days in the desert, during the winter, but still had to planned on making most of our meals as a group of six at our rented home. However, we decided to go out to eat on one of the nights for a special occasion due to a birthday. We’ve gone by SPOKE several times, but never had the time to stop in and we’re really glad we did.
Overall, the menu is extensive and there’s a little bit for everyone. It’s not overwhelming, but there’s some really great options. They also have a full bar with lots of drinks, abilities for mixing variety of concoctions, as well as some local and national beers. The food was on point, and although a lot of the appetizers were fried, there were other Fresh options, such as salads, along with burgers, sandwiches, and a variety of culinary options that had a great balance of flavor.
The staff was phenomenal across the board. We asked to be seated at a different location since the cold air from outside was coming in the door, which the graciously obliged. They were flexible in my order; I had lots of questions about what was included in some of the sauces and items, and our server was phenomenal. The location is right on point, close to downtown and close to near other area, shops and fun things to see of Moab. Support local! Bathrooms were clean as well.
We ended up really enjoying our stop there, even though we hadn’t planned on it, and look forward to returning again. Great to see something like this in Moab! I know there was a line for about 20 minutes to get in on a Friday night, and I expect that to be much more on busier summer dates.
