Not sure if they changed their head chef or they doing their usual innovative thing, but some things didn't work today
Squid was tasty as ever but the veg was difficult to eat with fork and knife
Crab bucatini was terrible, no umami, and the Sichuan pepper smell dominated unpleasantly
They replaced w lamb, lamb itself was good, tender and good flavour, but the accompaniment were too sweet and none of them worked w the lamb
Pan fried seabass was good as ever, eggplants worked and the curry was well seasoned. Only problem was the crispy skin was abit too hard, not the shatteringly crispy kind
Chocolate dessert, the banana was good as ever but the chocolate soil texture wasn't right
