Just finished a 9 night stay for 3 in their Triple room, a very affordable option in Ginza. Excellent location, in a slightly quieter part of Ginza, but smack in the middle of the 3 Ginza stations, Higashi, Itchome and abd the main Ginza. Fantastic for shopping in Ginza. Check in and check out is a breeze. Triple room is a good size, great bathroom and heated toilet seats, although the toilet and the bathroom/ sink are on opposite ends of the room. A really nice touch is they will put fresh towels outside your door every day if you do not ask your rooms to be cleaned. There are laundry machines on site, although only 3 so you either have to go very early or very late. There’s also a public bath on the 2nd floor although we did not try it. Very young, international and helpful team on hand. Altogether a very good option for those who are looking for good value in a great location.

Good location. Good room. Good amenities. Good facilities. Stayed for 5 nights. Check-in staffs were great. Friendly and helpful. Night staff at the reception (I assume she is the leader or manager) during our stay was also very helpful. I didn’t get her name sadly but would have recommend her to anyone who wishes to stay here. She always received all hotel guests with a smile. It would have been a 5 star rating, has it not been some bad experiences during our stay. A young Japanese lady at the reception ignored us completely, refusing to acknowledge when we called her during check-out. Young Japanese staffs in the morning both at the reception and especially at the cafe were quite ignorance as well. They even seemed to look down on us. We are paying customers and not free loaders, we deserve a bit more respect than attitude.

The hotel is very good - new, modern, clean. It has all necessary facilities, including onsen (Japanese bath) and provides all necesary amenities. Location for exploring Ginza is great! It's very popular with young weekend travellers, feels groovy and cool. The standard rooms are small, if you are a couple with 2 L-size suitcases - you'd struggle. We had one L and one M, it was manageable but just. The bed stays right by the wall with the window, I felt cold and had to seal the window with a jacket, it was at the end of Oct. Breakfast looked very good, but we opted for eating out, there are places around. Check out at 11 or before with 2K yen fee if it's 1 minute after that. Enjoy!

this hotel is really good! not like a fancy hotel but it’s a good price with great service and amenities. staff were always really nice, the hotel was clean, and the best part is the convenient location. you are only a few minutes away from the train stations and popular dining & shopping spots!

Location good, service ok. Rooms ok. Beds atrocious.Bar none the worst beds I’ve slept or lack of slept on in my entirety of being in Japan, and while japanese futons weren’t my favorite, these beds made them feel soft. The beds are hard as a sheet of plywood and the pillows are almost equally as uncomfortable. I got horrible sleep at this hotel and am surprised by the positive reviews considering.

Location: This hotel is on a main road and easy to get to by many train stops. It also has coffee, restaurants, and stores. It is also not far from Ginza street, which is popular shopping strip. Staff: The staff was by far phenomenal. They were responsive when our flight was delayed. They were so hospitable and helpful. The Hotel: It was so clean. The Onsen was enjoyable after long travel or walking days. The rooms are the perfect size for a couple staying a short time. We would stay again. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had bad experience with the service- the SC in our room Was not operated and we complained 3 times being replied we have nothing to do and open the windows (which is impossible due to huge noise from the road). When we did check out we asked the team to use the shower at the common area and we were refused. We spent 24 days in Japan and all other hotel were perfect with exceptional service level. This hotel is definitely different and I recommend not to book it!!

I really enjoyed our stay in the executive twin. Whilst the room was small, this was expected in Tokyo. It was expectionally quiet and we had cleaning everyday. I think the room could have done with more hanging space (or removing the desk and replacing with a chest of drawers) but we managed for the four days we were there. The staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic for exploring Tokyo. The washing machines are useful but very busy so plan ahead and don't overload them!
