The room is literally square and small size considered pricey for the price given. However that’s the price you pay for the location. Located pretty strategic in luxurious Ginza neighborhood.
Service were great! Public bath was really convenient and proper with Dyson hairdryers 😝
Recommended for travelers who will spend most of their time traveling.

The rooms are large and comfortable (once the AC fully engaged). Good beds and room to move around. The toilet is in a seperate room from the shower which is nice when travelling with a partner. The light in front of the washing area was motion sensitive so late night trips did light up the room. There was a door separating the washing area from the sleeping area so the effect was minimized.
The laundry on the top floor was great, with three machines for use. Though some patrons left their close in one machine for a long time after their time ended monopolizing its use.
Staff was super helpful, with a quick check in. They also helped us call and reserve two local attractions.

Friendly, clean and pretty affordable considering the location. Self-check-in was very easy to use, staff friendly, breakfast buffet was good value for money. Beds were firm and comfortable, AC was powerful and fresh towels were delivered to our room each day. Cute touches like Japanese PJ’s were provided, and things like tea and toiletries were at a “help yourself” area in reception.

Beautifully decorated hotel, friendly helpful staff, free luggage storage, nice cafe.
Very poor cleanliness, toilet was dusty and dirty, room was very dusty and gave us allergy symptoms.
Location good and accessible but very busy area + loud street noises due to main road.
Safety was considered, you can only enter the lifts with a room key card.
We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that but there are a variety of convenience stores and bakeries between a 1-4 minute walk away.
Everything else aligned with a 3* hotel aside from the cleanliness which was poor.

As our first time in Japan, this hotel was perfectly located in Ginza, a buzzing, upmarket shopping area yet quieter suburb of Tokyo which made it a perfect space to get your bearings of the city. The rooms were compact (like everywhere in Tokyo) with a clean and comfortable room. I appreciated how quiet it was and enjoyed a good night sleep. ||It is conveniently located near the subway station which we used to get around, but also we caught the train from the airport, however there were several flights of stairs at the station to navigate with suitcases. Overall an enjoyable stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very conveniently located to the Nishiginza station and very affordable price compared to the room site and facilities. Stayed here twice during two trips to Tokyo in 2019 and 2025. Ground floor has a bar and level 2 has a tiny gym, washing room, public bath. Nearby convenience store and cafe with small paid public parking spaces at 440 per 20mins. Can't ask for more.

This is sort of a "Boutique Hotel", made out to be hip, with small rooms, but for our purposes, this was OK. Amenities like razors or toothbrushes can be picked up on an as needed basis near the elevator. There is also a small, relaxed bistro on the 1st floor, which is convenient for having a srink after returning to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is medium sze, but OK. I would book there again.

Even though the local was good but the rooms are too small without any windows looking outside. Feel like living in a den. Bidet was not functioning and beside telling the front desk everyday, they did not address it. I would say better find another hotel with decent rooms and service.
