We had bad experience with the service- the SC in our room Was not operated and we complained 3 times being replied we have nothing to do and open the windows (which is impossible due to huge noise from the road). When we did check out we asked the team to use the shower at the common area and we were refused. We spent 24 days in Japan and all other hotel were perfect with exceptional service level. This hotel is definitely different and I recommend not to book it!!

Perfect location for your Ginza & Tokyo Trip. The hotel ist perfectly clean, modern and the staff ist very friedlich and helpful. The Prise seems ok for Tokyo standards. Personally, I am ok with small room size. That Windows were looking directly onto a wall ist maybe a downside but you don't want to spend too much time in your room visiting Tokyo, do you? The best ist the really great location near to the subway and only 15 min walk from Tokyo station.

Great location right in Ginza. Good access to plenty of eateries and the rail facilities. Service is good, but while I was introduced to the hotel amenities, I asked about their bathhouse and their policy on going in with tattoos and I was told “no problem.” However, when I made my way to the public bath, I found a sign that said No Tattoos so I am a little disappointed (but this is the norm in Japan so I am also not surprised). An otherwise good hotel with decent service in right smack dab in the middle of Ginza.

Location: This hotel is on a main road and easy to get to by many train stops. It also has coffee, restaurants, and stores. It is also not far from Ginza street, which is popular shopping strip. Staff: The staff was by far phenomenal. They were responsive when our flight was delayed. They were so hospitable and helpful. The Hotel: It was so clean. The Onsen was enjoyable after long travel or walking days. The rooms are the perfect size for a couple staying a short time. We would stay again. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It’s great. It’s a short walk into all that Ginza has to offer, so it’s ideal for the shopping and lights and restaurants etc. the rooms are small and our bed was against a wall which was a minor inconvenience, but most rooms at this price band are small in Tokyo. The gym isn’t great (at 1 exercise bike, 1 treadmill and a weights machine, you’d struggle to call it a gym), but it’s good in a crisis. We didn’t book breakfast but there’s about 5000 places to eat in Ginza so why would you? It’s clean, friendly and modern, but you’re paying for the location which is perfect.

The rooms are large and comfortable (once the AC fully engaged). Good beds and room to move around. The toilet is in a seperate room from the shower which is nice when travelling with a partner. The light in front of the washing area was motion sensitive so late night trips did light up the room. There was a door separating the washing area from the sleeping area so the effect was minimized. The laundry on the top floor was great, with three machines for use. Though some patrons left their close in one machine for a long time after their time ended monopolizing its use. Staff was super helpful, with a quick check in. They also helped us call and reserve two local attractions.

I really enjoyed our stay in the executive twin. Whilst the room was small, this was expected in Tokyo. It was expectionally quiet and we had cleaning everyday. I think the room could have done with more hanging space (or removing the desk and replacing with a chest of drawers) but we managed for the four days we were there. The staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic for exploring Tokyo. The washing machines are useful but very busy so plan ahead and don't overload them!

Friendly, clean and pretty affordable considering the location. Self-check-in was very easy to use, staff friendly, breakfast buffet was good value for money. Beds were firm and comfortable, AC was powerful and fresh towels were delivered to our room each day. Cute touches like Japanese PJ’s were provided, and things like tea and toiletries were at a “help yourself” area in reception.
