Great location, a short stroll from the Duomo and shopping district. Very attentive staff and bright clean room. Only here for a few days but it was a really enjoyable experience. Breakfast is exceptional, so many options and staff on hand to serve freshly brewed coffee.|Definitely come again.

We were a family of 3 and booked two rooms. The hotel is beautiful and modern, spacious and quiet despite its central location. The attending personnel was very kind, nice, helpful and welcoming. They spoiled us in the room with sweets, nuts, water, coffee etc which made us feel even more welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Square was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was outstanding. As early arrivals from Australia they worked hard to get us early checkin. |The absolute surprise was The Roof Bar and restaurant. Lunch or afternoon drinks the perfect spot. However the sunsets were the bonus|Restaurant meals were perfect Italian fare, with exceptional service by the wait team.|Would absolutely recommend 👌🏻

Decent city hotel in very good location but a bit pricy for what it is. Rooms are well equipped and clean and the service is correct and professional. The interior and the hotel as a whole are somewhat cool and lack atmosphere. Parking is 300m away in a very narrow and slightly shabby public parking which does not seem very safe.

Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. ||The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I’ve ever had at a hotel. That’s why it’s a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows I’ve ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It’s time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. ||The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best I’ve ever seen. ||You’ll notice I didn’t mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren’t powdered but actually fresh, that’s even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta.||Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn’t stay for dinner. ||The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we’ll be back to check on their progress.

Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the Duomo, this hotel offers nice rooms, great service and a wonderful breakfast buffet with excellent cappuccinos. Rooftop restaurant has great views and cocktails. Prices pretty reasonable all things considered.

We stayed at Square at Duomo for 2 nights (6/2 and 6/3/2025). The room is spacious, the decor is modern, and the ambience in the hotel is very pleasing. There is nothing to complain about the services. All the serving staff were very attentive and cordial. But I would like to point out two issues that bothered us. 1. Conditioner wasn’t provided in the bathroom. We paid over $500 a night for the hotel yet there was no conditioner 2. There were two black outs while we stayed there. The first time it happened, we were in the elevator. We were terrified and thought we were stuck in the elevator. It lasted about 5 minutes. It happened again the next evening when we walked back from dinner. The elevator didn’t work. A staff member walked us to the next door hotel and use their elevator to reach the 9th floor then walked across the hotel to reach our room. We were not happy about what had happened. Square is supposed to be a luxurious hotel and I didn’t expect black outs during our stay.

Great location |Spacious, clean rooms|Balcony was also spacious |Good range of coffees, teas, both from coffee machines and kettles in room|Complementary water daily|Good air con|Excellent breakfast - hot and cold, sweet and savoury |I asked for a room with more storage - drawers and shelves - and staff were happy to help |Huge, spotless bathrooms with large, fluffy towels plus robes||I would have preferred more storage space, but , see above, I changed room and was very happy with the new one||Hotel is a little bit expensive, but I think this is the going rate|Hotel also shows rates of cars for airport transfers. However, I found out by chance that these are much, much dearer than the standard city white cabs. These are available on request from the hotel.
