We stayed here for 3 nights. Will talk about the positives first. The location of this hotel is great - it is a few minutes' walk to Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and a little further down, the Brera District. Missori station is also just around the corner. The room we got was spacious for two people, and drinking water, slippers, and bathrobes were provided. Breakfast was good with quite a substantial spread. We asked for a takeaway pack on the morning we checked out to catch our train, and we got a bag each with lots of stuff (fruit juice, water, snacks, an apple).||On to the negatives. We arrived in the morning after a very long flight and was told that the check in time was strict and no rooms were available. This was despite us booking with I Prefer (which comes with an early check-in). The staff at the reception were also not the friendliest. This however is not the reason for the low rating.||On our first night, one bath towel had what looked like a poop stain. It was late at night and we decided to just share the clean towel. I passed the poop-stained towel personally to housekeeping and told them about it the same night. The poop-stained towel found its way back to us the next day after we came back from a day of sightseeing (what are the odds???). We shared the one clean bath towel again the second night. The next day in the morning before we left for sightseeing, I intentionally threw the poop-stained towel on the floor so that housekeeping would change it. ||I used a nicely folded towel that was on the rack that evening thinking all was good. Guess what? It was a poop-stained towel - I was so, so grossed out. Either (i) every other towel in this hotel has a poop stain; or (ii) housekeeping didn't change the towels (despite them being thrown on the bathroom floor). Go figure which is more likely.||It is not that obvious in the picture I've uploaded here (due to lighting), but trust me, it was not a towel you'd want to use.
