I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 12 to 14 August. My husband and I booked two nights to celebrate our wedding night, and we were expecting a pleasant and memorable experience. Unfortunately, several issues occurred that left us extremely dissatisfied:
	1.	Unwelcoming and rude treatment: The attitude of some staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition, we were not allowed to take photos even in the hallways (not the lobby), despite only wishing to capture a few simple memories from our wedding day. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily strict and unkind.
	2.	Room cleanliness and decoration: During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned although we requested 3 times. In addition, although my husband had requested a honeymoon decoration for our room, nothing was prepared, which was very disappointing given the occasion.
	3.	Breakfast service: On the second day, breakfast was supposed to be served in our room. However, it was not delivered until we had to call and remind the staff.
	4.	Checkout request: On our last day, I was feeling unwell and had a fever. We requested just one additional hour for late checkout, but our request was denied, even after informing the staff of my condition.
We chose St. Regis for its reputation of excellence, but unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that standard. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously .
