I was impressed by the hotel’s elegance and the warm hospitality of the staff. The entire property is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating an atmosphere of true luxury and comfort.|The team is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, ensuring that every request is met with a smile. A special mention goes to Ahmad Ali Afaneh at the ground floor bar and Ahmad Abuobeid at the top floor bar, both delivered exceptional service and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their professionalism and kindness truly elevated the experience.|The food was another highlight. Dinner at Tamara’s Restaurant was delightful, with each dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. The breakfast was equally impressive, rich, varied, and of excellent quality.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I went for lunch at the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their attitude and service left a very positive impression on me. Afterward, we sat outside by the pool, and the atmosphere was very pleasant — the music volume was reasonable, and most importantly, they showed respect for religious practices by turning off the music during the call to prayer. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out. Special thanks to Salah, Tamara, and Suleiman, who were absolutely outstanding in their professionalism and warmth. Their attentiveness and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this visit left me with an excellent impression, and I believe that on my next trip to Jordan, I will choose to stay at this hotel because of the exceptional service and respect shown by the team and I would recommend to all.

True 5 star hotel. Great location and was very secure. But for all the glamour of the building, and it was wonderful, the staff were amazing. From the first greeting you felt as if you were important and people could not do enough for you. Even at breakfast they gave my an unsolicited hot chocolate to take away. Rooms were very roomy and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and the pastries were super good. Very happy with the stay and would love to come again.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you and your entire team for making our wedding celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail—from the elegant setup and seamless coordination to the exceptional service and warm hospitality reflected the signature St. Regis touch. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made the day feel effortless and magical for us and our guests. We are deeply appreciative of the effort and dedication that went into ensuring everything was perfect. Till this day our guests keep talking about our wedding dinner buffet and desserts. It was more than wow. The other highlight that got me just amazed, is Mr. Sharif and his coworker lady manger heard me complaining about my flowers bouquet. In less than an hour my flowers bouquet was remade with real flowers and brought to my wedding suit to make me happy and make my grand entrance to the hall with real flowers. One night stay. Gracious welcome from staff. Upper floor room with a city view. Spacious room is beautifully appointed. Good lighting. Excellent massage at Iridium Spa. Last night of a month-long trip, a special treat. Jesika is an excellent masseuse. Nice pool nestled on an outdoor terrace with attentive staff. Only negative is the repetitive churning music which is too loud (& not my taste, therefore not relaxing.) Bottled water provided.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The property truly reflects luxury and outstanding hospitality. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a truly memorable experience.

The rooms are lovely, although would recommend not having a room overlooking the main road - you do hear the traffic. In terms of service, St Regis is next to none - the staff are attentive and incredibly helpful. In particular, would like to thank Thoar and Mustafa for their lovely hospitality and attention detail! Thank you for making our first stay in Jordan memorable!

We are very happy with the attention we received from Amro Zuaiter, he was incredibly helpful in recommending local restaurants and tourist places, I also want to mention that the room was spotless the entire time, I was able to feel at home. I also thank the entire hotel team, I left happy and would definitely return again. 🙏🏻❤️
