The St. Regis Astana

Our law firm had a staff party at Barys event room on December 14th. ||Attending the New Year's party at this hotel was an absolute delight! The ambiance was festive, the decorations were elegant, and the staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Special thanks for banquet manager - Alexander and sales department members - Anel and Zhaniya. From preparing the offer to managing our banquet on top level. Alexandr and his team provided exquisite service. The food was excellent. It was a perfect way to ring in the New Year, and I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and commitment to making celebrations truly special.

World class hotel with great rooms and excellent facilities, with staff out to please. ||Visited Astana for 2 days and treated to an excellent stay. King room was one of the biggest I have stayed at with separate living and sleeping area and generously sized bathroom. Main restaurant Rivière great for breakfast and lunch and had the chance to enjoy the world class spa!

St. Regis Astana is a beautiful hotel with lovely, attentive staff and spacious, well appointed rooms. The highlights were the staff working in the bar during our stay who were really exceptional and the check-in. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and excellent staff. I would gladly stay here again however, I found there were areas for improvement in particular the overall hotel temperature in the depth of December. It was unbearably hot quite often, especially in the bathroom of the room which we tried to control but couldn’t. Also the common areas, unessesarily hot. On check-out I felt this feedback was dismissed slightly. The butler service wasn’t explained as at previous St. Regis stays at other locations, so would have been helpful as a reminder, and one of the concierge Georgian restaurant recommendations was a complete disappointment.

The St. Regis Astana is obscenely stunning and it's absolutely worth the expense. It's the kind of understated yet opulent luxury which you can only find in a few places. Everything is gorgeous and perfect, but not in an in-your-face or tacky kind of way. |I always have the home coming feeling whenever check into the St Regis , the staff from the doormen, receptionists (special thanks to Alihan ), our butler Alisher to the hotel manager and the general manager, they are all extremely warm, ready to assist!|St Regis Astana is an icon of the hotel industry and our stay while short, was a strong testament to its impeccable reputation.|It was a well run team, deserves our heartfelt congratulations.|We will return.

We have stayed at the st Regis twice now. The hotel is absolute luxury and service is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and have looked after us so well. Many thanks to Indira, Dimash and Nazerke for bringing us amazing treats (see photos) and making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely overrated and terrible!!! No longer in its prime... very disappointed! Half the building collapsed whilst I was staying there!! My partner lost their life in the collapse! Very inconvenienced! P.S Food was good ;)

Pure excellence. Warm welcome, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, and impeccable service. A top-tier experience in a quiet part of this charming city easily accessible by car. Wish had more time to enjoy this property. Have a cigar lounge too.

Fantastic hotel in the city center. Very large rooms, beautifully decorated. The SPA is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. The only challenge is that one needs the car to go anywhere from there.
