Every day at The St. Regis Bali felt like being gently wrapped in thoughtful, meticulous care. From the very first day, our butler delivered fresh fruit, coffee, and tea daily. If there was ever a slight delay, handcrafted chocolates would promptly arrive as a sincere gesture. During dinner, they would lovingly greet our children at the restaurant entrance and escort them to their own “Movie Night” experience—watching over them the entire time and walking them back to the villa once the film ended. In that moment, I could finally enjoy my meal and spa in peace—something I had almost forgotten after all these years in Europe. The beach at our doorstep was always immaculate. Each time we returned from a meal, the room had already been refreshed. On evenings when they thought we might be hungry, they would surprise us with a thoughtful nightcap: red wine and ham. No matter the time or place, someone was always there to ask if we needed anything. On the day we left, they accompanied us all the way to the Singapore Airlines check-in counter, helped with our luggage, and walked us to the gate. There, they bowed deeply and bid us farewell. That quiet moment moved me more than I expected.I’ve stayed at countless five-star hotels across the globe, but few have ever come close to the level of care and warmth we experienced here. The St. Regis Bali may not be the most extravagant in hardware, but it is, without a doubt, the most heartfelt and attentive in service. On our final night, knowing we had a late flight, they kindly extended our checkout time and invited us to witness a temple blessing ceremony that takes place only once every 210 days. Beneath swaying palms and the whisper of ocean breeze, that spiritual experience became a beautiful ending to our journey.Thank you, St. Regis Bali. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a deeply personal and unforgettable experience. A masterclass in service, delivered with grace and soul.
