The St. Regis Bali Resort

From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was smooth and well organized. The driver was on time, friendly, and the car was very comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful there was even an elderly man playing traditional balinese musical instrument in the lobby , which created such a relaxing and welcoming vibe after a long flight.|Check in was quick and the front desk staff were very kind. Marcella was especially wonderful she welcomed us with a warm smile and patiently assisted us. Throughout our stay, she always greeted us kindly and helped whenever we had questions. I gave her a small gift some chocolate from Kazakhstan as a thank you. We were also briefly assisted by Mahendra butler, who was polite and attentive, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.|Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was great, and the facilities from the pool to the restaurants were excellent. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

My wife and I just got back from a 5 night stay at this property. I can’t say enough good things about it. The resort is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The food is AMAZING, especially the buffet at Boneka. I know the phrase “amazing food” and “buffet” usually don’t go together, but this is the exception to the rule. They have a bunch of different options every night and everything was good. Our room was wonderful and cleaned multiple times a day. The private beach is great as well as the pools and the bars. We had made appointments at the spa and ended up booking another morning there during our stay. What sets it apart is the service. Everyone, and I mean everyone, spoke to us like we were an old friend that they hadn’t seen in years. Everyone working here is definitely marching to the same beat, and that beat is to provide the best possible customer service. We were constantly greeted with warm smiles and asked numerous times if there was anything we needed or anything that could be done to make our stay better. We live in Florida and literally travelled halfway around the world to come to Bali and this resort, and we will most certainly be back. If you’re coming to Bali, this is where you want to stay. Period.

I stayed at the St. Regis Bali in Summer 2024 and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is large and beautifully laid out, offering a sense of grandeur while still feeling peaceful and personal. Despite its size, everything is thoughtfully organized and easy to navigate, which made the stay smooth and relaxing.||||What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The concierge service, in particular, was outstanding, just as excellent as I’ve come to expect from St. Regis. They are incredibly responsive and take care of every detail with care and precision, which made a real difference throughout my stay.||||I also appreciated the small but thoughtful touches, like the complimentary in-room coffee service and the free daily ironing of two clothing items. These services may seem minor, but they add a lot of comfort and convenience. My room was very spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable.||||Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality options to suit every taste. The pool area and beach were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and never felt crowded. It was easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings, whether by the water or strolling the grounds.||||Overall, I had a fantastic stay in Summer 2024 and would not hesitate to return. The combination of attentive service, excellent amenities, and a stunning property makes the St. Regis Bali a standout choice for a luxurious stay on the island

Our honeymoon at The St. Regis Bali Resort was nothing short of magical, an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless and luxurious. The airport transfer was smooth and incredibly comfortable, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Upon check-in, we were delighted to be upgraded to a stunning lagoon-view suite with direct access to the pool — an unexpected surprise that made our stay even more special. The resort went above and beyond to celebrate our honeymoon, welcoming us with a thoughtful spread of snacks and a dreamy bathtub filled with rose petals - a beautiful and romantic gesture that made us feel truly cared for. One of the standout features was the exceptional butler service. Each morning began with freshly brewed coffee delivered to our suite, and the team was always on hand to assist with everything from dinner reservations to arranging transportation for nights out at local clubs. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The St. Regis Bali Resort exceeded all expectations; it was elegant, intimate, and perfectly tailored for a romantic escape. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin our married life together.

Wow... where do I even start? I've been to many 5 star hotels (and some who think are 5 stars lol) but the St Regis Bali exceeded all expectations. The butler service was amazing. They were very attentive and helpful at all times. We stayed at the garden villa with a private pool and it was amazing. We used most of the facilities and everything was fantastic: beach bar, swimming pools, restaurants, spa... I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

The best resort in Bali. And the nicest staff we've ever encountered, without exception. We were able to spend 10 days in this paradise and didn't regret a second. Perfect. Thank you for this unforgettable vacation. And a tip for all future visitors: treat yourself to all the restaurants; they are all excellent. The entire complex is incredibly well-maintained. My short stay at St. Regis Bali was definitely unforgettable. It is a gorgeous Resort with everything you will need for a perfect beach holiday in the Nusa Dua area of Bali. ||The rooms are modern with a Balinese touch, comfortable with a bed that made me sleep well. My morning walks on the beach to see the sunrise were peaceful and just simply gorgeous. ||I appreciate the attentive service of butler Antara although very young, was very eager to take care of everything. Senior butler Karba and Tin who took care of all my friend’s needs in their Villa and made her birthday special, many thanks. Also would like to commend Chandra and Marcella from Front Office team for the work ethic and professionalism they showed at such a young age. ||Had some unfortunate events during this stay but with the St. Regis Bali’s team from the Butlers and Duty Managers care and quick initiative, didn’t feel like I had any at all.||Very impressive hospitality in a resort with a wonderful spa, relaxing beach and a superb breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back.

This review is for the brunch buffet at the Kayuputi Restaurant. I may be posting in the wrong location. We enjoyed this for my 70th birthday . Instead of serving yourself from long tables with bain maries full of overcooked food, you choose from an extensive tasting menu. Each dish is brought to your table. You can eat as much as you like, yet there is a time limit of two hours. I did notice they started to close things down within that two hour period. The ambience is light filled, decorated with traditional Balinese wayang puppets…etc. We were lucky to have a view straight through the glass front doors and down to the beach. Each tasting plate is small yet it is amazing how quickly you fill up after a few. Everything was cooked superbly and plated beautifully. This experience is about combinations of flavours and the visual delights of beautiful food. The alcohol is very expensive. You could buy a full alcohol package for double the price of what we paid. We enjoyed our “complimentary” cocktail. If I had to turn such a round number, this experience helped dampen the “pain”.
