The St. Regis Bali Resort

"Occupying a prime tranche of sea coast in the resort enclave of Nusa Dua, the St. Regis brings Fifth Avenue smarts to the tropics without losing a scintilla of the island’s languorous magic. Spacious lagoon villas offer a choice of garden privacy, a private gate to the beach, or hop-in access to the meandering lagoon pool. There’s no end of things to do here—an athletic club, frequent cultural events, and an exquisite spa. The resort also abounds in private nooks: A magnificent formal garden dotted with thatched pavilions occupies an expanse of nearly two acres between the main building and the golf course. The beachside Kayuputi restaurant is easily one of the island’s best, offering extravagances like wagyu beef carpaccio and Sturia caviar."

I owe you a review for a year.|We stayed here for celebrating my bf's bday. On the entire stay, we were fully enjoyed. The staff was amazing and professional!|During check in, the guy was polite. Because I am the elite member, I could choose either bonus points or 30 mins spa, we chose the spa.|After check in, we went to our suite, it was spacious and extraordinary. There's a balcony with not much view, it's no big deal.|In the evening, there's a sabrage in the restaurant near the hotel lobby. We went there for a drink 🤣|We had buffet breakfast in the next morning. Imagine having lobster and foie gras and steak for breakfast 👻 It was unbelievable but it was real.|I was entitled to check out at 4pm, so we got time to enjoy the swimming pool and the beach in the afternoon. The pool attendants were nice! Usually the pool was water with bleach. There's a pool with salt water 😂|At the end of the stay, we had our 30 mins spa, the spa attendants were professional, even my bf fell asleep and snoring 😂😂

We had been trying to get to this resort prior to the pandemic and finally made it! It was amazing. A little long to get to, so a week was perfect. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool and the resort and room were just beautiful. The service was amazing and grounds immaculate. We are already talking about going back.

St Regis Bali is out of this world amazing. Gorgeous location on the perfect stretch of beach. The best buffet breakfast you could imagine. Staff that is not only helpful but anticipates your every need (including the amazing butlers on the team). Food and drinks at the many restaurants on site are amazing and worth exploring. We also appreciated the hotel arranging a few activities outside the resort for us. Finally, the rooms themselves are spectacular and feel like home. We were upgraded from a one bedroom to two bedroom villa with private pool and it was one of the best resort accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Overall, for a Bali beach stay, look no further than the St Regis.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay that exceeded all of my expectations. My husband and I were visiting Bali for our 10 year wedding anniversary and our first stop was the St. Regis. I had originally booked an ocean view suite, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom pool villa with lagoon access. That was such a fantastic way to begin our trip.||I’ve stayed at other St. Regis properties, but what really set St. Regis Bali apart from some of the others was the high level of service from both our butlers Hery and Tin, as well as the staff at the airport, St. Regis Bar, beach, and restaurants. Additionally, we really enjoyed the complimentary coffee service each morning, especially since it includes speciality coffee (e.g. lattes, espresso). We were left complimentary gifts and the room also included beach hats and a beach bag to take home. That was a very nice touch! ||The beach was beautiful and very well-kept. We got down to the beach at around 9am and were able to get chairs directly in front of the beach. It definitely got more crowded by 11am, so if you want chairs in the front, I would definitely go early. The beach wait staff were very attentive as well and each beach chair comes with a call button for when you’re ready to order drinks/food. ||We had the gourmet food pass, which included breakfast, afternoon tea at the St. Regis Bar, and buffet dinner at Boneka. We definitely thought the ala carte menu items were better than the buffet food, but the buffet still offered some nice choices. ||This was the more relaxing portion of a vacation, so we didn’t explore some of the other amenities/activities on the property. However, just walking around the property is an activity itself because it’s so beautiful. ||If you want to spend some time at the beach in Bali, then absolutely visit the St. Regis because the staff will ensure that your stay is a relaxing and thoughtful one!

Every day at The St. Regis Bali felt like being gently wrapped in thoughtful, meticulous care. From the very first day, our butler delivered fresh fruit, coffee, and tea daily. If there was ever a slight delay, handcrafted chocolates would promptly arrive as a sincere gesture. During dinner, they would lovingly greet our children at the restaurant entrance and escort them to their own “Movie Night” experience—watching over them the entire time and walking them back to the villa once the film ended. In that moment, I could finally enjoy my meal and spa in peace—something I had almost forgotten after all these years in Europe. The beach at our doorstep was always immaculate. Each time we returned from a meal, the room had already been refreshed. On evenings when they thought we might be hungry, they would surprise us with a thoughtful nightcap: red wine and ham. No matter the time or place, someone was always there to ask if we needed anything. On the day we left, they accompanied us all the way to the Singapore Airlines check-in counter, helped with our luggage, and walked us to the gate. There, they bowed deeply and bid us farewell. That quiet moment moved me more than I expected.I’ve stayed at countless five-star hotels across the globe, but few have ever come close to the level of care and warmth we experienced here. The St. Regis Bali may not be the most extravagant in hardware, but it is, without a doubt, the most heartfelt and attentive in service. On our final night, knowing we had a late flight, they kindly extended our checkout time and invited us to witness a temple blessing ceremony that takes place only once every 210 days. Beneath swaying palms and the whisper of ocean breeze, that spiritual experience became a beautiful ending to our journey.Thank you, St. Regis Bali. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a deeply personal and unforgettable experience. A masterclass in service, delivered with grace and soul.

We spent a few nights here after a longer stay in Ubud. The St Regis is a magical place. From the lobby, to the food and service - it's just outstanding. The beach is great and we really enjoyed being near the swim up bar as well. What a great place for a beach vacation.
