The St. Regis Beijing

Had an amazing stay for a 1 night overnight due to a delayed flight. Super old school luxury and got a nice complimentary suite upgrade as a Marriott Titanium. Chose the free breakfast amenity and was able to pre-book a 3rd person to join for a relatively low cost. Great fitness center and didn't have a chance to use the pool. No lounge but butler coffee/drinks on-demand was nice. Relatively easy to access public transit but it was a decent walk from the nearest metro station.

The space was generous, feeling less like a hotel room and more like a private apartment. The design is elegant and classic, providing a very relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.One of the standout features was the walk-in wardrobe, which offered ample space to fully unpack and settle in—a small luxury that makes a huge difference on longer trips. Beyond the wardrobe, the room was stocked with a full array of amenities that spoke to the St. Regis's commitment to guest comfort and detail.Impeccable Service and Signature TouchesWhile the room was excellent, the service elevated the entire stay to five-star status.The consistent turn-down service provided every evening was flawless, ensuring the room was refreshed and welcoming each time I returned. It's those little touches that define luxury.Most notably, the concierge service was truly excellent and invaluable for navigating Beijing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. They effortlessly managed to secure a booking for a Peking Opera show, which was a fantastic highlight of my trip. Furthermore, their simple and effective directions were a lifesaver, making it easy and stress-free to get around the city.Final VerdictFrom the generous size and superior amenities of the Executive Room (especially that walk-in wardrobe!) to the consistently high level of service—particularly the knowledgeable concierge—the St. Regis Beijing is a flawless choice. Highly recommended for travelers seeking luxury, space, and a staff that goes above and beyond.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at St Regis Beijing. As the hotel found out about our upcoming wedding anniversary, the hotel butler organized an unforgettable experience from the moment we checked in. We were personally ushered to our suite room beautifully decorated with rose petals and balloons, and surprised with a specially prepared cake and hand written card. |We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our butlers, Leah Li (李洋）and Parker (赵胜强）for the exceptional hospitality and great service.

Phenomenal hotel with a very attractive senior rate, not far from the city center. The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is amazing. While there is no club lounge, there is a happy hour. The staff is very friendly, and McDonald’s (for the utmost emergency) is just about 300 meters away. We would be very happy to return

When we checked in and got our room, we were a bit disappointed to see the low ceiling and a dated carpet. Overall, we didn’t get the feeling of dazzle which we were anticipating when we booked such a premium property. But slowly over our three night stay the exceptional service levels emanated bringing to the fore what true luxury means. The presence of a butler round the clock is a star benefit, and supply of tea (even Darjeeling tea in a pot….mind you, no tea bags), is something which gives this hotel a different shine.|We ate at both the Chinese and Italian restaurants and there also, service is exemplary. Ironing 2 pieces of clothing per pax per day is a nice benefit. The champagne ritual every evening at 6 pm is an exclusive ritual.|Must mention that the service of one Ms Dong is out of the world. Overall very much recommended…. with the following opportunities for improvement:||1) The carpets have become loose and tends to “tent” up at places. Tighten it … otherwise it can be a safety issue, especially for senior citizens.|2) Explain to guests when they check in that the master switch while puts all the lights off in one go, doesn’t operate the other way, as one would logically expect. One has to put separate switches on, one by one. This can be tricky on the first night. if you have to get up in between.|3) There is a huge cupboard placed next to the bed which kills a lot of space. Probably accommodating an internal door to facilitate a connecting room, meant putting it next to the bed. But think of something smaller and less deeper so that space is not lost.

Tye St Regis Beijing was great. Charles, Lisa and Qun Qin at check in/out were very welcoming and full of recommendations.|We had cocktails at the Press Bar and they were excellent. The live entertainment was perfect for the atmosphere. Anna was our bartender and she did a wonderful job.|We had lunch at the Garden Lobby lounge and was delicious, with quick and efficient service by Mia and Grant.|We also had dinners on property- we had the duck at the Celestial Court and Jim was our server. It was an overall exquisite experience. The duck was perfect and the the service too. Same experience at Danielle - the dinner was excellent and Elena, Dana and Joshua made the night very memorable for us.|Finally, Hannah, Sophia and William - we’ll remember this stay because of all the genuine care they provided, the memorable moments they created for us at Champagne Sabering and the consistent check ups on us. |Thank you for the excellent customer service and for the wonderful care you provided! We hope to visit again.

An exceptional stay at The St. Regis Beijing , among the best hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide. The quality, service, and attention to detail were truly first-class. Special thanks to Neil Wang at Concierge his outstanding English, deep local knowledge, and excellent recommendations made my three days in Beijing unforgettable. Thanks to his help, every element of my trip ran seamlessly. ||Highly recommend this hotel for its world-class standard and exceptional staff.

I had a great time here. The staff service is fantastic. I am giving a three, while well aware that anything below a 4 hits the hotels ITR score, because the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. You can see signs absolutely everywhere of how tired and beat down the building is. The staff service is top notch, but the hotel itself needs a renovation so very badly.
