Exceptional service is the singular highlight of this St. Regis property. True, it measures up to a fine luxury hotel in every category. Beautifully appointed and spacious guest rooms, furnished in traditional design elements. Fine linens, fabrics, accessories including high tech conveniences. Food is quite good, morning buffet The steak house has quality steak, beef offerings, all well prepared in a chic dining room overlooking The Nile. Breakfast buffet features an array of breads, fresh fruits, yogurts, cheeses, specialty dishes, juices, etc. Getting back to the service. The hotel has emphasized quality in training it's staff. The results are a superior experience compsred certainly to anywhere in Egypt, and I would go out on a limb, and broaden it's excellence to surpass just ab.out any property in the Middle East

I’m positive there’s absolutely no Hotel in Cairo that is More gorgeous and accommodating than this hotel. We had an amazing four day stay in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the Nile. Marco who checked us in was amazing. He handled all of our needs, upgrades for the room and billing. He went above and beyond. And Mohamed Alaa from your guest relations also went above and beyond. He not only gave me a tour of the hotel and showed me all of the interesting spots, but he sent sweets to our room, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also, the guys in the valet/ drop off area were very accommodating and helpful, getting my mom who is accessible in and out of the cars. Your hotel is gorgeous and everyone is very kind.

I absolutely loved this hotel. They made sure to take care of everything for me. The staff was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The room was very spacious and clean. I honestly could not think of anything bad to say about my stay. If you have any requests they will do their best to fulfill them. For example, valet told me next time you are coming down, just call and we will have your car ready by the time you come down. This is just one of many things they try and do for their customers. I definitely plan to come back.

My recent stay St Regis Cairo was wonderful, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. From the moment I arrived, the experience was luxurious. Check-In & Room Upgrade: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Thanks to my Marriott Bonvoy membership, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Room & View: The room was clean, beautiful designed, and has a view of the Nile River. Service & Dining: The service throughout the stay was amazing, especially room service. I had a cheesecake and coffee which is delicious and recommended. The hotel’s steak restaurant also deserves high ratings; the meal was a five-star experience, with perfectly cooked cuts. Spa Experience: The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation. The treatments I received were top-notch, and the professionalism of the staff made every penny worth it. Must try Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options, catering to all tastes. Check-Out: Finally, the check-out process was just as east as check-in, leaving me with a positive impression.
