The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

Wonderful service, comfortable rooms (though a bit noisy from neighbours), proper shower and great views. TV from neighbours can be heard which ruined the calm experience I had so far. Staff is very friendly, amazing breakfast (with clear allergens mentioned). Decent pool though not enough sun beds to accommodate more than 20 people which is quite strange for a hotel this size. OK gym, basic and does the job. Location is good, quiet, close to the Burj and mall with a nice walkway at the water. Supermarket next door.

One of the nicest hotel that i have stayed in. I stayed there for 5 nights while i was in Dubai for vacation last October. The rooms were very spacious, with a modern design. My room had a great view of the canal. The stuff were very friendly, very helpful, and the service was great. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Dubai, close to most of the top tourist destinations in Dubai. I will definitely be staying there the next time i visit Dubai.

We had a memorable one-night stay at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The attentive staff made us feel well taken care of, especially the Butler service, a hallmark of the St. Regis Hotels. The hotel’s prime location in the heart of Downtown Dubai was unexpected. Despite the bustling city, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s tranquility. While we didn’t get to experience the pool or spa, the dining options were fantastic. Breakfast at Basta offered an impressive spread, and their Pizza Night offer was particularly enticing. We’re definitely planning a longer stay in the future.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The St. Regis Dubai sets the bar incredibly high. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the level of service was absolutely spotless (truly exemplary in every sense). What made the experience even more special was the personal attention. The manager took the time to speak with me directly to ensure I was 100% happy, which made me feel genuinely valued and cared for as a guest. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already wanting to return. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Booked through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts Status: Marriott Titanium We had an excellent stay at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The staff was very helpful and there when needed but not overbearing. We used a NUA to upgrade into a beautiful suite. Unfortunately my wife got sick during our stay, but the room made it a bit more comfortable. At breakfast, the staff was happy to help me get a to-go container of some simple foods for my wife, which was an excellent touch. While we didn't have the chance to really take full advantage of the hotel amenities, we were taken care of and can't wait to be back!

I stayed with 2 friends for a staycation and we had a wonderful time. Starting with Ahmed at the front office who perfectly organised a little surprise I was trying to hide from my friends and who kindly gave us an upgrade and late checkout. After, we wanted to use the spa facilities, but noticed there isn’t really an accessible spa besides the treatment rooms. That was the only disappointment, since they announce that their spa is award winning, so we were expecting at least a few accessible wellness facilities for in-house guests as usually in 5star hotels. We have enjoyed however the outside pool and have also stumbled across a Jacuzzi which was nice. In-room dining was wonderful and super crispy fries, and the breakfast buffet was decent as well. We had a little issue with our TV which was quickly fixed by the Technician who was very friendly and efficient. Overall we leave with great memories and were sad the stay was so short !

St. Regis Downtown is a great hotel all around, but the service really stands out. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well managed.||It was especially nice to see senior management present and visible in busy areas like the restaurant — that kind of hands-on involvement really shows how much they care about the guest experience. The rooms were always cleaned on time and kept spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable.||Ahmed at the front desk deserves a special mention. He was absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome.||The only slight disappointment was that the complimentary tea and coffee prepared by the butler service is no longer available, which used to be a lovely touch. Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay with excellent service and a warm, polished atmosphere.

If you stay at St Regis you expect nothing less. Just glad to see that their service is exactly what you expect from a five star hotel like st Regis. You just can’t find anything to complain about. Only tip is book this through an Amex platinum if you have on the Amex travel so you get upgraded to an even better room than what you pay. We got a little sick on this trip so ended up staying in the room a lot, but the room is so nice you actually enjoy just chillin it it :)
