We had a wonderful three-night stay at the St. Regis Goa. Everything was seamless from the airport pickup to the drop-off.||At the lobby we were welcomed with the gong and coconut water. Ritwik and Shubham explained everything clearly and made the check-in process very smooth.||We stayed in the Manor Suite — it was large, comfortable, with plenty of charging points. Wi-Fi worked well, toiletries were of good quality, and the shower had excellent water pressure. No complaints on the room front.||Afternoon tea at the Manor Lounge was a highlight. Pem and Chef Bharat went out of their way to indulge us, even making off-menu items for our toddler.||Breakfast and dinner at Miri were excellent. The spread was impressive and the staff made the experience memorable. Special thanks to Sumit, Elton, Aldrin, Ahana, Bhavya, Cindy, Rebek, and Khizler.||Lunch at Oliveto was another great experience — both the food and the service were outstanding.||The overall service throughout the resort was fantastic — warm and attentive without being intrusive. The swimming pools, including the Manor Pool, Main Pool, and Kids Pool, were well maintained. Our child particularly enjoyed the kids’ pool and the kids’ club. The lobby is beautiful, and the fish feeding, rabbits, and ducks kept our child entertained.||The private beach access is excellent. The beach is clean, quiet, and felt like our own.||Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would happily return. I would rate it 5 stars.||If I had to nitpick, I’d say the Manor Suites could benefit from a refurbishment — they are still great but showing some age. I was told renovations are planned. The kids’ club could also be a little larger, but that too is already in the works.||All in all, an exceptional experience.

We had an incredible stay at the resort to celebrate our birthday, and the team made it truly unforgettable. From a beautifully decorated room with our favorite flowers to a heartfelt handmade card, every detail was perfect.||Huge thanks to Shavon and the butler team for handling everything with such personal care!||The resort itself is massive, peaceful, and packed with things to do without even stepping out. 10/10 recommend staying here whenever you get the chance!||Tucked away from the commercialized parts of Goa, the resort offers a rare sense of calm. It’s set along one of India’s most beautiful beaches, with silky smooth sand, no crowds, and the only sounds being birds and the crashing waves. The property is spotless, serene, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming at every turn.

Excellent 5 day stay at the Regis. Staff, facilities and food were all excellent. Special thanks to Vashu, Rohit, Sezon, Christen, Ardash, Ngushi and Calvade for all their assistance and support. Would highly recommend. The private beach is a real treasure.

Look, I know how star ratings work. A five star review for a laundromat is not the same as a five star review for a place like the St. Regis Goa Resort Hotel. When you’re paying St. Regis money, you’re expecting angels carrying your luggage and dolphins singing you awake. Let’s just say… the angels were on break. Now, credit where credit’s due. The breakfast buffet? Forget five stars, I’d give it six. Maybe seven. This thing is like a Las Vegas wedding buffet married a Michelin star restaurant and had a baby. Every station? Amazing. Every bite? Amazing. Every staff member? Saints in uniform. You want to eat yourself silly? This is the place. Reception? Solid five stars too. These folks are pros. Warm smiles, helpful, professional, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been upgraded even when you haven’t. The hotel grounds? Three stars. Yeah, they’re pretty, but there’s construction going on, It’s hard to stroll romantically when a guy in a hard hat is jackhammering ten feet away. And the ocean? Muddy. Not the kind of place you dive into unless you lost a bet. And then… the butler service. Oh boy. One star, and that’s me being generous. On our last day we arranged for a pickup at 1:00 p.m. The driver was waiting, the car was waiting, heck, we were waiting. But our butler? Vanished like Houdini. No answering the phone, no call back, just… nothing. We’re pacing, sweating, calling. He shows up 25 minutes late like it’s no big deal. Unacceptable. If the butler service is the cherry on top of this sundae, ours rolled off the table and hit the floor. So yeah, three stars. Amazing breakfast, great reception, decent grounds with some heavy lifting still to do, and a butler service that’s straight out of a sitcom. And not the good kind.

Definitely worth the money. Had the biggest rooms for us. The best service out there. Most polite staff I have ever seen. Very clean private beach. They have big golf course area which is fun to play. They have hundreds of options in the breakfast buffet. The entire property is so big you could just spend couple of hours walking around. They gave us a red wine as welcome drink. They also have a champagne ritual (in the memory of Napoleon) sharp at 06:30 PM everyday. They have gyms, activities like archery and paint ball, game area which has indoor games like pool, chess, carrom, table tennis, etc.

We stayed at St Regis Goa for 2 nights (it was my second time there) . |The hospatility is unmatched to any other hotel in Goa ! |Right from the arrival , to the breakfast spread to the meals . Everything was perfect. |Their Italian restraunt is really good. Unfortunately it was the monsoon so the beach side seafood restraunt was closed but I have eaten there previously and it is a feast ! |Their spa is also a class apart !||We stayed at a villa which had a plunge pool as well

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, We were treated with royalty, The staff was warm and attentive. It was my daughter’s birthday. And they went above and beyond the expectations, and her birthday was a fabulous day . They decorated room for her very nicely, and also a cake came at midnight. Food was delicious. Amenities were top notch, including spa, infinity, swimming pool. Staff was always ready to help. However, one thing which I feel they should improve is taxi mafia. Right at the gate, They have this taxi mafia and they don’t allow any other Goa miles inside the hotel. And even staff is afraid of them . That’s really rude. I request , Management to take a note of this

Rooms were alright and the food was generally good. However, the butler service could definitely be better — we were hoping for some genuine smiles and warm hospitality, but unfortunately, that was lacking. A major concern was at the children’s club. We left our kid there assuming it was a secure environment, but somehow he managed to walk out unnoticed. We were lucky to spot him from the restaurant, and by the time we reached him, he had already made it to the beach — truly a scary moment for any parent. Another thing to note: some activities like paintball and archery turned out to be paid experiences, even though there was no mention of this while booking. That was disappointing, as we had expected these to be part of the inclusive offerings. The bicycles available for guests were also in poor condition — most were old and rusty, which made it hard to enjoy a proper ride around the property. If food or drinks aren’t included in your stay, be prepared for very high prices. And considering the coastal location, the buffet was underwhelming in terms of seafood — just one or two options, and not particularly fresh or flavorful. Lastly, the service at the restaurant felt a bit chaotic. Staff were attending the table too frequently, which created confusions many a times. Just wanted to highlight a few key points for future travelers. I’ll be posting a more detailed review soon on my vlog.
