From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, The St. Regis Jakarta made my birthday so special.||Special thanks to Joyce, the Sales Manager, whose thoughtful preparation before check-in set the tone for a wonderful stay. When we had a small TV issue, Issan and Agus fixed it quickly and professionally, which let us enjoy our time without worry.||Every staff member we met was warm and attentive. Even my children said this was “the best hotel” and are already asking to come back.||The Kids Club was beautiful and full of activities, the pool felt like a calm Balinese retreat in the city, and the St. Regis Bar with live music created the perfect evening. The Spa was also a highlight—truly relaxing and memorable. Breakfast was excellent too, with so much variety and beautifully presented dishes.||Our room felt personal and festive with a handwritten note, cake, and chocolates. The Butler Service, Klara, was outstanding, always attentive and making us feel valued. To end it all, the champagne sabering ceremony gave us a sparkling memory to take home.||Thank you to the whole team for making this birthday unforgettable. We cannot wait to return!

Best hospitality hotel, customer treated like a royalty king / queen with buttler service. Semua pekerja sangat baik, to name a few (Vanessa, Fredlyn, Prakoso dll) small little thing adds up, we were very happy. The swimming pool is very unique with connecting bar (too bad there's smoking area to access the pool which is not kids friendly) The breakfast and dinner was one of the best! We were impressed Too bad kids club didn't open on weekdays so we missed out.. got a hiccup with air-conditioning but didn't affect much of our stay. The service provided overcame the negative experience. Definitely worth the money!

I stayed at this hotel for my friend's wedding and ended up having such a relaxing and enjoyable time. We originally planned to stay for 2 days but ended up extending to 3 because we loved it so much. The room was super comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect.||||What really stood out was how responsive and attentive the staff were — everything felt seamless from check-in to check-out.||||Special thanks to Aurel from the staff — she was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She noticed I was with a toddler and made sure we had the perfect table during breakfast, in a spot that worked really well for us. She even surprised me with pastries and coffee, which truly made my morning.||||My kids had a great time too, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. I’d definitely love to come back — not just for events, but for a proper getaway!

The service is excellent from check-in till check-out, especially the butler . She escort us to the room to ensure we're satisfied with the room and explain all the facilities . They provide free coffee & tea to be sent to the room . Their coffe latte taste so good. The breakfast also great and delicious. The room is clean , full of luxury touch. The fresh white lily flowers in the room is really a perfect touch. Will definitely come back & recommend to others.

Room is fine but don’t even think about holding your wedding or any other important event/celebration of your life here. Venue Management is very unprofessional, disorganised and completely disappointing. Our VIP guests including family members did not even get their main course at all since first serving despite allocated portions with plenty leftovers at the end of the day; free parking of registered cars were still charged upon exit and asking more than five times, and the late check out given upon our check in was not aligned with the room staffs. Yet despite all of these, the management responded with 100 different excuses every time without any single apology. Biggest joke of the year.
