The St. Regis Jakarta

We are still staying at The St. Regis Jakarta and tonight is our last night after an amazing week. I truly loved everything. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels before but this one is different: the staff are exceptional, always attentive and kind, with a genuine desire to make us feel welcome. They think of every little detail and we really feel taken care of.||Special thanks to Joshua and Youvita at the restaurant, so kind and attentive, and a big thank you to the chef — the pastries are absolutely amazing! Every time we asked for something, it arrived quickly, with professionalism and a smile.||We also celebrated my son’s birthday this week and they organized everything perfectly: the room was decorated with balloons, a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me, a lovely cake… They really thought of everything and it truly touched us.||Thank you also to Sébastien and Rizky for their kindness and professionalism, and a special thanks to Sébastien for the farewell gift — such a thoughtful gesture that made us very happy.||My family and I really loved the hotel. Just finished my second stay at The St. Regis Jakarta, and it reminded me exactly why I chose to come back. The hotel has this calm, elegant vibe — but what really makes it stand out is the people.||One of the team members, Joshua, made both my stays feel extra special. On this recent visit, he offered me a selection of dishes to try before my flight to Bali, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. That kind of personal service is rare and honestly made my day.||I still remember the lunch I had during my first stay — beautifully plated, full of flavor, and matched with impeccable service. It’s clear the team takes pride in every detail.||This place is more than just a luxury hotel — it’s somewhere you actually feel cared for. And with service like what Joshua provided, it’s a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

The room decors are stunning. If you are looking for luxurious, this is one of them. Also, I would like to give praise to Joseline for the wonderful interaction during check-in and Figo for his great personality during breakfast. However, one of the staffs just went and open the door to my room without me acknowledging them to come in. I would just like to feedback where to only come into rooms when the guests greet them in. Overall, great service and great stay.

Every detail from the attentiveness of the staff to the seamless experience during my visit. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of luxury, professionalism and heartfelt service. Special thanks to Mr Bigus and all bartender from St Regis Bar and Ms Cherry from Concierge for excellent service! Thank you once again for making the experience so memorable. One of my best hotel stays even if it is for just a night. I was blown away the moment I step into the hotel, gorgeous design and intricate decorations. The service was top notch, always ready to serve with a smile. The food was excellent, particularly enjoyed the complimentary bread and pineapple chutney that they served in the restaurant. One of the staff, Rizsky was so nice that he offered us a jar of pineapple chutney to take home, along with a recipe card on how to make it! Couldn't ask for more! Their hotel consultant, Josephine was also really warm and friendly and ensured everything was taken care of. Bravo St Regis Jakarta!!!

The best staycation i've ever had. The room is PERFECT, so luxurious, n it has high tech. The food is EXCELLENT. The service is wow, The St Regis has the best hospitality! I am amazed by the service, i feel highly appreciated by the staff members. They are so nice, friendly, and full of smile. The best getaway i have.

The butler service is splendid. The room is nice. The complimentary tea/coffee is very helpful. We can request a baby crib with some blankets for the padding. We also requested to heat up the baby food making it easier traveling with baby. Food is awesome. Trying performance massage with Ms. Vero, she hit the spot very well. Overall will visit again for the hospitality
