5/5 Delightful Overnight Stay! |Stay experience has upgraded to a next level. This time my return is an even more delightful experience. |Butler Robi is attentive and return presses on time. A pleasant surprised with a premium chocolate bar as I was craving for sweets. Bedding is comfortable with nice, relax aromatherapy spray. Sleeps well.|Breakfast at St Regis is even better than before with eggless croissant and added more veg dishes. St Regis is consistent and strives to be better as always.

We had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, a property that truly combines timeless elegance with modern comfort right in the heart of KL Sentral. The interiors are beautifully curated with art pieces that give the whole hotel a very sophisticated feel.||Our King Bed Lake View room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Lake Gardens and city skyline. The walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with a Toto washer toilet added to the luxury. What really stood out was the signature St. Regis butler service, always attentive and seamless, making everything feel effortless.||Facilities were excellent, from the rooftop pool with its stunning views to the well-equipped 24-hour gym and the calming Iridium Spa. Dining was a highlight too, especially the Michelin-selected Brasserie, cocktails at the Astor Bar, and a beautiful afternoon tea at The Drawing Room.||Overall, the experience went beyond expectations. The combination of design, service, and comfort made our stay truly memorable, and we look forward to returning.

My friends and 1 are staying at st Regis for a weekend. We were amazed by the size of the room and the impeccable service. Especially by Mervin Lee at the reception, who patiently helped us with a few bookings for massage. Definitely one of my favourite hotel in KL! Thanks st Regis for making our trip memorable!

Amazing service and fantastic stay! |The hotel was amazing and the room decor was really fitting. We had the pleasure of receiving a warm welcome from Izzam Adha. He helped setup everything and ensure everything was in order. He was quick to our request and was just amazing overall. ||And the butlers service was amazing! Butler Choo and Natasha were fantastic and were always ready to help and accommodate our request. Each day they would leave a welcome card and each card would have an amazing hand drawn cartoon. Overall Izzam, Choo, Natasha made the stay 10x better! I would definitely rebook here again and again due to the wonderful service they provided us.

I have been coming back to this particular hotel more than 10 times in the last few years for work and family fun. St Regis in my opinion has the highest level of service. I have been here many times with my family in the last few years, and they always impress us with their service. This time my son unfortunately wasn’t feeling well and was feeling cold during breakfast. A service staff actually noticed that and brought a blanket to warm him up. This simple action prompted me to think that their fantastic service ideology has permeated to every single person in the hotel , not only your typically friendly doormen, concierge and management staff. They are indeed delivering care and pleasure to every minute way.

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say everything is great — from breakfast to the bed and pillows, leaving you with a refreshed feeling. 😞😞 location was not my favorite, as it isn’t suitable for walking. To reach the city center, you’ll need to take a taxi.

This is an efficiently run and centrally located hotel with a majestic Botero in one of the restaurants, and beautiful rooms. The breakfast buffet selection is good, varied and well executed. There is local, international, and regional food so we were able to try different things daily. The pastry chef does a good job too and the staff are friendly.| In addition to the great views from our room, our connecting room with a little private corridor was nice. |The complimentary daily tea, coffee or hot chocolate from the butlers is a welcome touch.

Had a fantastic stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and the service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and really comfortable. I especially loved the big bathtub and the little luxurious touches throughout the space. It felt like a proper treat! The food was also great — breakfast had lots of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Tried one of the restaurants for dinner and it didn’t disappoint either.
