I recently spent two nights at The St. Regis Macau with a group of friends, returning for the first time since I lived in the city five years ago—and the experience was even better than I remembered.
From the moment we arrived, Gavin made check-in smooth, welcoming, and genuinely personal. As a Titanium Elite member, I truly felt recognized and appreciated.
We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at The Manor throughout our stay, and every meal was excellent—beautifully prepared and consistently high quality. Each morning - Rachel and Rod were incredibly kind and attentive at breakfast, making us feel genuinely cared for and starting each day on a wonderful note.
One evening the bar was closed, but we were invited to enjoy happy hour inside The Manor instead. The team there delivered fantastic service, and it became a highlight of the trip. We also met the General Manager, Mr. Douglas, who took the time to sit with my friend, share stories from his years in Macau, and offer thoughtful suggestions on what to do around town.
Neil was also on duty in the bar that night, and the drinks he crafted were exceptional—skillful, balanced, and served with impeccable attention to detail.
Also, shout out to Kenny in the gym area. His attention to detail and kindness exceeded any expectations. He honestly made us feel so welcomed, and we hope that Kenny is recognized for his kindness towards us as guests!
Overall, the stay was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made it feel personal, polished, and truly welcoming. I’m already looking forward to the next visit.
