The St. Regis Macao

I truly enjoyed my stay at the St. Regis Macao and will recommend it to everyone! It was my first time traveling with my little brother without our parents, so it was a bit nerve wracking but we were so glad that we stayed here as everyone was so caring and made the hotel room almost a home away from home! Especially Emma from the room service department was our favorite staff. She was so genuine and recommended us so many great places to go that we were always excited to start the day by seeing her in the morning with the delicious breakfast. Cyrus from the lobby also took care of all of our traveling needs, so thank you both so much! We truly appreciate the central location, and the fact that there isn’t a casino nearby makes it a really quiet and great family spot. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and I look forward to staying there again next time.

Great place for a family weekend. Pool was nice set up, more staff than people at the pool, very helpful and amazing view of Big Ben. Rooms are very nice, breakfast had lots of choices, would recommend for any family with little ones. Excellent location on Cotai strip, you are in the middle of everything.

One of the best stay ever. Smooth check-in & check-out. Thanks a lot for the arrangement in the room, it went beyond my expectations 😄 Also a huge thanks to the butlers team (Lina & Eric), they were so joyful and kind! Housekeeping was amazing also, came back in the evening and everything was well prep and ready to go to bed :) I noticed the small details and it really makes a difference! We’ll definitely come back and thanks again :)

My first time staying at St Regis Macao and it was such a lovely experience, I wish I could have stayed longer. Wonderful 24-hr butler service. Special thanks to George and Chris - they were absolutely delightful and attentive to our needs :) Would definitely come back again!

We stayed here for a day and wandered around / had dinner and breakfast at the Manor restaurant. Our first time staying in a St Regis property. We were impressed with the level of service, hospitality and warmth of the staff - from check-in, room service and F&B. Special thanks to the Manor staff for making our dinner just a little bit more special for us.

My favorite corner in the hotel room is the bay window. Their standard rooms are bigger than the other star hotels. Very high-quality service and private butler service. I will definitely make booking for next time again. Have a great day friends.🌹☕️

Amazing service. All team members made our family feel very welcome at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and food was very good. All the staffs were just outstanding with special mentions to Patrick (who helped us deal with the room problem), Phoenix (who were so nice to the kids) and the private dining team (who really went the extra mile for our meal). We cannot wait to return!

I have stayed almost 1500 nights at Marriott properties. This is one of the best in the world. Rooms were beyond my expectations, bed was perfect, service is beyond top notch. Breakfast buffet was as expected for this level of a property in Asia. Gym was perfect for anyone’s daily needs with high end equipment. Gym locker room had great little sauna, steam and perfect size jacuzzi. I will be back!!!! Great job to the staff and management of this property… You guys set the bar for the rest… congratulations!!!!
