The St. Regis Macao

An exceptional stay at The St. Regis Macao. The location is ideal, and the complimentary shuttle service throughout Macao and to/ from the airport adds to the seamless experience. The service was truly outstanding - from a flawless check-in with Benjamin to the attentive managers and bell staff, everyone delivered warm and genuine hospitality. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the beautifully maintained pool as well, with great views of Big Ben. A special highlight not to miss is the daily Champagne Sabering Evening Ritual at 6:00 PM in the lobby — a signature St. Regis touch that elevates the experience. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

We spent one night at the St. Regis in Macao and were absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfect, from the service to the rooms, and we immediately felt welcome and at home. Right upon arrival, we were greeted by a very attentive porter named Jeff, who gave us plenty of helpful tips. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the lady at the reception, but she was excellent as well – and we even received an upgrade with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is centrally located and you can reach many places easily on foot. At breakfast, Cindy welcomed us and was exceptionally attentive. The selection was impressive – everything you could possibly wish for and even dishes you didn’t know you needed. Check-out was smooth, too. We were in a bit of a hurry, and Rocky assisted us wonderfully. With everyone we interacted with, we genuinely felt that they were going the extra mile. Thank you for the amazing stay – we would love to come back.

The room is comfortable except that because im facing the COD, there is a music thumping sound all night till 3am. Otherwise overall it is cozy and comfortable. The service from all the staff is impeccable. Stayed in many hotels, I would say the people I met in St Regis Macao probably one of the best.

The rooms itself was a bit dated, but the amenities were great. Location was great for accessing the casino and the malls, but if you're taking the shuttle buses it is a bit of a walk (indoors) to the hotel. Service is great overall! For some reason the staff at check-in did not arrange for a bell boy to carry our luggage up to our room , it was a weekday so I don't think there should be a shortage of staff. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was amazing, the service there is impeccable. Check-out was great, staff are helpful, Mario at the concierge was really warm and helped us with storing and carrying our luggage. As we mentioned earlier, the walk from the hotel to the shuttle buses was a bit far and we were really dreading that journey. Thankfully Jeffrey was kind enough to carry our luggage and walked us all the way to the shuttle buses. We really enjoyed the conversation with Jeffrey, he was really welcoming and genuine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at St. Regis Macao, they did live up to our expectations and we would not hesitate to come back again.

In one word: WOW. The St. Regis Macao is simply outstanding. What truly sets it apart is the staff—impeccably trained, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel not just welcome, but genuinely valued as a guest. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The beds are supremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious, thoughtfully designed, and a pleasure to use. It is genuinely difficult to find any fault with this hotel. If you are planning a visit to Macau, I would strongly recommend staying here. It elevates the entire holiday experience to a different level.

Stayed at the St Regis for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and good quality. Staff are top notch, attentive, professional and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is superb and more akin to all day dining including HK style breakfast, fried rice, wonton noodles plus the usual Western cooked continental breakfast. The breakfast staff are excellent and a real credit to St Regis. Would definitely return again in the near future.

I recently spent two nights at The St. Regis Macau with a group of friends, returning for the first time since I lived in the city five years ago—and the experience was even better than I remembered. From the moment we arrived, Gavin made check-in smooth, welcoming, and genuinely personal. As a Titanium Elite member, I truly felt recognized and appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at The Manor throughout our stay, and every meal was excellent—beautifully prepared and consistently high quality. Each morning - Rachel and Rod were incredibly kind and attentive at breakfast, making us feel genuinely cared for and starting each day on a wonderful note. One evening the bar was closed, but we were invited to enjoy happy hour inside The Manor instead. The team there delivered fantastic service, and it became a highlight of the trip. We also met the General Manager, Mr. Douglas, who took the time to sit with my friend, share stories from his years in Macau, and offer thoughtful suggestions on what to do around town. Neil was also on duty in the bar that night, and the drinks he crafted were exceptional—skillful, balanced, and served with impeccable attention to detail. Also, shout out to Kenny in the gym area. His attention to detail and kindness exceeded any expectations. He honestly made us feel so welcomed, and we hope that Kenny is recognized for his kindness towards us as guests! Overall, the stay was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made it feel personal, polished, and truly welcoming. I’m already looking forward to the next visit.

What an amazing hotel. From before we even arrived, they contacted us to make the sty special. Transfer service organised, we were greeted upon arrival at the curb. The hotel facade is something to behold! Spectacular! All our requirements were well and truly met and beyond. The room we had was superb, with bath bongs delivered, treats on arrival, a stocked mini bar and personalised greetings. We absolutely recommend the use of all the day services: breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all way beyond expectations. Cannot wait to return
