We spent one night at the St. Regis in Macao and were absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfect, from the service to the rooms, and we immediately felt welcome and at home. Right upon arrival, we were greeted by a very attentive porter named Jeff, who gave us plenty of helpful tips. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the lady at the reception, but she was excellent as well – and we even received an upgrade with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is centrally located and you can reach many places easily on foot. At breakfast, Cindy welcomed us and was exceptionally attentive. The selection was impressive – everything you could possibly wish for and even dishes you didn’t know you needed. Check-out was smooth, too. We were in a bit of a hurry, and Rocky assisted us wonderfully. With everyone we interacted with, we genuinely felt that they were going the extra mile. Thank you for the amazing stay – we would love to come back.

I recently spent two nights at The St. Regis Macau with a group of friends, returning for the first time since I lived in the city five years ago—and the experience was even better than I remembered. From the moment we arrived, Gavin made check-in smooth, welcoming, and genuinely personal. As a Titanium Elite member, I truly felt recognized and appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at The Manor throughout our stay, and every meal was excellent—beautifully prepared and consistently high quality. Each morning - Rachel and Rod were incredibly kind and attentive at breakfast, making us feel genuinely cared for and starting each day on a wonderful note. One evening the bar was closed, but we were invited to enjoy happy hour inside The Manor instead. The team there delivered fantastic service, and it became a highlight of the trip. We also met the General Manager, Mr. Douglas, who took the time to sit with my friend, share stories from his years in Macau, and offer thoughtful suggestions on what to do around town. Neil was also on duty in the bar that night, and the drinks he crafted were exceptional—skillful, balanced, and served with impeccable attention to detail. Also, shout out to Kenny in the gym area. His attention to detail and kindness exceeded any expectations. He honestly made us feel so welcomed, and we hope that Kenny is recognized for his kindness towards us as guests! Overall, the stay was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made it feel personal, polished, and truly welcoming. I’m already looking forward to the next visit.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ms. Meko Chow during our recent stay. Before our arrival, I received an email from my butler informing me that a room upgrade would not be possible. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, I was naturally a bit disappointed before departure. However, Meko completely transformed our experience the moment we arrived. She welcomed us warmly and surprised us with a box of almond cookies — even thoughtfully offering one to my sister-in-law, who was staying at another hotel, The Londoner. To our delight, she also arranged an upgrade for us to a suite with a fascinating view and introduced us to many wonderful food options in Macau. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and even like VIP guests. Because of her exceptional hospitality, we are now even more encouraged to return to the St. Regis Macau on our next visit.

Wow! Where do I even start? I travel and stay at hotels all over the world. As someone who has the highest Hilton status and Marriott Gold Status, this was by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at, and it has everything to do with the people and the service. The service was something I have not experienced anywhere else. The level of attention and detail the staff went to was over the top. I am a vegetarian, and I casually mentioned this to the front desk during check-in. When I checked out, the same front desk person recognized me by face and dietary restriction if the hotel breakfast had enough vegetarian options for me. I was very taken aback and replied I had enough to eat and I was very happy with the selection. Apparently, when I told him that I was vegetarian, he went and informed his manager about my dietary restriction, who went and ensured that the kitchen staff purposely made more vegetarian options for breakfast so that I could have something to eat. The details and the dedication was phenomenal. Additionally, the staff would remember me by name and face, and would welcome and greet me while I entered and exited out of the building, which was something I never experienced before. Absolutely amazing hotel. Amazing service. Would 12/10 recommend and would 110% stay here on my next trip to Macao.

At St. Regis Macau, we were pampered by staff at all points of contact. Firstly at the check in reception, Ms. Mako ensured a prompt and pleasant check in process for us. Fuss free flexible and sensitive to our needs / preferences. Provided useful info for our stay. The Butler Team, left welcome notes, fruit basket and mini egg tarts on our checkin. Provided plenty bottled water daoly to ensure we're well hydrated. On daily basis ensures our room is so neatly arranged, especially with our personal items left around the room. Clothes left in the open were neatly folded. Breakfast ordered in the room was promptly delivered at exactly time requested. And the Concierge team, always proactively seeking guest needing any assistance. Active listening and offering appropriate advise / recommendation. Lisa was most helpful with getting my orientations around the hotel area and attractions. Offered recommendations we took up and happy with it. Promptly verified best bus route from hotel to Coloane, where is the nearest bus stop to take and where to alight. The entire St. Regis Macau team elevated our stay and a Big Thank You for making our 3 nights stay most pleasant and meaningful.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in St. Regis Macao and it was, without a doubt, the best stay we had ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the time to check out, the attention to detail absolutely exceeded our expectations. The porter service was outstanding. Gigi Lai at the reception was attentive and sweet. Thanks again for the delicious cookies! The entire butler team was exceptional. We especially appreciated the daily sweet surprises left in our room. I did made a small complaint about the water bottles to housekeeping one evening, and very next day, we had a delightful surprise upon returning to our room. Butler James had instantly sprung into action - it was totally unexpected and a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast experience was also fantastic; we were able to enjoy our breakfast leisurely. The pool towel service was lovely too. Our time at the bar was nothing short of fun and full of surprises. The Bloody Mary making experience was just what my husband needed! He enjoyed it so much that he went back there alone the second day while I went shopping next door. Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable. We enjoyed the attention thoroughly and honestly, you made it hard for us to leave! If you are looking for place to be pampered and spoilt, come to St. Regis Macao.

Our stay at The St. Regis Macau was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s attention to detail and impeccably trained staff stood out. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality and professionalism, making our family feel completely at home. What left the deepest impression was how thoughtfully the team accommodated our family’s specific vegetarian dietary requirements. Special mention goes to Chef Imran, who personally prepared customized meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented, and to Ms. Ken from the breakfast team, who took wonderful care of our family, especially our younger one. This personalized care enhanced our entire experience tremendously, turning our meals into some of the most memorable parts of the trip. If there’s any aspect that falls short, it would be the lobby, which feels rather modest in size considering the hotel’s grandeur and its impressive neighbors like The Parisian, Conrad, or The Londoner. Still, that’s a small trade‑off for the world‑class service and serenity that St. Regis Macau provides. Overall, it’s a hotel where luxury meets sincerity, and we would gladly return without a second thought.

The service at the St Regis is absolutely amazing! The people in all the departments are so friendly and professional at what they do and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Definitely stay here if you’re visiting Macau because I certainly do!
