An exceptional five-star experience at St. Regis Macao My stay at St. Regis Macao was absolutely outstanding and truly defines what five-star luxury should feel like. From the very first moment, the staff were exceptional — incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction felt personal, and the level of care and hospitality went far beyond expectations. You can clearly feel that guest comfort is their top priority. The hotel facilities are world-class: elegant, spacious, and immaculately maintained. Everything is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and relaxation, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The room was stunning — beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, and perfectly prepared. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the cleanliness to the amenities, making the stay feel effortless and indulgent. What truly sets St. Regis Macao apart is the exceptional level of care and personalized service. Every detail was handled with precision, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and service at the highest level. I highly recommend St. Regis Macao and would absolutely return without hesitation.

A beautiful and refined hotel set right in the heart of the Cotai Strip. Great convenience with direct Level 2 access to the Londoner Shoppes, and the Londoner Casino is also located within the same building.. perfect for both leisure and entertainment. What truly sets this hotel apart is its immaculate attention to detail. Housekeeping noticed I was using a magazine as a mousepad and thoughtfully replaced it with an actual mousepad while I was out. Wires were neatly rolled and organised, and the room was filled with personalised touches, including multiple handwritten notes. Seeing that I had a book with me, they even provided several bookmarks which was a thoughtful gesture. The signature butler service also offers complimentary shoe shine and ironing/pressing services that add real everyday luxury. Breakfast was another highlight, served from 7am all the way to 1pm, making mornings nice and unhurried. There is also a well-equipped gym, complete with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The rooms themselves were comfortable, quiet, spacious, and ideal for resting after time spent on the Cotai Strip. Overall well recommended!

The rooms itself was a bit dated, but the amenities were great. Location was great for accessing the casino and the malls, but if you're taking the shuttle buses it is a bit of a walk (indoors) to the hotel. Service is great overall! For some reason the staff at check-in did not arrange for a bell boy to carry our luggage up to our room , it was a weekday so I don't think there should be a shortage of staff. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was amazing, the service there is impeccable. Check-out was great, staff are helpful, Mario at the concierge was really warm and helped us with storing and carrying our luggage. As we mentioned earlier, the walk from the hotel to the shuttle buses was a bit far and we were really dreading that journey. Thankfully Jeffrey was kind enough to carry our luggage and walked us all the way to the shuttle buses. We really enjoyed the conversation with Jeffrey, he was really welcoming and genuine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at St. Regis Macao, they did live up to our expectations and we would not hesitate to come back again.

Stayed at the St Regis for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and good quality. Staff are top notch, attentive, professional and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is superb and more akin to all day dining including HK style breakfast, fried rice, wonton noodles plus the usual Western cooked continental breakfast. The breakfast staff are excellent and a real credit to St Regis. Would definitely return again in the near future.

What an amazing hotel. From before we even arrived, they contacted us to make the sty special. Transfer service organised, we were greeted upon arrival at the curb. The hotel facade is something to behold! Spectacular! All our requirements were well and truly met and beyond. The room we had was superb, with bath bongs delivered, treats on arrival, a stocked mini bar and personalised greetings. We absolutely recommend the use of all the day services: breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all way beyond expectations. Cannot wait to return

We spent one night at the St. Regis in Macao and were absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfect, from the service to the rooms, and we immediately felt welcome and at home. Right upon arrival, we were greeted by a very attentive porter named Jeff, who gave us plenty of helpful tips. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the lady at the reception, but she was excellent as well – and we even received an upgrade with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is centrally located and you can reach many places easily on foot. At breakfast, Cindy welcomed us and was exceptionally attentive. The selection was impressive – everything you could possibly wish for and even dishes you didn’t know you needed. Check-out was smooth, too. We were in a bit of a hurry, and Rocky assisted us wonderfully. With everyone we interacted with, we genuinely felt that they were going the extra mile. Thank you for the amazing stay – we would love to come back.

An exceptional stay at The St. Regis Macao. The location is ideal, and the complimentary shuttle service throughout Macao and to/ from the airport adds to the seamless experience. The service was truly outstanding - from a flawless check-in with Benjamin to the attentive managers and bell staff, everyone delivered warm and genuine hospitality. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the beautifully maintained pool as well, with great views of Big Ben. A special highlight not to miss is the daily Champagne Sabering Evening Ritual at 6:00 PM in the lobby — a signature St. Regis touch that elevates the experience. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

Fantastic hotel, room is superb, breakfast & high tea quality is good! Amazing services from the hotel team. Kudos to Ms Adriana, fantastic service even prior before our arrival. Very helpful and friendly team. We were well informed and up to date when tue typhoon hits Macau. Will book again when revisit Macau!
