The St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya (Moscow, Russia) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"There’s really no such thing as an “ordinary” St. Regis, but the least ordinary of them all may be the St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya. Built in the 1870s as an aristocratic residence, it’s an opulent jewel of a hotel, with a location that places it close to Red Square, the Bolshoi Theatre, and St. Basil’s Cathedral. The interiors are outfitted in typical St. Regis elegance, plus about twenty per cent more extravagance, to suit the surroundings. The spa and fitness facilities are extensive, the Italian restaurant is first-rate, and the soaring double-height Orlov Lounge puts a typically Russian spin on the classic St. Regis afternoon tea." - Tablet Hotels

Luxurious and super clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and very family friendly hotel. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr Ervis from F&B and all of his team for the super service everyday during breakfast. Also thanking Mr Denis from concierge and reception team for the very handy tips, information and customer service.

The hotel location is close to most tourist attractions , breakfast is perfect , WiFi is very slow , the room was not clean , dust every where ,I had allergy from bed sheet , they don’t clean my room every day !!! My room faced the street too much noise all night , Staff & concierge were nice and helpful , I do not recommend the hotel

Strangely dated, but the service is not what I should be, no mini bars, they couldn’t get nuts for the beers.

I stayed at the St. Regis for 8 nights, the rooms are spacious, and are fully equipped with everything one might need during travel. Housekeeping was very professional, never missed a spot or forget to replace a thing. The staff is very friendly, and understanding. They allowed us to leave our luggage to travel light to St. petersburg, and late checkout. Excellent laundry service, and room service (extensive variety). I can't imagine going to Moscow and staying anywhere else.

We booked 2 rooms and we got a free upgrade to a junior suite for one of them as the hotel was overbooked. The hotel is very clean with an amazing service and the room is very good and spacious. We loved the suite its big with a wonderful view of a small garden.

I stayed there for 1 week, the only good things about this hotel was 1) Concierge staff 2) Reception staff 3) Bellboys My room was consistently dirty, 1. Hair in the bathtub at checkin, carpet needed deep cleaning, even after being cleaned by housekeeping. Told reception about it in the morning, came back to the room in the evening to find my room not serviced, the nice receptionist had to call them 2 more times for them to send someone to clean. Very Incompetent. I then requested a different housekeeper for my room. I had 2 bathrooms in the room, 1 had a problem with the drainage so smelled like sewage, I requested to change the room but was denied due to “the hotel is at 100% capacity”, the next day I see almost the whole corridor of my floor covered with plastic because they were refurbishing. So i was put on a refurbishing floor. I couldn’t check out and go to another hotel because we have already paid the full amount. It was my first time at Moscow so i was very disappointment. The receptionist kept on apologizing but what will that do, nothing. I constantly felt disgusted while in my room. Never again! never again! never again!
