Delicious pizza with crust made to perfection! Beautiful decorum, prompt and friendly service (thanks Lewis for taking such good care of us!) This was our first time here, but I'm sure we'll be back again!👌

The deep dish is super tasty. The crust is really good. Vegan cheese available. I’ve done both dine in and take out. They have a good salad + pizza deal for dine in. Fun restaurant atmosphere. Nice staff.

What other pizza "joint" do you know of that has chandeliers with a solid dark wood ceiling and a marble wall with 2 vaults. This place has taken it up a few notches. Got the thin crust pizzas. Favorite was the all star with a side of anchovies. They had issues with their wifi and some of the ticket orders were delayed. Employees were very apologetic. They handled it the best they could.

It’s been a long time since we ate here and decided to try it to see the quality of the food now. Food quality has improved and previous issues we had is no longer an issue. The difference now comes down to the type of crust between Zachary and the Star. It is now personal preference that makes the choice or to have different types of deep dish. Service was on the slow side and part of the issue is that they have a good number of employees there but seems like inefficient assignment leading to server taking a long time to come by from taking order to needing to get drinks refilled.

Google
Had the Classic Detroit style pizza and it was bomb! A former bank converted to a restaurant so you see the old bank vaults inside which is cool. And service was good! 50% off all beers on Mondays was a pleasant surprise

This was the first time for me and my coworkers and it will definitely be on rotation now. We went around 3 pm, so the wait was nonexistent. It was just us and another party there. We ordered the garlic bread for starters and that was gone in about 5 minutes. Those were so good. It comes with ranch and marinara. We then ordered an Italian Combo Detroit style and a meatball pizza Chicago style. Everyone at the table loved the interesting combinations for the Italian. Fan favorite. The meatballs one was also good but nothing like the other one. It was so much food that we all ate a slice and took two home after. So it was very well worth it.

Google
I screwed up my pick up order today and Bri went way above and beyond to help me to get my order corrected so efficiently that I was not even late for my guests. The deep dish pizza was DELICIOUS as usual!! The service and atmosphere is fantastic! So happy to have this wonderful restaurant on Park Street. Highly recommended!!

Google
Slow Monday afternoon. 30 minutes before appetizer arrived. Pizza 5 minutes later with burnt pepperoni. Large areas with no toppings. Why would a server even deliver such horrible product? Was a special occasion. Waited a week to go. Won't be back now.

Yelp
Wonderful service, from start to finish! I've been in as a local a few times, either 1 or 2. Always quick to seat and serve. Great service to follow up too. Had the meatballs, couple of pizzas, and cheesecake. Rosé was also pretty decent. Food was all incredible, have had the pizza both in-house and take-home.

Yelp
We came with our dogs -- one service animal (vested) and two tiny dogs in bags -- so we requested an outdoor table. We specifically asked about the heater and were told they'd "send someone to turn it on." Later, when our waiter said he didn't know how, I went back to the hostess, and she immediately said, "Oh, they aren't working." So why not just say that from the start? They clearly already knew the three outdoor heaters were out of gas. It's winter -- something guests should be told upfront. We asked if we could sit inside and were told no because they had "only one waiter." Yet I saw at least four different servers working. We stayed only because we had already ordered -- we're not shady like that -- but honestly, transparency would've saved everyone the trouble. Food: *Caesar salad was cut oddly and overpriced. *Pesto pizza tasted more like spinach -- one of the least flavorful "pesto" pizzas I've had. *Two dirty water cups. *Asked for ice twice and never got it. *Sodas only came after asking twice. Other issues: *One bathroom stall was completely out of toilet paper. *The lock on the handicap stall didn't work. The only standout was The All Star pizza -- that one was actually very good. Overall, not worth the visit. Better communication, working heaters, and basic attention to service and facilities would've made a huge difference.

Yelp
I always enjoy my food and drinks at The Star on Park. The pizza was good and my margaritas were delicious. I also like their cauliflower side dish. The manager A is very responsive and friendly! I look forward to next time.

Yelp
The Star on Park is one of the best places to grab pizza in Alameda. All of their food is delicious! I love their salads especially the mixed salad, Greek salad and Cesar salad. Would also recommend ordering their appetizers. Some favorites are the meatballs, Barata toast, and roasted cauliflower. This restaurant has a cool vibe and ambience because it is an old restored bank. The Star is a historical building that the City of Alameda kept some of the original architectural elements which is cool to admire. They have this beautiful elaborate chandelier that provides so much beautiful lighting within the restaurant. Perfect for selfies! The counter where people would go up to do their banking is now the bar that also has flatscreen TVs to watch sports. They also have outdoor seating for those beautiful sunny days to enjoy the nice weather. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and they even have their own dedicated takeout area, which makes it super easy to pick up orders to go. There is lots of street parking but they don't have their dedicated parking spot but their food is so delicious and definitely worth a try next time you're in Alameda and in the mood for pizza and/or Italian food.

Yelp
Been going for 3-4 years. Thin crust is way to go. Gem salad excellent. Food comes out in order and quickly. Good bar with local craft beers. We get a special for two that's $39, salad, appetizer, pizza. Over the years have greatly enjoyed server/bartender Louis, has fun while still providing top-notch service. All the staff are nice. Good selection too of pizza styles and ingredients. In an old bank with a vault that no doubt contains more pizza.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back there soon!!! The food is so good!!!! (Capital G)!!! And the service was amazing.

Douglas B.

Yelp
After literally four inedible deep dish pizzas at 40$/each (with no refund requested) my overall impression about The Star is that there must be some miscommunication with the employees because FOUR pizzas included an ingredient i specifically requested NOT be added was added anyway. Given they did make 10 or so correctly, but at those stats (33% failure) , no business would stay open very long.

Yelp
Came for a work get together upstairs in the loft. Nice area but not enough space so we spilled over into downstairs tables. Tried 4 types of pizza including the California, Vegetarian, cheese and deep dish pepperoni. Thin crust was done well and deep dish reminded me of Chicago. Also tried 3 salads, broccolini and the meatballs. Service came out ok but they forgot our drinks a couple times. In fairness they were busier than usual with such a big crowd. Decent first time here, nice to know about this place now. Come for a good pizza craving!

Yelp
We always walk past The Star on our walks down Park St so finally decided to check it out! The inside is super cool - looks like an old converted bank building! Not too many ppl during Saturday lunch, so it was a nice spot to hang out. The lunch special is such a good deal! $11 for your own personal pizza. We had enough for leftovers! I generally prefer thin crust, so we got two thin crust pizzas, which tasted great. The crust was nice and crispy. I've also heard good things about their deep dish, and the Detroit style that the table next to us got also looked super yummy, so I def want to go back and try those!
google avatar

Veronica A.

Yelp
The pizza was phenomenal! Service was good as well. The restaurant is pretty cool! It looks like a bank. What we got: The deep dish all star and added artichokes = 10/10. Garlic cheese bread = 7/10 Definitely will be back to try more food items! Parking was a pain, but, it's downtown Alameda so that's to be expected.
google avatar

Suraj P.

Yelp
This was my first time trying their deep dish and I have truly been missing out! The flavors were so amazing and they loaded it up with extra roasted garlic! The salad was also really tasty. The inside is really large and they also have outdoor seating which allowed our dog to join. Our server was very friendly and constantly checking on us. Will definitely be coming back again!
google avatar

Yelp
Service was very friendly. Pizza was good, I loved the roasted garlic in The Star pizza and cornmeal crust. The green goddess was also good.

Yelp
Incredible building, an old bank building turned restaurant. Many of the original features creating a very unique feel. Lots of seating including an upstairs balcony. We had the Detroit style pizza & it was delicious. Fantastic crust! Our server was lovely. Only complaint was the noise level, some families near by had some very unhappy kiddos. Of course at no fault of the establishment.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
In an old bank setting the main dining room is big and you can see the real bank vault doors still. The pizza is amazing with many different styles to choose from; I go with the Detroit style pizza. Kids menu is reasonably priced. TV's for watching the games, nice microbrews and a full bar. It is a regular for us thanks to the staff.
google avatar

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Went in right at opening and it was perfect as I was the first person to choose where I sat, place is huge with many options of seating. The also had a small section upstairs, maybe for private events which is nice and separate from the rest. I think it used to be a bank back then with all the vaults they had, unless they built it in for the aesthetic but even then it was a really nice touch. Service was great, the server wasnt too over bearing and checking in when you literally are halfway stuffing your mouth (which is great) food came out at a good time as you'd expect when ordering pizza. I love how they have a preset pizza menu but you also get to build your own. Sides were all good options and left full and happy.

Yelp
Making a reservation for a party of 13 was easy over the phone. I was assured we would have a table upstairs. But after checking in last night at 7:30 pm for the reservation. We were given a table downstairs in front. No big deal. We actually had a party of 12 and a high chair. The service from start to finish was very slow and our server was absent at many times. Our server took about 10 minutes to come by and just take our drink orders. One of the mint tea orders didn't arrive until the food came out. Many of the people in our table got the meal deal. But few of us ordered individual pies specifically the Detroit style bbq chicken and large deep dish all star. Some of us thought the bbq chicken could've more bbq sauce. After getting everyone's order the server didn't return to check on the table to ask if everything tasted ok or if we needed anything else. At about 9 pm the restaurant was emptying out and I looked around and couldn't see any staff on the floor to ask for a check. After finally flagging down the server and asking for the bill. He brought it in a scorching hot glass, it must've just came out of the dishwasher because it was very hot. I wanted to pay but again looked around and server was not around. I walked over to him directly to pay. To my surprise he was at the bar talking to the bartender about a party he went to for New Year's Eve. The disappointing part is paying 18% mandatory gratuity of $50.22 for service that was non existent and lacking throughout.

Yelp
Came here on a busy night and thankfully our party of 2 was seated right away. What did not happen throughout the night was the right away service. We waited on a number of times for staff to get our order, bring our drink (I believe they forgot since I had to ask someone else), and get our check. The food I have always been a fan of and there is always plenty of leftovers if you get the deep-dish. As beautiful as the interior is as some have mentioned the vendor did not do the best job in creating an atmosphere. The dining area looks like a bunch of random scattered tables and chair put together and it is extremely noisy due to the open space. We got the - Pesto Chicken deep dish - filling and good - Burrata Crostini - very good All of their drinks of delicious Overall I would not come back to this location considering there is a The Star location by Lake Merritt that offers a better atmosphere and you can hear the person across from you talking
google avatar

Yelp
Delish! Came on Sunday night and was sat immediately. We got the All Star deep dish pizza and loved the flavor and corn meal crust. Also got the broccolini and was nicely charred.
google avatar

Garry Y.

Yelp
One of my favorite stops while in Alameda CA, I love the deep dish pizza. We heard that they have a lunch special so we headed down. We ordered a classic thin crust pizza, deep dish classic and a mixed green salad. The pizza was good as always and I was very happy with the salad. $11. Eat For the pizzas and $4 for the salad. What a good deal. The service was good, the servers friendly. It's a nice casual place to enjoy your lunch.
google avatar

Thomas F.

Yelp
The vibe is great! The drink and service was amazing. They like dogs in the outdoor seating
google avatar

Popo P.

Yelp
Always a great experience! Love the Star! Family deal is legit, please keep it and we'll keep coming back!
google avatar

Jie L.

Yelp
We came to Star on Park for dinner and we had an ok time. We ordered a deep dish with burrata for appetizer for 3 people. We really like the burrata but the pizza was mediocre, the crust just did not do it for me. We were sat on the upper level, and the food also took more than half an hour to come. We prob won't be returning back since there are more pizza places in that area.
google avatar

Natalia G.

Yelp
We tend to come here during happy hour because we love their personal sized pizza deal. It is a filling, delicious snack for one or two people depending on how hungry you are! We always get a beer on tap too! We love this place
google avatar

Vince B.

Yelp
Great food, easy to get a reservation and solid pizza. Family favorite for sure. We orders both thin and deep dish plus a salad and app. We're big fans.

Bob W.

Yelp
While service was decent in the beginning, they did not remember to bring us the pizza until it was asked, so the pizza was cold and doesn't taste fresh. The pizza doesn't taste so good. Maybe we ordered the detroit style and it was just really awful and tasted like doughy bread and burnt. Vibe is nice for dating but for just a quick bite, this place is bad. Maybe we ordered the wrong item but the pizza was just straight up bad. Service went down hill after food was served and chased since there were no service and they were busy chatting with each other - we had to wave the server to get our check and etc.
google avatar

Kevin J.

Yelp
Came here for the first time a few weeks back and split a pizza with a friend - I forget what we got exactly, but it was on a thin crust and they let us split two pizza types 50/50, which was nice of them! We sat at the bar and I didn't catch his name, but our bartender was friendly and helpful. Pizza came out quickly and all the toppings were delicious. I also got a Paper Plane cocktail which was... generously poured (not necessarily in a bad way.) The ambience of the space is gorgeous - a bit strange being on the renovated inside of a two-story bank (including a huge vault behind the bar), but still gorgeous nonetheless. Had a great time and I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
The Star on Park is a beautiful piece of historic Alameda. It is a landmark, known for being the location of The First Bank of Alameda (Google it!). The interior has been restored to its former glory; even the original vault exteriors remain (unsure if the vault areas are open). We were a little worried that the one employee working the front who was taking orders, making drinks, bussing tables, and serving food and drinks was going to be too stretched thin to cater to us, but he was a multitasking rockstar. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time (15 minutes or so after ordering), and he was able to wrangle some help from the back to bring the food out. We tried all different types of pizzas: thin crust, deep dish, Detroit style, and their thin crust was a clear winner. This was my first time trying Carbonara pizza, and it was excellent! I also ordered the Caesar salad and love that it came with anchovies - not every place offers them. In addition to the thin crust Carbonara, we also had a thin crust Little Star with fresh and roasted garlic mixed (must try! 5/5), a Detroit style Pesto Chicken, and a deep dish All Star. The wings are a must, too! The Star is part of a family of pizza restaurants scattered around the Bay Area, so it's very likely that you have been to one of their sister restaurants since they've been around for at least a decade. I've seen that they expanded to Oregon, which means they must be doing something right!
google avatar

Ian M.

Yelp
Bomb, per usual! Service was great and the environment is always chill. Got the Dinner for Two and loved every bite. We love this place!!
google avatar

Carol C.

Yelp
My friend and I arrived here six minutes before Happy Hour ended at 6 PM. I have been at The Star on the Park several times in the past. For some of my siblings and me, The Star is one of our favorite places to have a freshly made pizza. I like Round Table, but this bar/restaurant has a truly beautiful ambiance. The service was excellent and the waitstaff was attentive to our needs. Kudos to the employees who served us. Eats: My friend had the roasted garlic pizza, Greek Salad and an Arnold Palmer. Me: Mushroom pizza and an Arnold Palmer. I did not have enough room for their roasted cauliflower. A six sliced one topping pizza was $7.00 and the Greek salad was $8.00 during Happy Hour. My friend raved about this place and said the quality of her meal was much better than The Star on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland. There will be more visits to The Star on Park for the roasted cauliflower and pizza.
google avatar

Bri W.

Yelp
The Star Alameda is my favorite pizzeria in town! Kilian and Augusta are so kind, helpful, and caring. Probably the main reason why I choose to dine here. I wish the candied walnuts would stay with the goddess salad. I like having the option of having them added though. I understand for "nickel and dimming" costs, I can imagine people who don't care for walnuts or are a member of the anti-nuts allergy era but to my friends and me, we DIG THE WALNUTS. In fact, that's the main attraction whenever we order the Goddess. The thin-crusted Italian combo is my fav! And the meatballs rocks also! The interior design updates are awesome! I love the new layout! Most of all, I love staring at the chandelier and murals! This building space is simply divine. Thanks for the superior service always! Happy holidays! And all the best!
google avatar

Pat C.

Yelp
The food is what will get you to come back. Winning recipes for sure. However this amazing building is wasted with a cold to non existant atmosphere. TVs on for no apparent reason. There is an attempt to reorganize the dining area to bring some life to this place. Waiting staff are doing their job nothing less nothing more.
google avatar

Gordon J.

Yelp
Star is a favorite when it comes to deep dish pizzas. I would have rated 4-5 stars but there was a customer service hiccup. The staff addressed it and the manager spoke with my table. The pizza was delicious, and crust is definitely a cut above the Zachary's brand. If you order a deep dish or Detroit style pizza it can be up to a 45 minute wait so call in your order or be prepared to try their appetizers while you wait. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
google avatar

Baltazar C.

Yelp
This combination is made with the freshest ingredients, and the crust is amazing perfectly crunchy and full of flavor. Unlike some places we've tried in the Bay, the pizza isn't soggy at all. It's cooked just right. The wings are some of the best we've ever had! My son never liked wings until he tried these and now he can't get enough of them. We love pairing them with the BBQ sauce and homemade ranch. The ranch tastes incredibly fresh and really brings everything together.
google avatar

Zinia G.

Yelp
I love this spot, particularly for happy hours! The pizzas, salads, sides, sandwiches, and drinks are all delicious. Prices are affordable, the staff is very welcoming, and the place feels at once both spacious and intimate because of the dimmed lighting. Highly recommend! Easy to find street parking and lots of places to walk around and visit nearby.
google avatar

Corinne P.

Yelp
We came here for Mother's Day and ordered the deep dish Italian combo with sausage and the mixed salad. It was very delicious and really cheesy! The crust has a good buttery taste to it and a little soft too. The mixed salad was great for 4 people and had a great mix of Gorgonzola cheese, cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, vinagarette dressing and red peppers. The restaurant has a good vibe where it's classy but still casual. On our bill we were surprised to see the extra surcharge and not sure what it is. We asked the waitress and she kind of rolled her eyes at us and didn't really appreciate that. This surcharge didn't include the tips and tax. Overrall, if you're looking for great deep dish pizza spot this would be a great place for family and friends to enjoy drinks too.
google avatar

Slava C.

Yelp
Dropped by for a quick dessert after dinner. God pleasantly surprised by the service and slightly disappointed for the fact that they ran out of cherries for our old-fashioned. Not too many people, quiet and nice atmosphere is something that always appreciated.
google avatar

Catherine C.

Yelp
Went for HH today and it was amazing. Personal pizza with thin crust was $7. The crust was perfect and the sauce to cheese ratio was spot on. Also had a mini salad for $6 and let me tell you it was not mini. And delicious!! I had the Caesar and my sister had the wedge. I think the croutons on my salad were the best I've ever had. A bottle of rosé for $24. Sat outside which was absolutely lovely. The service was superb. I will definitely be back. HH or not. Highly recommend! I also saw the deep dish pizza which looked amazing. Just not my thing. Highly recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for lunch on what seemed like a non busy day. So was seated fairly quickly. Service was decent, not super fast but not too slow. Cool looking place, definitely what stole the show was the food! Delicious, nice helpings on large pizza but burrata was definitely something that needs more . Would come back again
google avatar

Sue F.

Yelp
We have only ordered to go but the food was delicious!! Pizza, the mixed salad and wings were all excellent. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area and in the mood for pizza.
google avatar

Ryan F.

Yelp
Star in park is always a great time. After 6pm, you can snag some free parking off to the side and quickly enter the restaurant. The food is tasty - I enjoy both their thin crust and deep dish pizzas. And being inside a former bank adds to the unique ambience. The staff are attentive and keeps our water carafes full.
google avatar

Rachel N.

Yelp
The deep dish pizzas are biiig! One slice is filling enough, the pizzas (even a small) can definitely be shared with multiple people! Caesar salad could have used more dressing, Italian salad was fresh and loaded, the meatballs were ok but not great. Deep dish BBQ chicken and thin crust Little Star -- while the pizza/toppings itself was tasty, the crust was very crumbly and not flavorful which kind of threw it all off. The inside is nice, cute and has good ambiance lighting for dates or just a night out with friends.

Frank T.

Yelp
We (six of us) went back to The Star on Park today. It was like 180 degree turn from our earlier visit about two weeks ago. The service was efficient, the staff was friendly and helpful the ordering was attentive and quick. The food was very good. Especially the Caesar salads and the pesto chicken sandwich. We had the cheese cake and brownie which we all liked. The ambience is great for conversation. The tableware is well laid out with cotton napkins. I would have given it five stars but upon ordering coffee the help staff said that the coffee maker was broken ( there should have been a backup coffee machine). Though, I was offered tea which I did not want. Also two of us ordered pizzas. They enjoyed them. I tasted one of them, but they are not very Italian. The crust is a most important part of a pizza and they fall short in that regard. Would we return? Yes! There is enough good stuff here for a return visit. I would suggest that the owners work on the pizza crust and do a more traditional recipe. Also suggest that there are backup kitchen items like coffee makers. Overall, however, a good experience. Yelp
5 Stars for THIS Star.. This rating had everything to do with the rim of the Star Sunrise. It had a chamoy/tajin rim that made me feel like I was in Mexico. The patio is quaint and the service was phenomenal. Diego was our server and was super friendly and attentive.
google avatar

Jasmyn F.

Yelp
Everything here was amazing! From the food to the drinks to the service our overall experience was wonderful. Our server John S was very hospitable and kind. The food came out quicker than expected. We went on a Friday night and had a reservation for 2 at 7pm but I don't think the reservation was needed. Cheesy Garlic Dippers 8/10 Caesar Salad 9/10 Meatball Pizza 10/10 Limoncello Martini 10/10 (so good I had to have 3)
google avatar

Dayna M.

Yelp
I visited on a Saturday evening and made a reservation for 8:30p but that wasn't needed since it looked like we missed the dinner rush and were seated immediately. We ordered a couple drinks to start. We had an old fashioned and the Italian Margarita (I think it was called) and they were okay. For food we got the Burrata & Garlic Croistini. I enjoyed this because I love Burrata, but the pesto was a tad salty for me. I definitely underestimated the size of the pizza and probably shouldn't have ordered an appetizer because I only ate one piece of pizza. I've never had Detroit style pizza so I wanted to try it, but I think I should have gotten thin crust. The pizza was okay, I just don't think Detroit style is my thing. Service and the ambiance were good.

Yelp
Hmm I don't know why Star Pizza doesn't have higher reviews-- it's great. First off, they have a great happy hour menu. Super affordable drinks and bites from 4-6pm on weekdays. Their regular menu is equally great. Prices are fair for high quality food. My favorite is the Detroit style pizza with Calabrian sausage, ricotta, and honey. The thin crust pizza is also great. I'm usually not a thin crust fan because it can be dry, but that's not the case here. The crust is buttery and the texture is on point. We also loved their Caesar salad, meatballs, and especially the ricotta crostini. Their Italian margarita is delicious as is their sangria. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and great for a larger event with friends or family. They also have good outdoor seating right off park street. Finally, the service is good. We really liked our waiter who we've had a few times. He's a very funny and sarcastic guy who is super memorable and cool. Overall, I love Star Pizza and would recommend it. In my opinion, it's the best pizza place on the island.
google avatar

Andrew R.

Yelp
A solid 4 star establishment. Whether you want the deep dish or the thin crust, they do it well here. Service and ambiance are great. Good for a casual date night and even good for a casual family outing. Ya can't go wrong with what you order, it's all about how you feel that day. My only knock is that I think it's pricey, so it's not an everyday treat, but when you come, it's well-worth it.

Yelp
We have been craving coming here since our recent Chicago trip. Quality/Quantity - We are creatures of old habits, we ALWAYS order the same dishes when we come here. Our usual order is: Wings, 1lb with ranch - My daughter loved their ranch, which is weird as we are not a ranch dressing family... Believe it or not, I ate all the celery. :) All Star 9" - We usually get the larger size, but I already knew we would have leftovers. This was my favorite, plus I have been craving it. Thin Pesto Chicken 12" - This used to be my favorite, but after our Chicago trip, I have been craving the deep dish. They also have a full bar, beer, and wine available. But after my Reno Bacon, Bourbon & Beer event by Care Chest, I really need to take a BREAK from drinking! Atmosphere - Huge space. Previous owner invested millions into this place. The chandeliers are still here! Plenty of seating, upstairs, inside, outside, bar, etc. I think they used to have a private room? But it looked closed today. Events, see website and/or my picture. Friday & Saturday = Park after dark event, see website. Reverse Happy Hour. Separate take out & delivery entrance in the back of the restaurant. Open 7 days a week from 11:30am to 9pm or midnight. Service - Isabella was good, thank you. Price - $79 + 2% surcharge + tip. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 2004 and with your 5 restaurants. Did you used to have 7 locations? Also congrats on your success since 2016 with the following brands (many that I have visited): Polanco (Sacramento), Ben N Nicks & Cato's Ale House (both in Oakland), Bar Camino (Walnut Creek) and of course The Star & Little Star Pizza.
