The State Hermitage Museum Official Hotel

The location, the design of the hotel is superb. The service during the breakfast just doesn’t exist, the staff is not friendly and unprofessional. Nobody is smiling, nobody is asking you if you want anything… The staff is not kind of rude or unfriendly they in my opinion are untrained.

Had a fantastic stay. Very central, quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Got free tickets and helped to visit the winter palace.

Me and my partner did enjoy absolutely everything of our stay at the Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and clear during the check in and check out process. The room was clean, quiet, spacious and with everything needed; the bed was big and super comfortable. The breakfast was rich and with a great variety. The staff of the restaurant exceptional and polite. We also used the room service for dinner and that was impeccable as well. I had some treatments at the SPA and that was exceptional too. It was my birthday and The Manager sent to my room a lovely cake and a card! Very much appreciated.

I dont know how they rate it as 5 stars hotel!! The gum is very very small with little equipments and their duty from 10A.M to 10 P.M! There is no swimming pool , instead theres jaccuzi.also i ask them to open the refrigerator which is locked! My first time i see this.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel itself is beautiful. Service was very friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. It is located very conveniently in the center so you can walk to a lot of sights and they also offer a shuttle to the Hermitage as well as a vending machine for Hermitage tickets. The Spa is small but beautiful. Overall - nothing to complain about :)

True, the hotel is a little out of the inner tourist circle, but it's really not that far. We're fond of walking, and enjoyed walking to and from just about everywhere. Even in December! ||The rooms are very pleasant and clean, and the staff is attentive. They're a little on the young side, so not always as experienced as in other 5* hotels - perhaps not perfect yet at predicting your needs, but fully ready to listen and pitch in.||For our latest stay, the hotel was decked out for Christmas, and they did a lovely job. Beautiful.

Nice hotel located close to downtown. Room was spacious and nicely laid out. Minus half-a-star for cleanliness (hair in our freshly-made bed is not clean), minus a star and a half for the food quality; the in-room dining was spectacularly underwhelming (food was cold and tasteless, we were hungry yet left our food mostly untouched). When checking out, I mentioned the food was of poor quality and I discovered it is a known fact by the staff and it is being addressed. The hotel hopes the food will be of better quality when I come back. HINT: I won’t.

I stayed in the hotel with my mum, we wanted to find a nice place to stay during our lovely trip. And I must say, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was polite, room was large and beautiful. There was live music in the lobby and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. Everything was clean and taken care of. One of my favourite hotels! Definitely suggest to stay there in St. Petersburg.
