The Sterling Boutique Hotel Melaka

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was in perfect condition, clean, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom felt newly renovated. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay.What truly stood out was the staff so polite, efficient, and always ready to assist. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied. Facilities like the gym and pool were also kept in excellent condition. Overall, a very satisfying and comfortable experience.

The best hotel experience ever! My husband and I truly didn’t want to leave - that’s how amazing our stay was. We will definitely come back for another vacation here. The place is super cozy, peaceful and just perfect for relaxing. Every single cent spent was worth it. Huge thanks to all staff for their excellent and satisfying service. You all made our stay even more special. The best part was breakfast, I really loved the nasi lemak with rendang, seriously the best I’ve had! I truly enjoyed every moment and Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel, still in the same Jacuzzi room (Room 208) I’ve always enjoyed. During my first stay, the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but this time it’s been fixed and it’s absolutely fabulous. The recent refurbishment makes everything look fresh and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be returning again soon.

Booked for family trip, room is spacious enough for for. Nice place free parking however there’s some issue with shower water heater. Called for hotel team to restart the boiler issue wasn’t resolved. Other than that it’s a nice boutique hotel to stay and explore jonker street

I wana give 10 stars to Reception Ms.Janet and Uncle Wong. I booked a family room with jacuzzi. Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. Room is good, spacious and clean. The water is warm enough both in jacuzzi and shower. Walking distance to tourist spots and Jonker Walk. Keep it up Janet and Uncle Wong 🥰🥰

This hotel is not worth the price!!! The Jacuzzi is not functioning — it’s old and partly broken! You need to let the water run for at least 30 minutes before it gets hot. The air conditioner is super noisy. The only good thing is the location. The room was not clean either. When we moved the sofa, we found lots of trash underneath — OMG! We had to call the cleaner to clean it up. What’s wrong with this hotel? It’s not cheap at all! On the first night, the hot water wasn’t working. We asked the staff for help, but they simply turned on the tap, told us to wait longer, and walked away without fixing anything. We waited almost 45 minutes just to get hot water — unbelievable, especially for a room that costs over RM500 per night! I definitely didn’t expect this kind of service and hotel quality. Not recommended at all, especially if you’re booking it for the Jacuzzi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Hotel. The best part is definitely the location — it’s just a short walk to the Red House and Jonker Street. This saved us so much time since we didn’t have to worry about finding parking around Jonker, which can be a real headache. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, making the whole stay pleasant. If you’re planning to explore Melaka’s heritage area, this hotel is super convenient and makes everything easier.

Worst room ever stayBook Family rooms based on reviews that come with a jacuzzi but didn't expect the room conditions so bad. The rooms are very worn out and might be due to very high occupancy but still need to keep the maintenance. The power supply has been cut off twice and might be due to the hair dryer..The staff are nice and there is a water filter in the lobby. And near to jonker street Others then piled off the wall crack and faulty jacuzzi the nail that was prodding out from the step stool. Mold smells room sweat smell bed and pillow ... Worst room ever stay
