The Stone Barn at Sebago Lake

My husband and I got married at The Stone Barn just one week ago, and we still can’t stop talking about how absolutely perfect the day was. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations — it was truly the most magical, seamless, and meaningful celebration we could have ever hoped for. Meg, Tess, and Cat are nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every single detail made us feel so supported throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, the entire staff went above and beyond — they anticipated every need, handled every transition flawlessly, and somehow made everything feel effortless. The food was one of the biggest highlights of the night — our guests are still raving about it! And the bartenders? Truly the life of the party. They brought such great energy and personality to the evening, and everyone adored them. What made The Stone Barn so special for us is that it felt so us. We never imagined we’d get married in a barn — I’ve never been drawn to the typical rustic aesthetic — but The Stone Barn is something entirely different. It’s timeless, refined, and full of understated elegance, all while still embracing that quintessential Maine charm that means so much to us. It’s hard to put into words how special this place is. The Stone Barn isn’t just a venue — it’s an experience, a feeling, and a team of people who genuinely care about making your day unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and will forever be grateful for the memories we made there.

My husband and I got married here in June of this year, and we had one of the most amazing experiences! We are so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of everyone we met. The wedding coordinator Megan is a freaking ROCKSTAR. She deserves so much props for coordinating as much as she does, and doing it with ease. Anything we needed or wanted, she would do everything in her power to make it happen. She's organized, kind, understanding, and determined to do everything she can to make your day as special as possible! Meg is nothing short of amazing, you will not regret having her work with you <3 The food was absolutely AMAZING, and it was very clear that Chef put so much love into the dishes. The best part was getting to curate our menu and taste all the delicious food that the Stone Barn has to offer! It was obvious from the preparation to plating that these folks really appreciate what they do, and that 100% shows. From start to finish we've been nothing short of impressed by how well we were taken care of. We're so so thankful that we were able to pledge our love for one another at this absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue and are honored to have been working with all these amazing people. If you're thinking of having a wedding here, do it! You won't regret it <3

Just got married at The Stone Barn back in August and it was everything I imagined it would be. Working with Meg and Tess was amazing. They are so accommodating and are there with you through the entire process. The food was AMAZING! I still dream of it and want to have another event there just to have Chef Kel's menu. I can't thank The Stone Barn's team enough for making our day so special!

My husband and I got married at The Stone Barn this past September and had a fantastic time. We worked with both Meg and Tess for coordinators and both were excellent, responsive and helpful through the exciting and stressful process of making a wedding happen. The food from Chef Kel was amazing. And the Stone Barn itself is so beautiful and allows for so much customization. It was the first and only venue we visited, and it ended up being the perfect choice for us!

My beautiful friends just got married here and you couldn't have asked for a better venue! The landscape is picturesque, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this venue to couples!

Got married to my beautiful wife at the Stone Bar at Sebago Lake in August of 2024, and it was the best decision we made. All, and I mean, ALL, of our friends and family are still telling us about how much fun they had and how wonderful the venue was. Meg, the coordinator, was a true professional and helped us throughout the entire process which made the wedding planning easy and stress-free, mostly. Not only did everyone love the venue, the Barn, and the atmosphere, but we are not from Maine and all of our guests were able to get a fun vacation out of the wedding that made the trip even more memorable for the wedding day. If you are considering this venue and you have the option to book I would highly recommend doing so. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I got married here in August of 2024. We looked at 20+ venues throughout Maine and decided on The Stone Barn. We're extremely grateful that we did. Meg and Chef made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be! Our guests were RAVING about the mashed potatoes ( YES, you read that right.. they are the best mashed potatoes you'll ever have) and the pigs in the blanket apps. I might be biased but it was the best wedding food I've ever had - NO DRY CHICKEN!! While most of our guests were from ME, we blocked off the Microtel hotel just down the street and they were easy to work with and about a 8-10 minute drive to the venue. We rented a custom coach to make it easy for guests to get back and forth and we'd 100% recommend doing this. My friends and I got ready at Xavier Mansion across the street directly on St. Joes. The space was a little confusing to find at first but once we were inside it was a great sized space for 9 of us to get ready in. My husband and I did a first look down on Sebago Lake through the campus' property and the mansion was able to house our party until we were ready to come back and join them. Overall, we would absolutely recommend The Stone Barn to anyone considering it. Thank you to their entire team!!

We had a wonderful wedding at The Stone Barn! The property has natural beauty and is well kept. We have received several compliments on the venue itself! The event staff were wonderful for making the day flow, lots of stress taken off of bride and groom as you are so busy catching up with guests! The chef is amazing and served up wonderful dishes. If you aren't looking to get married but want to see the property, no worries! They put on community dinners in the summer time. We went to one around our wedding date to get a good idea on how the property would look for our wedding. We are so glad we found the stone barn for our special day!
