The Stonehaus

Today was a beautiful day to dine at Stonehaus. The weather was perfect, the sun was out, and the live music 🎶 made it extra special. We also watched football 🏈, with lots of fans enjoying drinks 🍻🍷 and the great atmosphere. If you’re looking for good food, music, and sports all in one place, this is definitely the spot to come and enjoy.

This is a massive outdoor dining garden. With such a chill atmosphere and access to a small winery which makes it a great spot for a date or just casual dining. You can stroll through the garden and just be in awe of such scenic view. There’s also an inn located within the same area and another restaurant right next to it,reason why parking might be hard to find however it is worth it! Food is delicious and somehow simple but flavorful !!

Came in the morning got a drink and a lox bagel TO GO. $22 okay nbd. But to take 20 minutes and not even put the bagel together is crazy. Every thing was on the side. Salmon looked disgusting too

I visited this place in the last week of December, and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere had amazing vibes, making it perfect for a relaxing outing. I loved the cozy and inviting ambiance. The wines were excellent, and the pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the wine. It was a delightful way to wrap up the year!

2/6/2026 We had lunch at Stonehaus today in Westlake Village. The restaurant is quite nice. You order at the counter and pick up your food once your transponder disc lights up. My wife had the Southwest Chicken sandwich and I had the Tuna Sandwich with avocado 🥑. We also had water. The food is delicious and the ambiance fantastic. They also have a wine tasting room and lots of wine choices. Highly recommended 1/15/2026 Stopped by for lunch a Stonehaus in Westlake Village. This place is awesome with an ambiance that sooths the soul. My wife was craving a quality burger and they use Harris Ranch Beef, oh so good. I had the Southwest chicken sandwich also a winner. You order and pick up your food and beverage to sit outside or indoors. Outside has many seats with shades and even a cooling waterfall. A good place to be alone or with friends to spend the day.

Free onsite parking. Outside seating, no reservations. You order at the counter and get a buzzer. Food was decent but nothing to write home about. Prices were reasonable. ~$14 for sandwich / salad. Wait time wasn’t pleasant. Waited 20min to order, and another 1hr for food on a busy holiday. If you just need to order drinks, it looks like you can bypass the cashier and just order with the bartenders at the food pick-up area.

Cute and clean ambiance. Plenty of warmers for the patio seating. I definitely felt like I was in wine country :) Visited for a solo dinner date & ordered a glass of moscato and reisling. Can't go wrong with a sweet white after a long day. Also tried their calamari - which was a bit lackluster for the price. But tiramisu was absolutely delicious!

Recent brunch experience at Stonehaus. Unfortunately, it was not as positive as my previous visits. I ordered the turkey wrap with no eggs and was informed that no substitutions were allowed, so I decided on the Power Breakfast instead -- with sausage, fruit, and toast, and no eggs. While I understood that no substitute would be offered for the eggs, the toast arrived hard and cold, and the sausage was lukewarm. My husband ordered the bagel and lox without capers, but there were capers on his bagel. Additionally, the mimosa I ordered tasted mostly like orange juice. Was provided Jovanni Diaz (manager) email from the hostess to share my response and received no email back...

Very disappointed by the food, but they weren't serving their pizza and main foods yet (starts at 4pm daily). The service was okay as well, but the ambiance was very nice. Food: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Value: 2.5/5 Overall: 3/5

Stopped in wit friends and I loved it! Live music ! Yessssssss ! The service was ok. Counter service but not the friendliest staff. I got a salmon salad and it was delicious! Not too pricey either because nowadays , I've paid more than 20 for a salmon salad.

I've been here several occasions and always have great experience. The property is huge and gorgeous. It's part of Westlake Village Inn, the winery is located on the left side of the property next to Mediterraneo restaurant. Plentiful outdoor seating and perfect for large groups. Family and pet friendly too. They have a tasting room that you can reserve and can accommodate up to 40 guests for banquets. We celebrated my wife's birthday here recently with family and friends, and it was awesome. We arrived early and got some tables in the back section of the patio, which is more intimate and private. The overhead trellis covered in ivy provide good shade from the sun. There's firepits and gas heaters available, perfect for those cold days. With exception to their private tasting room, it's mostly outdoor seating only and you order your food and drinks inside near the entrance. Their sandwiches are so divine. Our favorites are their chicken, brie and pear sandwich and fig, goat cheese and prosciutto sandwich. Bread is perfectly toasted, fresh and so flavorful. Their truffle fries is the perfect companion, which is addictingly good. Pizzas are solid too, especially margherita and sausage peperoni pizzas. Other notable dishes that I've tried are half roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes and vegetables and penne pasta. Both satisfyingly good. As for the wines, their Stonehaus and Fableist Cabernet Sauvignon are excellent choices. Both very approachable and smooth. Pours are very generous, and bottles are reasonably priced. Not into reds, they have lots whites, rose and sparking wines. Plus beers too. Highly recommend this place. I've yet to try their breakfast and happy hour, which I'm looking forward to next time. I can't wait to come back.

This is one of my go-to meet up places with friends. It has a European beer garden/Italian winery vibe and is a perfect community gathering spot. We've used this spot for book clubs, baby showers, coffee dates, going away parties, and more. It's great because it has something for everyone - a glass of wine, a coffee or tea, dinner, brunch, dessert - whatever you're in the mood for. We came here the other night for a casual girls' dinner. I ordered the roasted salmon salad. It was delicious, and the fish was cooked perfectly. I also got a glass to the Curran Rose. Highly recommend! The service is great too--the staff are very helpful and attentive. You order up front at the cash register and pick out a table, and they'll buzz you when your food is ready. If you just ordered a drink, you wait up front for them to hand it to you. Very beautiful but also causal atmosphere!

First time here and what a great vibe. Very DOG and KID friendly! We came out for my cousin's birthday with the kiddos and dog in tow- kids were running around. Live music, good food choices for all ages, and Pizza was really good. (Menu's priced right w/ good portions.) It is a drive for those looking for something within Los Angeles cityish but worth it for Big parties/events. No judgment on dress attire- you can go dressed up (Sunday best) or dressed down in shorts. 10 out of 10 for me! Cheers!

I have been here few times and I'm always impressed by the place and the food. It's really cozy and cute together with friends and family. First time I had chicken dish and a meat dish. I also had their pizza and fries which both were really good. Second time I had their chicken and Caesar salad, which was good too. I really enjoy this place and will definitely return and recommended to friends and family.

A relatively cute place set in Westlake Village. Coming here feels like you've been transported to an area like Paso or Napa. I came here for a friend's birthday and had a great time. Although I'm not currently drinking, it was still nice to be able to hang out in one of the picnic tables set in between the vineyards. This place is kid and dog friendly, so expect to see both there. The food was mid, but not the worst. I would come back here if it was closer to hang out more often.

The energy is good and the food and drink are amazing. We went tonight while it was raining and stayed completely dry and warm while outside- the heaters and fireplace work great. The people who work there are kind and this evening Austin went above and beyond- his compliments and good vibe made my night!

Picturesque spot for a summer day date! We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was jam packed but the line for the outside bar moved really quickly. We ordered a glass of the stonehaus Chardonnay and a cab and a pepperoni sausage pizza. My cold Chardonnay was perfect for yesterday's warm weather. They gave us a buzzer for the pizza and we did a slow lap around the property and eventually found seating at a picnic table. The pizza took less than 20 mins and was delicious - I liked the thin chewy crust. The parking lot is big and if you can't find parking right next to stonehaus, you can park next to the hotel and restaurant next door.

Ciao Bella. Feast your eyes on the idyllic scenery reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside and Provence as the scent of fresh lavender fills the air and you indulge in la dolce vita. Patrons can enjoy scrumptious pastries, freshly brewed private-label coffee, local & international wines, seasonal delicacies & fresh, flavorful dishes in a tranquil setting with a 100-year-old oak tree, lush waterfall, a French limestone fireplace, romantic fire pits, and rustic picnic tables. Ava was so sweet and recommended my Fromage + Charcuterie. My perfectly curated board included such authentically delicious fare as salty prosciutto di Parma from Italy, sweet & nutty Manchego sheep's milk cheese from Spain, a herb & mushroom goat's milk Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor cheese from the USA and the perfect accoutrements...crunchy Marcona almonds, briny mixed olives, juicy Bosc Pear slices, sweet Guava paste & grilled crostini. This place is always a great time. From their food to live music to wine and sparkling selections. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Arturo and Alexis. They are both incredible. We look forward to going back and bringing our friends and family!

We stopped at Stonehaus Winery to kick off our wedding anniversary evening, and it was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was beautiful, fun, and so inviting. We enjoyed a great wine tasting, delicious appetizers, and even got to catch a live band since it was Oktoberfest weekend. The charcuterie and flatbread were fresh and beautifully presented -- the perfect start before heading to dinner. Couldn't have picked a better spot to celebrate! Highly recommend Stonehaus Winery for anyone looking for great wine, tasty bites, and a relaxing, romantic vibe.

Interesting setting. It's sort of like an upscale picnic with a wine bar. I didn't get anything to eat so I can't say anything about the food. There is a waterfall, very nice atmosphere, except for the screaming children. Everyone that had food seem to enjoy it. I tried two different types of wine and enjoyed them. I love the fact that there were tons of dogs. Well behaved dogs. Cannot say the same about the 5 or 6 children running about, ear piercing screams....not a good way to enjoy pricey wine. I doubt I will return. It truly seems like a place for families, not adults enjoying adult beverages. It's a place for families to enjoy adult beverages & let their children run wild.

Love the ambiance of this place! Great place for networking, meetups, or date night. Super cosy and I love the concept of paying at the cashier for a more fast casual vibe but still with a classy ambiance. Looking forward to retuning for date night.

This place is improving on the vegan options. Once had a sandwich that was a bit dry and wine that was decent but not amazing. On my latest visit, I tried a Malbec that was absolutely perfect (I usually go for a Zinfandel). The real standout, though, was their farro salad. It was flawless--plenty of dressing, and the veggies made it both filling and perfectly balanced.

Cute place. I think I had their pinot and it was ok. Im that lazy American that wants table service. Also i dont want to get up and leave when having fun filled convos! Felt like i had to walk a gajillion to get to cashier/order... then go another gajillion opposite direction to get the food. It wasnt but it felt like it. Then i needed another glass but gave up. The vibes are cute though and Id come again if my friend invites me but she doesnt even drink wine. Lol

Absolutely lovely place to hang out and the coffee and food are amazing. I had a perfect vanilla latte, a blueberry almond smoothie that was delicious, and the quinoa bowl which was so yummy I can't wait to eat it again. A wonderful treat for the community.

This was my first time visiting Stonehaus for a work end of yeah gathering. This location had plenty of space and different table options to sit at. Large tables, small, indoor, and outdoor. There was plenty of parking when I arrived at 4PM but it got much busier as the evening went on. There were several wine options and the pizzas were cooked well. All ordering is at the counters so no service at the table but there were people walking around to pick up empty glass or trash. The decorations for the Christmas Season were amazing. I'd be happy to visit again.

Casual yet elegant, it is a great place for a glass of wine and a brick oven pizza. There is no wait staff so just go into the tasting room or up to the pizza oven kitchen. I see large parties here at the picnic tables a lot but have mostly enjoyed going with a small group. On some occasions, they have live music. It is part of the large Westlake Village Inn with many other restaurants and beautiful grounds.

God, I wish I lived in Westlake Village! If I did, I'd hang out here all the time. This place is breathtakingly beautiful with string lights in abundance and fire pits sprinkled throughout the property. Ive only come here at night but I'd like to come during the day, specifically in spring when there are flowers blooming (one of the ladies I was with mentioned that it's gorgeous here in the spring ). The architecture is an homage to that in an Italian countryside, and reminds me of wineries I've gone to in Temecula. This is the perfect gathering place for holiday parties but is big enough that if you wanted to work remotely, there's ample space to do so as well in another part of the property. If you're looking for a new location for a work function to really wow your employees, please have an event here. A lot of parking is available but it's tricky knowing where to turn off of on Agoura Road. Look out for the big open fancy wooden gates that will lead you to the entrance of the restaurant once you turn left.

Isn't this supposed to be a high end establishment? It's attached to the Westlake village inn so I must assume so. Which begs the question of why the system for serving the customers is breathtakingly down-market and positively GLACIAL in pace?? One stands in line for a solid 10 to 12 minutes before the friendly but impossibly slow teenager behind the counter takes one's order. Then one stands there, resolutely ignored by other chipper millennials for at least another 10 minutes, before one's order is finally delivered over-the-counter. Order anything more elaborate and you're given one of those infuriating buzzers to take to one's own table. When it FINALLY goes off one runs like a Pavlovian dog back into the counter area to get one's food. All this while one is asked to tip in advance at the time one places one order. It's a song I seem to sing a lot these days: I don't mind paying through the nose for a cup of coffee and a croissant, but I don't like having to stand in line for extended periods of time to do it and then wait on myself after I've paid for it . It's a wonderfully picturesque establishment but in the end, it's a coffee shop. So either get the food out fast or stop charging five star prices for a self-serve e joint. Get on top of the service!!!

Been here many times over the years including yesterday. A little chilly and outside seating only so dress for the weather. I have to agree with other reviews. They are still operating from Covid days when they switched to plastic serving boxes and paper soup containers and no one serving you. Tables are dirty with birds walking all over them. Had to ask for a table wipe. Have to line up cafeteria style and order your food. Vegetarian Soup $7 my go to and did not disappoint. Everything else did. A little pricy, decent $14 tuna sandwich with nothing but a few chips added. We split it. My friends $9 chicken noodle soup ok. $3 soda. Little tip added for $40 bucks total for 2. Too much for for so little. Ho hum. I was surprised they added a LARGE tented stage area and ruined the quiet winery feel of the place. Giving it a commercial tacky feeling. Dogs allowed on patio and one peed all over the patio area under the table and drained into our path to leave. Then a couple dogs started to fight and bark at each other throughout our lunch. Yeah. Better places to go now in Thousand Oaks.

Came in on a lovely Thursday and Pablo helped us order. He gave us such great recommendations based on what we told him we liked. Everything we got was fantastic!! They have beautiful outdoor seating areas that vary from sun or shaded! Beautiful area and a great area to work during the day! WiFi is wonderful!! They have wifi extenders too so you have great wifi throughout the property! Thank you Pablo for being so kind and helpful!!!

Ambiance A+, service is very friendly, and food and coffee drinks were a D at best. We had been here many years ago and looked forward to the beautiful setting and good coffee drinks and breakfasts. While the best thing was my husband's Chai tea latte, Both my caramel and hot chocolate were horrible. They tasted like water. My husband had ordered eggs - they were cold and a chocolate croissant, which tasted like a supermarket frozen pastry. What a shame, as the hotel is such a gem!

Highly recommend Stonehaus. It's one of our favorite places for a mid day date. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, truly no complaints! Perfect place to enjoy Southern California weather

Stonehaus is part of my weekly lunch rotation. What to Order: The Chicken Brie sandwich is my favorite! The multigrain bread which is lightly toasted adds to the allure of this Sami. The grilled pear, is something I didn't even know I needed. Usually, my co-worker and I go 50/50 on the sandwiches. So we also order the Prosciutto, Fig & Goat Cheese Sandwich. Homemade fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese, balsamic, caramelized onions, arugula, on a ciabatta roll. What to Drink: Any of their wines, hit the spot. The Blonde Ale is a good beer selection. Or go inside for a Whiskey on the rocks. When to Go: If you are looking for a crowd and some people watching, head out on the weekend. It's a mixture of singles, families, retirees, cyclist, and newbies to wine. If you're part of the Anti-Social Social Club, avoid the weekends and early mornings. Weekdays from 11am to 3pm are normally chill. Tip: They have a good selection for breakfast items. But they stop serving at 10:30am.

Let's start with the positives: wine was good, the live music enjoyable and the place has good energy despite it obviously being a place where people come to be picked up..lol. now the not so great: the snacks we got ( pretzel was stale and the mezza plate with hummus etc dips were watery and tasteless). Totally not worth it! The guy at the counter where you order...hope you were just having a rough night because your unfriendly demeanor, bad look on your face and standing at the registering drinking your juice...not really professional. He acted like the customers were bothering him. Drinks thumbs up! Food and service thumbs down!

First of all, this place is beautiful. Came here with a friend that used to live in the area who highly recommended it. This is a super cute spot for dates, friends and family gatherings, etc.. We got some wine and the charcuterie board (they loved the truffle, pear + fig jam). We came around 3:30ish and stayed for about an hour to catch the sunset which is about 20 mins away (around point dume). The drinks and board was ready quickly and we did not have a problem with service even with a busy ish evening, lots of space to sit and there are heaters/firepits outside too. I'd recommend coming out and making a date of it

The food and drinks were good. The setting is beautiful. Everything else is terrible. You have to pay for parking. You order at a counter from a menu in poor lighting. Then you grab your own sodas from the case. You get an electronic disc. You have to find your own table. You find one that is covered in dirty wine glasses and empty bottles. No one comes to bus the table. You wait for 30 minutes for your food, but no one told you that the pick up spot is in a totally different location from where you ordered. And oh yeah, your order isn't complete, so you have to return to your table and wait for your fourth diner's meal. She finally gets her meal after the rest of the party is finished eating. Why exactly do I have to select a tip up front? Because they know the service is terrible and they'd get zero if we paid at the end. Two stars only because the food was good.

what a cute place! we pulled up on a saturday night for a friends birthday. she was able to go early and reserve a few tables which was so good because basically every single table and chair was taken. there is only valet parking available, so keep that in mind! there is a great selection of wine and you can choose to get a glass or a full bottle! it's so worth it to get a bottle if you have friends to share with! there is also a menu of food options including pizza, appetizers and small plates! after my glass of wine, i ordered some garlic fries to snack on! there are two lines to order drinks from-- one indoors and one outdoors right toward the front. the lines were pretty long, so i would say order your food and drinks at the same time. i noticed the food takes a really long time to get ready, but the buzzer makes it convenient so you don't have to stand around waiting. even with the long line, the garlic fries hitttttt lol. my friends tried the truffle fries and pizza and had good things to say! will definitely come back and bring mom and sister for a laid back girls night!

Had the best time at Stonehaus. Will definitely be returning. I love the casual vibe and excellent drinks. The cutest atmosphere and good meeting place for alll ages. Especially loved the Veuve Clicquot champagne. My date said they have excellent beers and loved both beers he ordered. Seating is long picnic benches that are quite comfortable. Excellent service. People taking orders were quite nice.

The HUGE outdoor patio is the star here. Only downside is that it gets really packed on the weekends and may be tough to find a table. Once you do, you can order drinks from the outside bar -- or for more options you can wait in the line for the indoor bar and also order food there. Same line for both --- so it was a bit long. Wish you could just order from the pizza area -- as their pies are damn good with a thin crust. Lots of dogs and kids (and I have to note that the dogs were better behaved than some of the kids whose woeful parents seem to think this is an unsupervised playground}. One star removed for the self service for food and drinks and the long waits -- but if you overlook that you'll have a good time with your group.

Had a cup of chicken soup and a hazelnut latte at the Stonehaus for a late lunch and it was all delicious. The soup hit the spot and the coffee was just as hoped. Not often do I go here for coffee, especially when I could be drinking some bubbly, but it was a nice change of pace and also completely enjoyed! The fall pumpkin display at the entrance is simply adorable and a great photo op!

A beautiful outdoor place within the Westlake Village Inn. They have a lot of wine options with very generous pours. They are necessarily not a winery but they do have wine club options. All the food is really good too. Love all the festivities during the holidays. And it's a wonderful place for kids and pets to join as most of the seatings are outdoors. This place gets really busy during the weekends and parking can get a little frustrated especially when there are several events such as weddings at the adjacent hotel.

The Stonehaus is always great time! Order at the counter, pick up your drinks and your coaster will buzz when your food is ready. They have a huge wine selection and delicious bites. There's a ton of outdoor seating that whisks you away to a winery setting but don't be fooled - they get pretty busy on the weekends. Love it here!

I was randomly at stonehaus and sitting with my friends, I kept thinking "this music is awesome, wouldn't it be cool if we had a live band". Lo and behold I turn around and it's been a live band this whole time!!!! Jose Garcia Musik was PHENOMENAL, PLEASE come experience it for yourself. He's here fridays. We then found a nice fire pit table on the restaurant's beautiful grounds and enjoyed some wine and conversation. What a wonderful place, and we so enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended

Super cute location, with outdoor and indoor seating. Don't sit with the crowds- explore and find a seat within the grape vines. It will feel more exclusive and intimate- or sit closer to the waterfall. Either would be quieter. Make your purchase, they will provide a buzzer, then find a place to sit. Or split the work if you got more people. After you pay, don't leave - wait for your drink. Apparently they make that first and will hand it to you. We didn't know and no one ever mentioned it, even when we picked up the food- no one said anything. I basically stared at my boyfriend and said "so, did my hot toddy ran away?" We shared a panini - chicken, brie & pear - um.. it was okay. It came with a side of taro chips (salty). But the corn chowder was extremely good. The color is interestingly green. Should have just ordered 2 chowders. Finally got the hot toddy.. I think they made a new one. It was hot. And strong! Thank you to whomever remade it. Delicious. Instantly warmed me up, this weather was so cold. I did read on Yelp reviews about valet parking.. but we were there on Saturday and didn't see any valet. Guess we got lucky.

Place is nice but very tough to relax. I wish they had an adult only section. Too many kids at a winery

If you're looking to join Westlake village social scene this is the place! With water fountains, sprawling vines and outdoor fire pits it feels more like a place in Napa than outside L.A The food is ok taste wise and price wise but nothing spectacular. But the ambiance more than covers for it! Great for a romantic breakfast/ lunch or to just walk your dog . Plenty of parking but be aware bc they are so popular that on weekends they offer paid valet parking only

The food here is an absolute disgrace! It tastes like a cheap fast food, but comes with a much higher price premium. The Tri-Tip tastes just as bad as it smells, and for when adding $7 extra to a salad, you would get 5 small shrimps. There is no service, you just get a buzzer and you go pick up your food when it goes off. The only reason for the extra star is that ambiance. It does offer a cool atmosphere where you sit in a garden. I wouldn't come back here though.
