The Store Deans Marsh

A must visit!! We stopped at the store a few mornings on our way through and couldn’t fault it, the new owners are so friendly and from speaking to them super hard working as well, they had been up until 11pm the night before making sausage rolls to keep up! And it was a good thing they did, the best sausage rolls and the relish that you can get with them is 10/10, everything else we tried was top notch including coffee and we will definitely be back

Driving back to Melbourne we thought we would stop by and we didn’t regret it. The angus beef pie was delicious and exactly what you want from a pie, beautiful sauce, chunky beef pieces and crispy, buttery pastry. The pecan slice and rocky road was a lovely homemade slice of deliciousness. We also grabbed a few beers that we hadn’t see around Melbourne and are super keen to try out.

Friendly staff, good food and a perfect stop off while exploring the otways. Really loved their coffee too. Cakes look fresh. Got some hot cross buns and they were so tasty!

A quaint little country town general store turned cafe. The staff are delightful and the homemade pork and fennel sausage roll and latte that I had were amazing.

Amazing place to stop and relax in beautiful Dean’s Marsh! Great homemade food and local produce for breakfast, lunch or a coffee and cake stop. Local artwork and wines available. The homemade tomato relish is delicious! New owners are friendly, warm and welcoming!

I parked near The Store to head out for a gravel ride in the area, as The Store is renowned in the gravel riding scene as a supporter of cycling. Sadly, my bike did not work, so I headed into The Store for food. Everyone was super lovely and kind. They even happily made me a toasted sandwich, which was not on the menu—which was perfect!! The Apricot slice and Salted Caramel/Pecan Slice was amazing and definitely home made. Also the Butter Chicken pie was 👌. Lots of amazing things to buy- including the cutest little baby bootie and lots of local produce.

Great place to stop, rest, relax and have something to eat and drink. Ample seating and a really nice terrace. Wide range of food options and local produce. Good coffee and donuts too. Recommended.

I visited for take away coffees which were pretty good. They have a lot of cakes and slices, I bought melting moments biscuits and they were AMAZING. They have bottles of wine and other alcohol, as well as a dine in menu. Also pre made frozen meals you can buy with a great range. I also bought a jam and sweet chilli sauce made by them. Definitely worth stopping if you're nearby.
